-no snacking, only 3 full meals

-no processed meats

-only sugar free coffee

-never dress lazy

-workouts 5x a week with schedules

-stretch daily (yoga)

-read one book every 3 weeks

-maintain a clean environment

-skincare at least once a day

-save 50% of all earnings

-maintain looks in non-invasive treatments
