Ooh tell me all about your OC! Government Hooker is such a sick name agghh

Aww!! Sure sure!! I will say it’s name/appearance are way cooler than what it can do, but basically if the stand user knows your name and preferred pronouns he can control your involuntary hormonal responses. Or: he can make the affected person go through puberty… again. It’s a little silly cause it started as a joke, but I started leaning into it more and more. The range is large but the user has to concentrate on the process. Losing focus makes the effects stop.

It’s useful in a few ways:

- one time disguises as it can allow the user to essentially feminize/masculinize their appearance or other’s appearance.

- hormonal responses such as blood rushing to other parts of your body can make you lightheaded if physically exerted.

- then just other “annoyance” things like giving people they don’t like acne, making their voices crack, making them feel sweaty / awkward and nervous.

- in more dangerous territory your involuntary hormonal responses control your emotions to an extent and also dictate your health, however flamingo isn’t the uh,,, best user so he doesn’t really put a heap of effort into doing anything more than just what he wants.

Lyric in government hooker “I could be girl unless u want to be man” is the reason the stand name is government hooker, also I’m just a big Gaga fan.

Inspired a lot by Cinderella also from part 4.
