Love Finds A Way

(sequel to “See You Again’) ( A Harry Hook x reader story)

EPILOGUE

Hadley and Harry walked through a quiet Auradon. The full moon hung low in the sky and the stars twinkled in the cloudless sky. For almost an hour Harry laid on his back in the middle of an open field and looked up at them.

Hadley took him to all of her favorite spots. They splashed along the edge of the enchanted lake and chased fireflies through the trees. She also showed him the piece of land and property that her and Evie were looking at to expand their work. Harry filled her in on what happened on the Isle after she left and vice versa.

Now they walked hand in hand along the beach, the tide lapping at their bare feet, Hadley having ditched her heels long ago. The outline of the yacht far in the distance. Although not like it mattered, the party had long ended seeing as dawn was just about to break. They stopped and watched the horizon as the sun made its way up and over the ocean waves. Hadley laid her head on Harry's shoulder and yawned.

"Tired, love? " Harry asked as he wrapped an arm around her.

"Of this view? Never" Hadley smiled.

Harry chuckled and lightly kissed the side of her head.

Watching the sun rise higher their smiles dropped knowing what was soon to come. As if by que Hadleys phone vibrated. She pulled it out of the pocket of her dress (Evie is a genius and puts (working) pockets in everything), sighing at the text that flashed across the screen.

It was from Ben telling her to meet the guards at the school in 20 minutes. Harry frowned knowing he had to go.

They reluctantly started the long walk back to the school.

Once back Hadley stared at the limo before turning to Harry and hugging him tightly. Harry lifted her chin and gently kissed her, using his thumb to wipe the tears that slid down her cheeks.

"Ill be back before you know it. Then you'll really never get rid of me." Harry chuckled sadly.

Hadley let out a small breath in the form of a laugh.

"I love you har" she whispered.

Harry leaned down and rested his forehead on her.

"And I love you. For as long as you'll have me." Harry plucked one of the rings from his fingers and slipped onto Hadleys right hand ring finger.

"Har-"

"Nope. It's a promise. I hear they're quite common over here" he joked.

Hadley smiled and stood on her toes, kissing him again.

Then broke apart when a guard stepped forward and opened the door.

"I guess this is goodbye then?" Hadley muttered.

Harry smiled.

"Not exactly, it's …. See you later."

Hadley smiled sadly knowing shed said those same words to him just six months earlier.

He kissed her cheek and looked at the guard who nodded his head towards the door.

Harry nodded letting go of Hadley's hands and stepping into the limo.

Hadley stepped back as it pulled away.

She stood there and waved until it disappeared from site.

Slowly she made her way back to the dorms. However she wasn't sad, I mean she was but who wouldn't be. No, she was happy. She replayed the night over and over humming lightly to herself as she walked through the silent hallways.

As she reached for the handle of her door, she opened it and turned around.

Smiling at the ones reading…

"You didn't think this was the end of the story.. did you?" She giggled as she shut the door.

I cant believe the sequel is finished it feels like forever since i started writing it... For those of you wondering, yes I am currently working on the third instalment, however its taking some time. So it will be a while before i post anything like this again :( I will try to update as I get closer to finishing it. As always you can read the illustrated version over on my Wattpad (@phelpsphan). Summary: You would think that six months in Auradon would do any villain kid good. Well, not Hadley. How will she handle seeing him again when certain circumstances bring her back to the Isle? Will she finally tell him what she really feels?

(Sequel to “See You Again”) ( A Harry Hook x reader story)

Part 12

Hadley and Harry danced the night away together with the others. Laughing and having fun.

Harry smiled and looked down at Hadley resting her head on his chest as a slow song played in the background. He felt like he was on top of the world. He had his girl in his arms and nothing could take that from him.

However, the peace was short-lived when they were approached by Ben and Fairy Godmother looking torn. Harry looked up the smile falling from his lips. He tapped Hadley on her arm and she looked up at him. He nodded his head to behind them and she turned.

"King Ben, Fairy Godmother." She said as she slightly curtsied.

"I was hoping we might have a word?" Fairy Godmother said.

"Of course" Hadley replied.

"Perhaps somewhere a little more private?"

They nodded as they followed Ben and Fairy Godmother.

"What do you mean he's being sent back?" Hadley exclaimed.

"I’m sorry Hadley, dear, but Mr.- umm- Hook I presume, has broken one of Auradons biggest laws. He snuck through the barrier. And as punishment he must return. I'm sorry dear. But rules are rules"

Fairy Godmother answered.

