Emergency commissions time, babey!!! I am having difficulty recovering financially

Basically I am currently homeless with my mom younger brother and dog and we’re living out of a hotel. I need to raise money to cover some bills and help pay for things like laundry, water and snacks. Ideally I am aiming to raise an initial 200 dollars by August 1st.

Emergency commissions are head or bust icons. 10 dollars for flat colors and 20 dollars for shaded.

I can draw any character you’d like, no restrictions at the moment. The icons are free to use wherever with credit, and will take about 3 days to complete. Payment is in full, you can email me at [email protected] or you can dm me through tumblr or Twitter.

Scam Alert - Commissioning Artists Beware

Artists, there’s a scam going around on Twitter at the minute, and you never know, someone might try it over here.

This guy is messaging commissioning artists and attempting to gain access to their PayPal by pretending to need a code to pay the bill. Obviously we all know that’s bull, but if someone isn’t paying attention, is unfamiliar with PayPal commissions as a whole, or is just desperate enough for that commission money?  They might fall for it. OP’s tweet here.

PayPal will not require a code for someone to complete payment.

It’s just not how it works, I know it, you know it, the scammer knows it.  But he’s gambling on the potential that someone (and that someone is mostly likely to be a young, new artist without much commission experience under their belt, let’s be honest) doesn’t know it.  Let’s make sure everyone does. So if you’d be so kind, please boost the everliving hell out of this.  Don’t let anyone fall prey to this shady, shady individual, either here or on twitter or anywhere else.

some asshat pinged it on a commission I did for a client. I’m not fuckin happy that someone tried to steal my damn art, that someone else paid to have done of THEIR character no less.

(in the future where team rwby is married AU everyone was at Neptune and Weiss house for dinner but Weiss wanted to cook.. And here's their story )

*blake walks in to find sage , Yang , and sun hiding out in a room*

Sage : Hey...blake ...we all thought we could get more work done in-

Blake : You’re all hiding from Weiss!

Sun : Not me, Blake . I was taking a nap.

Blake : That’s worse! Guys you will hurt her feelings

Sun : baby I'm sorry but her cooking sucks you saw what happened to Neptune he gets points on him being a good husband but I'm not seeing death today so I'm not risking that!

Sage : for the pie... I think it Growled at me...

Yang : and how can you burn utensils...UTENSILS FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!

*Blake shakes her head at them *

Blake : you guys are so awful

Sun : if we are so rude... Then why you have food and books to last a month?

Yang : and why are you here and not at the table?

Blake :.....SHUT UP AND MAKE SOME ROOM!

*weiss walks in on them with a plates with food.. I don't know you can even call it that *

Weiss : oh there you guys.. I finally finished the main course! You ready?

*it was a few minutes of silence before all hell break loose , when they tried to escape weiss immediately used her semblance to Blocked the windows and summon Grimm to trap them in, with one last strength yang texted ruby one final message *

Oscar : what did she say ?

Ruby : if she lives though this, four of them will hunt us down and shove the food down our throat's

Oscar : I will go pack up our stuff!

This is about the new law that’s coming in the USA in 2020. COPPA is ruining creators’ content and small or just starting companies. If you make a video that has a thumbnail that is bright and can make it look like it’s for kids but it’s not. You’ll get fined. If your character looks like it’s kid orientated, but it’s not. If YOU WILL get fined. This applies for gaming as well. That thing that’s going on with YouTube right now. IT IS NOT YOUTUBE’S DOING! It is the FTC’s doing!

This person does a very good explanation of what is going on.

Not all hope is lost. The FTC is allowing the public voice their opinion until December 9th, 2019! I will leave a link here. Please voice what you think. EVERY SINGLE ONE of you needs to voice you’re opinion. Everyone MATTERS! Those who think “I’m just one person. It won’t matter.” So many people think that and when you do nothing NOTHING HAPPENS because YOU did nothing. YOU must do something. I’m going to voice my opinion as well.
