In support of local and international education, Dulsco, at its headquarters in Dubai, welcomed an official delegation of MBA students from Syracuse University as part of the university’s Global Business Course. Dulsco shared in details its contribution to the sustainable development of this region.

Dulsco: HSE at the Forefront
Ever wondered what happens to all the fused bulbs and lamps that are generated at #Dubai Airports?
They are disposed at the hazardous waste Treatment Facility in Dubai. During the crushing phase; dangerous sharp edges and fragments that contaminate the environment are generated. Dulsco, as part of its waste management solution for Dubai Airports, decided to deal with this concern by introducing the Bulb Eater (not a Dulsco trademark), a technique that allows a much safer handling of the bulbs, saves space as well as filters and neutralizes mercury vapors making the bulb ready to be recycled.In recognition of this initiative Dulsco has been awarded the Dubai Airport Safety Award 2017 in the “Best HSE Project” category.
As well as being a finalist in the categories of :
- Overall Excellence in HSE Management
- Best HSE promotional event
- Excellence in HSE Training

Dulsco - Back to the Floor
As part of Dulsco’s back to the floor initiative #BTTF, Prabhu Dharmarajan – GM #HumanResources, Aruna Narayanan - Head of #Environmental Solutions Strategic Initiatives & Mubarak Kozhikkal – Head of Dulsco Medical Services joined our Environmental Solutions staff, cleaning the streets and residential areas in Jumeirah.
They wore standard uniforms that are issued to our regular staff along with personal protection gear and cleaning tools. This experience gave them a better perspective and a higher appreciation of our boys in the field and the dedication they put in their daily operations

Mohammed Ayub, General Manager of QHSE at Dulsco joined the on-ground staff at a construction site as part of the Back to the Floor (BTTF) initiative. He joined in setting up foundation pillars and worked alongside the on-ground staff at the site. This is Dulsco’ s way of working towards improved service levels, motivating staff and giving back.