"Well what about Uma, no offense Har, but i need an example. Is she going to be allowed to roam free? She escaped the same way he did, but with worse intentions." Hadley hissed.

Ben stepped forward.

"Once Uma is found she will receive the same punishment and be placed back on the isle as well."

" if she can be found." Hadley mumbled, crossing her arms and turning away from him.

Harry was looking down at the floor being oddly quiet.

"I'm sorry Hadley and to you Harry. Believe me this is not what I would have wanted but as king there is a certain expectation to uphold." Ben stated. "If Harry and Uma were to stay in Auradon punishment free, then there would be more people, more violent people who would try. Putting a risk to themselves and others." He explained.

"It's not fair." Hadley whimpered.

Hadley turned her head and buried her face into Harry's chest as she sobbed. Harry wrapped his arms tightly around her shoulders.

"Im sorry Hadley, but this is the way it has to be." Fairy Godmother spoke up. She went to turn to the door when Ben spoke up.

"No it doesn't" Ben whispered.

All heads turned to Ben as he slapped his hand on the table.

"I have a proposition." Ben started. "Harry may come back to Auradon, if done properly."

Hadleys head perked up as she spun to look at him.

"Of Course he will still have to be sent back as per his punishment, but if he were to fill out a proper application, then I would allow him to return to Auradon." Ben smiled.

Hadley and Harry were stunned. Fairy Godmother looked on at Ben proudly.

"Well then, the King has spoken." Fairy Godmother smiled as she left the room.

Hadley turned to Harry and hugged him tightly, him doing the same. He lifted his head as Ben smiled on.

" th- thank you"

"Don't mention it. Now there's a party to get back to."

"Um actually…" Hadley said as she let go and turned around.

"If it's okay with you.. there are some places i'd really like to show him before he has to go back…" she said hopefully.

"Ofcourse, just as long as you're back by morning. They will be waiting."

Hadley nodded.

She took Harry's hand and pulled him out the door and through the ship.

They snuck along the pier laughing and disappeared in the direction of the forest.

From above Mal, Evie, and Ruby stood at the railing watching the two run off into the night.

Evie and Ruby giggled and linked arms smiling as they watched the two.

Mal however was frowning as she watched them.

" i wonder where they're going?" (A/n: get your heads out of the gutter ;) ) Ruby sighed.

"I don't trust it." Mal stated curtly.

Ruby and Evie's smiles fell.

"M seriously? What's so wrong about them wanting to spend some time together?" opposed Evie.

" Seriously Evie. He tried to drown Ben and now everyone is all nice to him? I don't trust him or Uma, who is now roaming free by the way. Something doesn't feel right to me. I can feel it."

"Well you can feel all you want. Well just go back to watching how happy, Hadley looks." Ruby rolled her eyes and turned to Evie. "You know I don't think I've ever seen her that happy." Ruby continued with Evie as they walked away to get a drink.

Poor Harry and Hadley can these two ever catch a break?! Also... Ruby is a sass queen! If you liked this part and would like the next please comment and like! Part 11

"I love you."

Harry cradled her jaw with his palm as his thumb gently glided across her cheek. Hadley closed her eyes leaning into it.

"Haddie… I … I love you too."

Hadley's heart nearly leapt out of her chest.

Harry ducked his head slowly bringing it closer to hers. He was close enough that she could still smell the sea and metal permeating from his jacket.

She sucked in a sharp breath just as his lips were about to collide with hers.

However…. Their moment was interrupted by a shriek coming from the deck.

Startled, the two jumped away and looked around for the source, only to notice that the music had stopped and Ben and Uma had stopped dancing.

Grabbing Harry's hand, Hadley led them back to the main deck. She stopped when she saw the others still on the stairs, this time looking to the opposite higher deck.

"Cool stained glass window" Hadley said pointing at as she stopped next to Evie.

"Buts whats going on?" Hadley questioned as she looked around at the others.

They all shrugged.

"Ben's been spelled" Mal squeaked.

"Uma found your spell book" Evie realised.

"Ohhhhh.." Harry started " so tha's what happened".

"Wait … Harry did you know about this?" Evie asked looking over at him.

"Nah. Wasn't me business." Harry shrugged.

Mal looked from the window to Ben knowing what she had to do.

There was a lot of back and forth between Mal and Uma trying to keep Ben's focus and a little of Uma shouting at Fairy Godmother.

Mal gained his attention and she started rambling, a little too quickly for Hadley to understand. Her rambling ceased only when she stepped forward and kissed him.

All around people were gasping,waiting.

