Being affiliated to no faction, he doesn’t answer to anyone but himself, Vivian, and his brothers. Perhaps at some point he may be keen to listening to others. But with his primal dragon instinct, he doesn’t listen but is rather wild? The only exception right off the bat is the one who holds the staff. With having no ties to any faction, he doesn’t mind partaking in violence and burning places to cinders; most of it is hardwired into his processor. Don’t take it personally if he isn’t the most kind at first; he is a dragon after all.
Additionally, I believe he wouldn’t mind if someone would ride on top of him into battles. Only for those who wish to be a madman yet you have to gain his trust to even do such a thing.

Balerion the Dread, the beast that Aegon rode across the sea. His flames forged the Iron Throne and brought the Seven Kingdoms to heel. Powerful.
His fire was as black as his scales, his wings so vast that whole towns were swallowed up in their shadow when he passed overhead.

“Don’t touch me,” she spat out, still very much so in fight mode.
“I’ll fucking kill you–!”
The Dragon slowly approached the girl. Not wanting to startle her but it already seemed like that didn’t work as well as he thought it would. Nasal cavities flared. “Tessa.. I’m not going to hurt you.”
“It is Dragonicus.”

Dragons are intelligent. More intelligent than men according to some maesters. They have affection for their friends and fury for their enemies.
