idk who needs to hear this but. your sketches do not have to look pretty. they can be messy and fucked up and have lasso tool lines. they can have details missing. they can have details added that aren't in the final. they can be stupid. just as long as YOU can understand it, you dont have to prove anything to anyone with your SKETCH. like i often when drawing dib make his shirt ghost napstablook from undertale. why? cuz i can. when drawing gaz, i draw a creeper on her shirt. why? cuz i can. this is literally a sketch from one of my drawings right now. it's awful. go make your sketches the worst thing imaginable. run free.
