Considering how Twogami’s voice changes with each impersonation, I’ve decided to leave him out since that wouldn’t be his “true” voice, and instead just him mimicking Togami.

if the ghosts can posses their other voice human halves (is there a correct word for that?) would some of the people die differently, if at all? I mean, would the survivors/victims/killers be different if the ghosts change anything?

We’ve come to agree on calling them ‘possessors’ for the ghosts and ‘afflicted’ for those alive, but ‘spirits’ and ‘haunted’ could work too, whatever is easier for ya.

As for the other question, that’s tough to say...Tsumugi, being the game master and knowing of all the phantoms’ existence, would hold a peculiar rule for Monokuma to enforce, one that keeps the spirits at bay from trying to completely rewrite the game's future, much to their dismay. The only person who could probably really influence a death to the point of complete alteration like that would be Izuru, as he always seems to know more than he lets on, but he's more of a silent observer than anything, and even as powerful as he is, can't constantly save people willy-nilly.All-in-all, it is possible for their deaths to be slightly altered in some way due to the ghost’s influence, but everyone who dies will still die, there’s really no way to get around it.

So when a v3 student dies, they become a ghost as well? Do they haunt the others with the rest of the ghosts? Or just float around causing mischief? (Sorry for so many questions I love this blog and I'm just super curious!)

Yes, the v3 kids will most likely becoming ghosts after their passing.They can still roam around with their original group, as well as with the ghosts that were tied to them in the first place, but unlike their predecessors, they don't have the power to really interact or possess anyone alive because they're newly made spirits, and haven't had enough time to manifest their energy. It doesn’t stop them from trying sometimes though.Potential exceptions to this are Rantaro and Kaede, since they die first and have a little more time to develop their spirit powers, but they still can't do too much; ie, possessions would only last for a couple minutes at most, they can do minor things like move a book or something small, etc.

since you've said Izuru is a cryptid, do Hajime and/or Rantaro just try and spot him in their spare time now and then? Or does Izuru just randomly show up with something to say before he vanishes out of existence for a short amount of time?

He just lurks and appears without warning before disappearing to some unknown location in the school. Honestly there’s probably rumors of Izuru sightings spread around by the ghosts.

Dose Izuru and Hajime share a VA with anyone? If so how dose that work? Is it the two of them, or is it one? Or is it three for the mix of both of them after dr3???? Because they have such different personalities it's hard to tell on my end.

Izuru & Hajime share a VA with Rantaro! according to speculation at least They are separate entities, and Izuru’s a bit of a cryptid.
