That word for word plagiarization of Les Pelerins is still up. I commented on the fic letting the author know I'd seen it and asked them to take it down, and reported it to AO3 months ago. Not sure what else to do. Anyone have experience with this and advice on getting a resolution? I know they're a volunteer staff and swamped.

Why did you remove the Manacled audiobook?

We removed everything from Spotify because they are trying to use our voices and the authors' stories as AI fodder. It's really sad and disappointing.

Everything is on A03 though!

Someone reposted Manacled back to spotify expressly against our wishes. Everything is now" "account only" on ao3, and will be removed entirely if this persists. I am disheartened and disgusted.

If Spotify allows an opt out option for AI, will you guys put your podfics back up? I just loved having all of your recordings there on Spotify

We loved it too. It really sucks having to leave. It doesn’t currently look like opting out will be an option, and we removed over 300 hours of content… so not likely 😕

Hi - is there any chance you’ll move back to spotify?? I really enjoyed listening to the audio fics on my way to work without draining my data. I really appreciate the work y’all do so if it’s a problem with copyright or law or whatever that makes sense but it was just really sad when I went to go to work and none of them were available 😰 Anyways, thanks again for the work y’all do - it’s really such a gift.

Nope! Unless they change their policy on AI usage, we won’t endanger our narrators or our fanfic authors we’ve recorded!

We’ve some resources across our other socials pinned at the top so they won’t get lost!

Everything is, and will remain available on ao3, and will host all our new content when our posting hiatus is over!

Hello, Don’t Look Back is unavailable on Spotify! Where can I find it or when will it be back up? It has been a rock I keep coming back to when times are tough.

We stopped producing DLB when the fic went on its original hiatus. @onyx-and-elm started producing their own, but has since stepped away from fandom as certain folx selfishly cannot seem to respect authors wishes and policies.

We don’t believe it will be back.

Hermione finally caved in and let Lavender use some sleek-easy potion and some extra strong hold spells on her hair.

Naturally, Draco absolutely HATES it since he secretly loves her wild curls.

“I’m asking Theodore Nott to the Ball,” said Hermione, dumping her books on the desk. Ginny raised a brow.

“Do you even know who that is?”

“Oh, shush." Hermione took out an emerald green cover from the pile. “I found his sketchbook. The one that's always on his desk."

“Must be some wicked sketches if they've breached your Quidditch-player fever.” Ginny snatched it.

“I suffer from no such ailment,” she scoffed, but her smile gave her away. More seriously, she said, “I’m lonely, Gin.”

All jokes aside, Ginny felt it, too. “But what's so special about Theo Nott?” She didn’t get it. Hermione could have literally anybody.

“Look at the drawings.” Hermione grinned.

“You snooped?” Ginny tutted. “Naughty, Miss Granger.”

She flipped the cover, licking her tongue to turn the thick pages with an exaggerated flair. “Shut up,” she cried a few pages in. “Shut up!”

“I know,” said Hermione. “There’s maybe a dozen of them in there.”

“And this doesn’t seem creepy to you?”

Hermione shrugged. “They’re harmless. Look, they’re all from a distance. See that one in the classroom? I think it’s from Transfiguration. My hair was braided like that one morning. They’re rather beautiful.”

Ginny sang out, “He liiikes you.”

She handed the sketchbook back, and Hermione began casting spells over it.

“What are you doing?”

“Locking it up.”

“Not only did you snoop, but you also broke his privacy charms?” Ginny’s grin widened.

"I'm Head Girl," she reasoned. "Simply monitoring."

Ginny kicked Hermione under the table, giving her the hurry-up-and-get-on-with-it eyes. Theo Nott had just entered the library with Malfoy, who seemed to have come from Quidditch practice.

Hermione finished casting her spells, then tousled her hair, pretending to study.

As the Slytherins passed by their table, Hermione called out innocently, “Theodore?”

Theo turned at the sound of his name, appearing confused, or maybe distrustful, when he realised it was Hermione. Odd for a bloke supposedly obsessed with her.

“I found your sketchbook,” she said, holding it up.

Malfoy stepped forward, hand outstretched. “That’s mine, actually.”
