We don’t appreciate the fact that Bruce Wayne is a Kardasian level celebrity enough. Everyone knows him. I want more one shots and crack fic moments where the League (Pre identity reveals) just openly talk about Bruce Wayne in front of Batman.

Just imagine them playing fuck, marry, kill with famous actors and such and throwing Bruce into the mix. And Batman just sits there, silently suffering as he listens to the reasons why Flash and Lantern would marry, fuck, or kill him. He prays they choose kill. They don’t.

For the actor AU, do any of the cast get fan mail, and if so what sorts of mail do they get? love you art a lot btw, it always brightens my day!

Ooo great question!! This is kinda half fanmail, half social media. I'll do the first couple that come to mind!:

Misa, being the biggest celebrity on the show and a famous model/actor, is of course used to getting heaps of fan mail every day. She needs a whole PR team to get through it, but she makes sure to reply to as many as she can! Even if she can’t personalize every single one, she makes sure to give the page a lipstick kiss mark!

Raito and Renata both get TONS of love letters, much to the latter's surprise! Raito's used to it from his other roles (like Seto Kaiba in yugioh EYY) but Renata started getting flooded with 'em after the production started posting behind the scenes pics on social media. Not even the mocap suit can detract from her beauty.

^^^Surprisingly, Matsui also gets a bunch of love letters from people watching his character's sad love life and being like "I'LL date you, Matsuda!! <3 <3 <3" and the rest of the cast finds it hilarious given how similar his irl love life is.

Ryuuzaki actually starts out as a small social media personality making a lot of goth/autism awareness content, but he loves messing with his online fanbase and giving vague esoteric answers. He still interacts with them regularly even while on the show! People thought that being cast in TV would make him open up more online but it only makes his posts even more esoteric. He just has a bigger head about it now lolol (thanks @translightyagami for the chatting up this fun headcanon way back when!)

Nate River starts out getting a lot of people asking him about his brother Ryuuzaki LOL. He eventually does grow a pretty sizeable fanbase as he gets more well known, but it was super annoying for him to have to talk about his sibling half the time in interviews 😂

Similar to Misa, Mihael Keehl started out as a model/singer before the show! (Thanks @ellenoir for the headcanon ask I still gotta answer!) Unlike Misa, this is his first acting role, so he gets showered with his fans' absolute hype!

Mail Jeevas also gets a surprising amount of love letters considering how small his role is. He's like a John Krasinski type where he started off in comedy. Death Note was his breakout action role and everyone was like "wait he's HOT?!" so this is a first for him too!

Steve gets apples. Baskets and baskets of apples. Get the epipen.

Do you think the DN actors treat their franchise seriously like the Riverdale cast or treat it like the cast of Twilight and make fun of it

OH they would 100% make fun of it, if anything just to ease the tension (and angst) of the story. If you want to really experience the show and its dramatic tone, do NOT listen to the DVD commentary LOL.

Comments include:

Raito laughing at how melodramatic/misogynistic his character is

Misa roasting Raito during any scene where her character’s fawning over Light

Ryuuzaki talking about how often they switch out his coffee and tea between shots because even he can't take how many sugar cubes L dumps into them

The cast playfully bagging on Matsui (Matsuda’s actor) because he and his character are so alike (especially their dating history lolol)

Raito and Ryuuzaki complaining about how much their bangs stab them in the eyes, especially for those intense brooding shots

Incessant giggling during the foot washing scene ruining any tension (romantic or otherwise)

Ryuuzaki complaining about how Raito’s knee was digging into his back during the L’s death--- and how hard it was to film because he’s so ticklish (thanks @resilicns for the headcanon!!)

Hey! Sorry if somebody asked this already, but I was thinking about your actor AU: they wouldn’t have the same names as their characters anymore, right? Do you have any headcanons for their alt names?

Heya dude don't worry, no one has yet! (Plus don't be sorry 'bout messaging me, I don't bite!) Yeah, mostly I've just been using their codenames for Light, L, and the task force! Misa's the only name I'm keeping because she'd be a celebrity feature on the show so they'd want her public persona! I headcanon that "Amane" isn't her real last name though, and she's credited as "Misa Misa." I'm gonna use the Wammy boys' real names as their actors' names, so the main cast so far looks like this:
