Okay, so while we’ve been focused on the pictures in Clarke’s mind, I listened to the dialogue and this is it in order:
Abby: “Clarke I love you so much..” Clarke: “Mom?” (Lines present in the pilot when Clarke is removed from the skybox and being sent to earth)
Madi: “I’m scared Clarke…” “I’m afraid”
Bellamy: “You don’t have to do this alone” (Bellamy to Clarke after the massacre in Mount Weather when he is begging her to come inside in 2x16)
Clarke: “I will not let you die in this war” (to Madi after she puts the shock collar on her in 6x12)
Lexa: “Can we talk about something else” Clarke: “We don’t have to talk at all” (Lexa and Clarke in bed together during their goodbye in 3x07)
Obviously these are emotional moments for Clarke with people that are very important to her but I also think there may be more to it than that. Clarke and Abby’s relationship is complicated and mixed with conflicting emotions concerning Clarke’s dad. I think maybe we will see Clarke dealing with the Jake and Abby situation and that is a reason that quote calls back to the pilot. I think Clarke still has regrets with everything that went down with Madi last season. Hence the drawing of Madi being shock collared and her remembering that quote she used to justify it. Also, we have seen Clarke have regrets about Lexa, but maybe part of that regret is that she didn’t get her tell Lexa how she felt in that moment from the above quote. And of course Bellamy, Clarke may be facing her regret of leaving them at the end of season 2, but maybe more so that she bought into love being weakness and thinking that she has to do things alone. I’m hopeful that the battle in Clarke’s mind will continue to obliterate thee love is weakness crap or one must lead alone. Another part of the quotes might be that Clarke didn’t truly say what she wanted to in those key moments that she wishes she had said.( Also there be another Bellamy quote at the end, but I can’t tell what it is)
Tbh it’s not only the fact that Marper chose Bellamy and Clarke together, it’s that they chose Clarke for Bellamy.
Of course they still love and care about Clarke and value her leadership skills after six years apart, but Bellamy is the one who was their family, who they lived with and knew and loved while in space. And they decided that to pull this off, Clarke is the one he needs by his side
