every minute spent on planning saves you ten minutes spent on execution. short essays probably don't require that much preparation beforehand, but if you're writing something longer you should probably spend some time planning first. this is the process i go through when planning my essays, and i find it works really well!

It’s not easy to make healthy eating choices when you’re a busy student. Moreover, sometimes it’s even hard to find time to sit down and eat a proper meal. Instead, more and more people reach for ready-made meals or stuff themselves with snacks. But if you happen to be one of those people who want to start nourishing their body, save some money and (paradoxically) time, you should definitely give meal prepping a try!
1. Make time in your weekly routine for preparing your food
Pick a day (for me it’s usually Sunday evening) when you will make your food for the week (or at least a couple of days). You might need to spend 2 or 3 hours to prepare everything you’ll need, but trust me- it will save you so much time during week nights! You can also save some time in the mornings by preparing your food the night before. If you still haven’t, make sure to try overnight oats from the recipes linked below!

2. Get yourself a proper lunchbox
This might sound a little silly, but seriously- invest in a good container to bring your food with you. Pick something that doesn’t leak, is dishwasher safe and if it’s plastic- make sure it’s BPA free. I personally prefer glass containers, but they’re obviously a little bit heavier and not everyone likes to use them.
3. Go grocery shopping in advance
Know exactly what products you will need for your meal prepping when you go grocery shopping. I go shopping once a week with a ready plan with what I want to make for the week. That way I don’t end up buying things I don’t really need (or some random products that wouldn’t go well together) and don’t spend way too much money.

4. Be creative!
Once you’ve mastered a couple of basic meals, experiment in the kitchen! You can try out a different recipe every week. If you have a cookbook at home or stumbled across a blog with quick and easy lunch ideas you can prepare something from there or just get inspired and create something from scratch.
5. Enjoy your food
Try to make time to eat your food slowly, without rushing. If you have a lunch break at university or work make sure to enjoy it with others. Make sure to take dessert with you every once in a while. Use seasonal products in your cooking. And try to make meal prepping not something you dread, but something that you enjoy!

Okay, I think i have it now and i appreciate it.
I’ve just made a bet against my Dad that if this post gets 2 million notes then i can get a Puppy. [like the one underneath]

He’s convinced that this will never reach that number, and very confident about it so Let’s prove him wrong!! He thinks this will get about 25 notes beofre it’s left in the dust.
