I like how the dialogues with Giovanni seem more like they are prompted by the protag, trying to get a better idea of who Giovannni is. And with Cyrus it looks like he is the one starting a conversation because he cant understand the protag's motivations. Or more like he doesn't want to understand, because he still manages to use that same power as the protagonist 🤔. Or if its not friendship and bonds he maybe doing the same he did for crobat to evolve, which is who knows (i like to think is friendship but he is just too stubborn to even realise). They are so full of contradictios, these assholes.

Between his mental bad trips and his shitty comments, no wonder why there was a grunt freaked out by cyrus in usmo.