When she pulled away there was a moment where no one said anything, the only thing heard was Ben whisper Mals name. The whole deck signed in relief that the king was back to normal.

"True loves kiss… works every time" Evie sighed wistfully.

Uma however, had other plans as she rushed towards Fairy Godmother demanding and reaching for the wand.

When Hadley and Evie blocked her path Uma looked for another way out.

Glancing over the railing to the water Uma smirked dashing over towards it. The Vks and everyone else rushed after her yelling for her to stop. She stops and turned around still clinging to the railing as Mal spoke up.

"Uma, I know you. You are so much more than just a villain, and you have to believe me because I've been there. Do not let your pride get in the way of something you really want."

Uma looked around, then her necklace, or well her mothers necklace started glowing. Mal stepped forward to take her hand, but Uma turned, climbing up and over the railing, all while they shouted for her to stop. She dove into the dark waters the rest running to find her but she didn't surface.

Suddenly the waters started swirling, creating a large whirlpool. It got bigger and bigger, until it was taller than the yacht itself. Every one backed away scared. Hadley felt Harry's arm wrap around her waist pulling her close to him.

The cyclone suddenly burst as Uma sprung from its middle spraying water all over the deck and everyone who ran trying to shield themselves. When the water subsided they ran back to the rail, to find Uma, this time as a giant cecaelia. The long tentacles matched the teal of her dress and swirled just under the surface of the water.

Uma laughed maniacally, spreading her arms wide as she taunted them.

"True loves kiss won't defeat this. The world will know my name." She screamed. She started snapping a tentacle at the deck causing everyone to duck and be sprayed with water again

Harry pulled Hadley close, he noticed that Evie was directly in line with a tentacle snap and thought fast. He quickly grabbed her arm pulling her towards them and shielded them both.

Uma snapped a few more times to startle everyone, laughing the entire time.

When it was safe and they could stand properly again Evie, although stunned, thanked Harry for saving her. He, however, had no time to say anything because Mal started smoking. Literally smoking. Purple and black smoke wound around and completely enveloped her as her eyes glowed vibrant green. Those closest to her quickly backed up unsure of what was happening. Ben went to rush towards her but was blown back when a gust of air came through the smoke clearing it. Left in Mals place was a brilliant purple dragon. Evie and Hadley looked at each other in shock, jaws hitting the deck below.

"Did you know she could do that?!" They both frantically asked as they ran to the rail which dragon Mal had flown over.

Uma cackled but quickly stopped when Mal Got a fireball at her. She retaliated by snapping a tentacle at her.

They ducked as Mal flew over the deck to avoid it.

Mal circled around and blew a straight line of fire right to Umas head, which she narrowly missed by ducking under the water. Only to resurface, causing a large wave to splash up the side of the boat and rock it. Everyone screamed and held onto each other to try and stay up as the yatch rocked roughly. They were all startled when Ben let out a loud roar. He threw his crown and jacket at Jay and dove over the railing despite everyone yelling for him to stop.

He swam in between the two looking from one to the other begging them to stop. He started talking about listening and respecting each other.

The crowd stood in suspense after Ben asked Uma to be a part of the difference and not be against it.

Umas features softened, shoulders slumping and tentacles no longer in defense as she thought. She stretched out one to Ben's outstretched hand and delicately placed his gold ring on it.

Uma smiled sadly saying nothing as she turned and ducked under the water swimming off.

Hadleys head hung. She was hoping that Uma would accept his offer. She felt Harry's hand on her shoulder as she looked up, giving him a tight smile as he watched Uma swim away. Everyone's attention had turned to dragon Mal as she hovered over the deck with a puff of smoke, human Mal landed on the upper deck magically changing her dress to match the one in the glass window startled as the fabric started singeing. She patted them out quickly and evie met her at the bottom of the stairs and led her to Ben, again, and tripped when Evie pushed her to him.

"I owe you guys so much" the vks laughed as they agreed with him.

" really, if there is anything you need or anything i can do for you please-" he was interrupted by Evie stepping up.

"Actually there is Ben, um, I know a girl who would really love to come to Auradon. Its Drizzellas daughter, Dizzy. She's like a little sister to Hadley and me." She smiled at Hadley.

"Then she should come." Ben smiled.

He started to say something Hadley interrupted this time.

"Ben there are a lot of kids who would really love it here in Auradon. Kids just like us who deserve a second chance."

"Can we maybe get you a.. a list?" Evie said hopefully.

"Yes absolutely"

Everyone cheered until a guard came up with Mal's spell book that was found below deck. She ultimately decided to give it up to Fairy Godmother, who eagerly took it and whisked away with it.

Hadley felt her arm being tug gently. She turned around looking at Harry who was smiling just as wide. He tugged her closer holding her hands.

"Make sure me name is at the top of the list would ya."

Hadley feinded thought for a moment.

"Hmmmm… Dizzy definitely is first on the list." She teased.

"Oh really?" Harry chuckled and wrapped his arms around her waist.

Hadley laughed, wrapping her arms around his neck.

Hadleys smile grew wide looking up into his eyes. They seemed brighter, more blue, like the kind of blue Hadley had only seen in an Auradon sky.

They must have had the whole crowd invigorated because Evie and Ruby both shouted " Kiss her!"

Harry and Hadley laughed along with the rest.

He looked down at her smiling as she jokingly shooed at them.

"Ye don' have ta tell me twice." He whispered.

He gently grabbed her chin making her look up at him.

She closed her eyes and met him halfway as he leaned toward her. His soft, but slightly chapped, lips collided with hers and the rest of the world slowly faded out.

His arm around her waist pulled her closer and his other hand moved to rest on her cheek.

Hadley felt her cheeks radiate heat but couldn't care as she kissed him.

They were so lost in each other that they didnt see the others scheming.

Hadley and Harry pulled away laughing when they felt a spray of cold water hit them from all sides.

(Ben)

Looking back at yesterday

I thought I gave it everything

But still there's so much road ahead of me

Harry wrapped his arms around Hadley's waist hugging her close.

(Mal)

When I looked into your eyes

I guess I didn't recognize

Who we are and all that we can be

Harry took hadleys hands following everyone elses movement.

(Ben and Mal)

Sometimes it's hard to find yourself

But it's worth it in the end

Hadley let go of Harry's hand as Evie pulled her to the ships railing looking out at the isle. Carlos joined them and the three linked arms.

(Evie, Hadley and Carlos)

There's something special that I've learned

Everybody's got something that they can bring

Mal and Jay joined them.

(Mal and Jay)

When you take a look inside yourself

Do you wish that you were something else?

But who you are is who you need to be

Evie pulled Mal and Hadley away holding their hands.

Sometimes it's hard to find yourself

But it's worth it in the end

They separated and formed a large circle with everyone else splashing in the water and laughing.

Hadley reached out and grabbed harrys hand.

They charged the center of the dance floor splashing as they went and formed a large circle with people dancing in the middle.

Hadley pulled harry out to the middle. He scooped her up and spun around as the water went flying. He quickly kissed her as he set her down. He grabbed her hand as they danced out of the circle.

Mal and Ben waved to the crowd as they cheered.

The Djs kicked back up and upbeat music flooded the deck.

Hadley held harrys’ hand as he spun her and she kicked water up at him.

Love Finds Away

(sequel to “see You Again) ( A Harry Hook x reader story)

Part 10

When the dresses were all delivered and Evie Hadley and Ruby were ready, they headed down to the docks.

The whole way there Hadley couldn't stop staring at the Isle, only hoping that he felt the same way she did. She toyed with her necklace, not having the guts to take it off, but this time instead of tucking it away from view, she let it dangle over the top of her dress. Evie and Ruby both noticed her sullen look and shared a glance themselves.

Making their way up the docks, music and lights were blaring, causing Hadley to squint until her eyes adjusted. A blue velvet carpet lined the entire dock, leading to the massive yacht that cotillion was being held on.

The blue carpet was lined with press from start to finish. Hadley put on a fake smile as they stepped up the camera flashes momentarily blinding her.

Evie, being the natural when it comes to this sort of thing, took the lead with Doug, who had joined them at some point.

Hadley stood back allowing Evie to answer the questions being thrown their way. Just before they reached the ship they stopped in front of a group of reporters

"Evie! Hadley! You both look gorgeous tonight!"

"Did you design the hair accessories and Hadleys arm band?"

"No actually." Evie started touching the clip in her hair. " All of the accessories tonight were made by a very special person, Miss Dizzy of the Isle" Evie smiled into the camera knowing Dizzy would be watching for them.

They moved on after answering a few more questions.

Stepping onto the boat the music was louder and the main deck and upper deck were crowded with students dancing away.

Hadley found herself looking out at the isle. Which was in clear view from the side of the ship. She watched as the thunder and lighting rumbled.

Ruby linked arms with her startling her out of her gaze. She pulled Hadley to the middle with the others waiting for Mal to arrive.

Small chatter was exchanged until the guards along the stairs raised their trumpets to signal her arrival.

"The future Lady Mal" Lumiere proudly announced.

The whole deck erupted in applause as Mal stood at the top of the stairs.

Her once full ball gown dress was now cut into a high-low fashion, the front hem doned the same royal blue lace as the bodice and her shoes stood proud and tall. Her recently dyed purple hair was braided down the side and over her shoulder with tiny accents in between each weave.

She slowly made her way down the steps a look of pure terror on her face as everyone's eyes watched her every move.

Evie stepped forward to greet her at the bottom.

She took Mals hand and walked her to the center of the deck.

"How are you feeling?" Hadley asked as they reached them.

Mal gave a nervous smile.

" you know… kinda like.im going to throw up.."

The five chuckled lightly as the guards raised the trumpets again.

"King Benjamin" Lumiere announced as Ben made it to the top of the steps.

The whole ship thundered with applause as he made his way down the steps, rather quickly as Hadley observed.

Mal met him at the bottom smiling up at him, but his smile wasn't present.

"Mal, I really wish i had time to explain"

The spotlight shone at the top of the steps. There was a collective gasp from everyone on deck.

Ums stood at the top step in a beautiful teal mermaid style dress. Seashells and other sea accents adorned the frilly teal ruching. Her long braids had been carefully tied into a neat bun on the top of her head.

Ben smiled wide as Uma began walking down the stairs and jogged up the first few taking her hand and helping her down the rest of the stairs.

He stopped them at the last step and bowed to her kissing the gold ring that used to be on Mal's finger.

Uma giggled as he stood straight and took her hand leading her out to the center of the deck and right up to Mal.

Hadley completely droned out the conversation about Uma diving through the barrier and what not, claiming that she was in love with Ben and he with her.

When the two began dancing Mal curled into herself, hurt etched all over her features. Hadley rushed to Mals' side as did Evie. The two clung to her shoulders trying to comfort her. The boys huddled as well rubbing Mals arms.

"Ya know I'm not too thrilled I risked my life for him," Carlos said a little louder than the music playing.

Lonnie came up behind Mal holding Ruby's hand.

"We're with you Mal" Lonnie said as Ruby nodded.

Jay placed a hand on the small of Mals back and started leading her to the steps.

"Come on. Let's get outta here."

The others agreed following the two.

Just as they reached the bottom of the steps, Uma stopped dancing with Ben turing to the retreating vks.

"Hey, Hadley." Uma spoke over the music.

Hadley stopped when she heard her name, the rest following.

"What Uma?" Hadley nearly growled; in her anger Hadley's hair sparked and ignited.

"He feels the same way ya know."

Hadley's look of anger quickly morphed into one of confusion, her hair still holding a faint glow.

Uma smiled "But don't take my word for it."

Uma looked to the top of the staircase with a large smile. Hadley and the rest followed her gaze.

Hadley nearly stumbled holding on to Carlo's jacket to steady herself, her jaw dropping.

Everyone around the ship's deck was gasping and whispering. The other vks looked just as stunned as Hadley, looking from her to the top of the stairs.

Harry was nearly unrecognizable; his Isle clothes had been traded for a burgundy suit matching blazer and pants, white button up shirt and black vest. His usually out of control hair was neatly side swiped. Hadley noticed that he still had on his boots.

Harry's eyes, which still had a bit of eyeliner still around them, searched the group at the bottom before locking with Hadleys.

He made his way down the steps, the vks parting when he made it to them giving him a path to Hadley, but watching his every move. Lonnie put a hand on Jay's shoulder when he went to lunge.

Hadley took a step back when Harry reached her.

"Harry… what.. What are you doing here?" Hadley stuttered.

"I had ta know if it was true." He mumbled.

"If what was true?" Hadley asked.

"What ya said on the Isle, right before ya tossed me hook over the dock. When ya said ya.. ya love me… i need ta know if it was jus' a trick ta get away or if ya really mean it." Harry's eyes bore into hers. She thought she almost saw a tear. She could hear the people closest to her begin whispering wildy.

Out of the corner of her eye she noticed her friends starting to head up the stairs and saw Evie nod in her direction. Hadley placed a hand on his arm guiding them to a more secluded corner. Hadley looked at her hands as she dropped her arm, nervously twisting the rings around her fingers.

"It wasn't a trick Har, just really bad timing now that I think about it." Hadley let out a small breathy laugh. She could see Harry's shoulders drop slightly. "But it was never a trick." Hadley looked up at him. "It's true, I do love you. I've loved you for a long time; I just… never knew how to tell you." She looked down at her hands.

"I never wanted to risk losing you. You've been my best friend for a long time and you've never failed to make a day better." She looked up at him.

"Har, you're the one thing that has kept me going since I left." She let out a watery laugh, with tears welling in her eyes.

"I love you."

Harry cradled her jaw with his palm as his thumb gently glided across her cheek. Hadley closed her eyes leaning into it.

"Haddie… I … I love you too."

Hadley's heart nearly leapt out of her chest.

Harry ducked his head slowly bringing it closer to hers. He was close enough that she could still smell the sea and metal permeating from his jacket.

She sucked in a sharp breath just as his lips were about to collide with hers.

However…. Their moment was interrupted by a shriek coming from the deck.

(sequel to “See You Again) (A Harry Hook x reader story)

Part 9

"I… I…"

"You what?"

Harry stepped closer, the movement making Hadley look up from the hook. Their eyes met, Hadley could see the emotions swimming through his ocean blue eyes.

She let out a deep breath she didn't know she was holding.

"I love you…"

Part 9

Harry's crystal blue eyes widened,enhanced by the thick line of eyeliner around them, his shoulders slumped, his jaw slacked a little.

Hadley saw the other vks close to the pipe and had to act fast.

"I'm sorry"

Harry snapped out of it just as Hadley dropped the hook over the railing and into the water.

Harry rushed past her not saying anything as she ran past to join the others.

A few tears prickled in her eyes as she fought more pirates.

Hadley helped Ruby fight off two pirates as Jay and Lonnie ran through the pipe.

They backed closer to it.

Hadley watched as Harry fought Ben, dripping wet. There was a rage in his eyes that Hadley never saw before. She snapped out of her staring when Evie pulled her back.

"Carlos! Smoke bomb!"

Carlos tossed the smoke bomb to Evie and she held it up.

Purple smoke billowed out from the broken bomb, covering them to escape.

"Ben go!"

Evie, Ruby and Ben went through the pipe.

Hadley and Mal made it over the bridge, stopping at the opening.

Together they kicked the bridge off the docks and into the waters below.

Mal smirked at Uma and turned away going through the tunnel.

Hadley lingered a few moments longer looking at Harry.

He was looking straight back, his blue eyes sad. He almost looked like he wanted to say something.

"i'm sorry"

Hadley turned and ran through the tunnel, throwing her sword in the trunk of the limo and climbing in.

When she settled in her seat a silent tear slipped down her cheek.

The way back was silent, no one said anything aside from Dude saying things he shouldn't.

When they got back all Hadley wanted to do was sit in her room and cry.

Ruby ran off to the dorms as soon as her feet hit Auradon soil.

Evie pulled her and Mal away walking towards the dorms.

"We need to talk"

Hadley nodded, another tear dripping down her cheek.

"No." Carlos stepped forward making the girls turn around.

"No?"

“You guys are always going off in a huddle, whispering your girl-talk or whatever. And Jay and I are tired of it.”

Jay looked at Carlos wide eyes before holding his hands up.

“I'm not.” He shrugged.

“We're your family, too.” Carlos continued “We've been through a lot. Together. I'm not stopping that now. Okay?” Mal and Hadley shook their heads.

Carlos looked at the other four standing around him.

“Everyone, sit.” Carlos sat down cross-legged in the grass with Dude in his lap.

They looked around at each other before sitting down.

The five sat in a circle in silence for a few seconds before Carlos spoke again looking over at Jay.

“I don't know how to start girl-talk.”

Jay shrugged “what up?”

Evie chuckled and Mal spoke up.

“Um… Well…” she paused looking for the right words, “ I'm a mess. I'm such a mess.” Mal laughed nervously and Evie placed a hand on her shoulder and Hadley reached out for her hand squeezing it reassuringly “I mean, six months ago, I was, you know, stealing candy from babies, and know, everyone wants me to be this Lady of the Court and I have no idea how to keep up the act”

“Then don't” Carlos shrugged.

“See? This was dumb.” Jay sighed starting to get up.

Evie held out her hand stopping him from leaving the grass.

“Maybe not,” she readjusted to hold Mals other hand and face the others.

“we are always going to be the kids from the Isle. I tried to forget it, I really tried. But those are our roots. And we all did what we had to do to survive, but it made us who we are. And we are never going to be like anyone else here. And that's okay.”

“And we can't fake it” Carlos added.

“Yeah, I mean, especially without my spell book.” Mal sighed.

“Well of Ben doesn't love the real you, then he's not the one. The same goes with Harry, Hadley. If Harry can't see the way you feel for him and what you gave up, then he doesn't deserve you” Carlos gave a small smile.

Hadley laughed nervously and another year slid down her cheek.

“See that's the thing, Harry does know how I feel, at least he does now now anyway.” Hadley looked down.

“What do you mean?” Jay furrowed his eyebrows.

“I, um.., I told him that I loved him.” Hadley let out a sharp breath.

The others gasped.

“What did he say?” Evie looked wide eyes at her.

“He didn't say anything.” Hadley gave a sheepishly sad smile “ I said it right before I dropped his hook in the water, he dove in right after,” Hadley paused before starting again.

“He thought I forgot about him, he thought I abandoned him there. And I know you guys don't necessarily like him because he's on Umas crew and everything, but he does have a heart. And to see the look on his face when he confronted me outside of the Ursals’, I broke my heart. Knowing that I was the sole purpose of it. Hell I wouldn't be surprised if he hated me now, I mean, I did tell him I was coming back for him. And now I won't even get to know what his answer would be.” Hadley wiped away the tears that had fallen.

“Well, if he's dumb enough to not love you back then, you don't deserve him.” Jay nodded.

Hadley smiled sadly.

There was silence for a few minutes before Evie spoke.

“ Hadley and I are going to go make some changes to your dress. And if you're up for it, only if you're up for it, it'll be waiting for you, okay?” Mal nodded slightly and Evie pulled her into a hug mounting 'thank you’re to Carlos who nodded.

Jay, Evie, Hadley and Carlos stood up and began walking away.

When Hadley and Evie reached Evie's dorm, Hadley flopped on her bed.

“E, what am I going to do?” Evie leaned against the post at the foot of her bed.

Evie gave her a small smile.

She sat down on the bed as Hadley sat up and pulled the girl into a side hug.

“What does your heart say?”

“That right now, I'm hoping for a miracle” Hadley sighed.

(Evie)

Hadley turned and hugged Evie tight.

“What would I do without you?” She smiled.

“Not sure. But now, we have a dress to fix.” Evie stood up pulling Hadley with her. After getting changed from their Isle clothes, Evie gladly let Hadley borrow some clothes, together they pulled out Mal's yellow and blue dress, attaching it to the mannequin. Evie cut and Hadley sewed.

Just over an hour later, there was a frantic knock on the door.

“Come in” Hadley said through the pins in her teeth.

The door burst open and in walked a tear streaked Ruby.

Hadley stood up and removed the pins from her mouth seeing her friend in such a state.

“Ruby? What's wrong?” Hadey and Evie both rushed over to console the blonde girl.

“I think I'm in love.” Ruby didn't look up from the floor.

“Well that's great!” Evie squealed.

“Ruby?” Hadley already had an idea on who it was.

“With who?”

Ruby looked up at them.

“I think I'm in love with Gil.”

Hadley and Evie looked at each other.

Oh boy..

“Okay, you need to talk and we need to work, let's go” Hadley shut the door and pulled Ruby over to the dresses.

Hadey and Evie resumed their work both listening to her

“Spill.”

“I don't know, I just, I felt something when we ran into him the first time on the Isle.”

Hadley urged her for more details

“After I was captured by Umas crew, Gil never left my side. He also didn't let any of the other crew members get close to me. We got to talking, found out we have a similar interest in adventures and discovering new places. He's really sweet." Ruby had a far off look in her eyes.

"Gil always was. Granted he can be a bit thick headed but, nonetheless, he is a great guy. Harry's told me that." Hadley hadn't looked away from the lace she was sewing.

"I understand completely" she reached out and placed her hand on Ruby's knee.

"I just wish there was some way to bring him over, you know?"Ruby sighed.

"Oh believe me, nobody knows about wanting to bring someone over more than Hadley and I" Evie said walking around the front of the dress.

"There are many people on that island that don't deserve to be there."

Hadley finished stitching, stepping back with Evie and looking the dress up and down.

"Its even more perfect than before." Hadley high fived Evie admiring their handywork.

Hadley walked over to Ruby and pulled her up holding onto her hands.

"We will find a way to get Gil off the Isle. Even if I have to go back there and drag him out myself." Hadley smiled.

Ruby gave a slight chuckle and pulled Hadley and Evie into a hug.

"Now, its almost time for cotillion." Hadley walked over to the rack of dresses and pulled off a large dress bag labeled 'Ruby'. She held the bag out.

"Go back to your dorm and get some rest, ill be over in a bit to help you get ready i gotta help deliver dresses and help Evie get ready." She leaned in as Ruby took the bag,and whispered "and to be honest, Evie is the only one who can get me into my dress." Ruby laughed as she nodded her head and walked out the door.

(sequel to “see You Again”) ( A Harry Hook x reader love story)

Part 8

Just over on the other side of the metal pipe Hadley, Evie and Mal were waiting.

When the limo stopped Carlos hopped out of the back and Jay and Lonnie got out of the front.

“Lonnine?” The three questioned.

“I made them bring me.” Lonnie said as she hugged then.

“I'm so glad” Mal said.

“Welcome to the Isle” Evie said as she side hugged her.

Jay and Carlos went to the trunk opening it up to reveal a stowaway.

“And Dude.”

“I told you to stay” Carlos scolded

“I flunked obedience class.”

“Great and he can still talk” Jay looked at Carlos.

“You're lucky I love you” Carlos said to Dude as he pulled him out of the trunk.

Jay grabbed the case of swords and slung it over his back before shutting the trunk.

“Ooh. Here let me see it” Mal reached her hand out for the fake wand.

Carlos handed it over to her and she inspected it.

“Wow, what a beauty”

“Guys, it's noon” Hadley glanced at the pipe.

Mal handed the wand back to Carlos who stuck it in his jacket.

“Alright. Are we ready?” Mal looked at each one of them.

” Yep” Evie and Hadley both held up the bags with the smoke bombs.

Mal nodded and took the lead, heading through the tunnel.

Hadley and Evie followed, Lonnie behind them and Jay and Carlos at the every end.

The walk through the pipe was only a minute but to Hadley it felt like hours. A million thoughts ran through her mind. What if they couldn't get out in time and she had to fight him? What could she say to him? What else would he say? The broken look on his face just hours earlier burned into her brain.

Evie must have seen because she grabbed Hadleys unoccupied hand and squeezed it.

Hadley gave her a small smile and they stepped out of the pipe and on to the docks.

The Lost Revenge was swarming with Umas crew.

Hadley immediately caught a glimpse of Harry's jacket.

He was pushing a bound Ben and Ruby towards the end of the ship.

He pushed them hard and been stumbled, Harry opened his arms,

“Welcome!”

The VKs stopped at different points on the dock. Jay, Lonnie and Evie behind Mal, Carlos on the upper deck, and Hadley directly in front of the plank. Watching Harry torment Been and Ruby over the plank. Harry looked up and saw Hadley watching him, the sadness present in her features made his heart clench but he shook it off and continued.

(Uma)

Huh, let's get this party started

I swear I'm cold-hearted There's no negotiation I'm not here for debatin' You need some motivation? Just look at Ben's face Then ask yourself how long you think I'll remain patient I'll throw him overboard and let him swim with killer sharks You either hand over the wand or he'll be ripped apart

(Mal)

Now, let's all just be smart Although for you that must be hard You'll get your wand No one has to come to any harm Don't try to intimidate Your bark is much worse than your bite Who's the baddest of them all? I guess we're finding out tonight

(Pirates)

Let's go, bring it on Better give us what we want It's the wand for the crown If you don't, it's going down

(VKs)

Let's go, make your move Peace or war, it's up to you Give him up and do it now If you don't, it's going down

(Pirates)

They gathered around Mal at the gangplank, listening to her plan.

Mal walked up towards Uma pointing to Ben and Ruby. Harry noticed Mal getting closer to Uma and left the two royals stand-in on the edge of the plank and walked over, pushing Gil towards them.

(Mal)

Ok, look, this is not a conversation It's a do-or-die situation If you don't give me back the king I'll have no hesitation I'll serve you right here And I don't need a reservation That way your whole pirate crew can have a demonstration Release him now, and we can go our separate ways Unless you wanna deal with me and the VKs

(Uma)

So that's your big speech, huh? An empty ultimatum?

Harry got in front of Uma, getting closer and closer to Mal.

Jay and Hadley walked up behind her.

(Harry)

All it takes is one swing and I'll humiliate him Matter of fact, make one wrong move and I'll debilitate him And if he even starts to slip, I'll eliminate him All it takes is one long look and I'll

As he spun around, Hadley grabbed his hook, stopping him.

(Hadley)

Harry! We get it, chill

Harry smirked at her and sauntered away back to his post at the plank, continuing to push Ben and Ruby around.

(Pirates)

Let's go, bring it on Better give us what we want It's the wand for the crown If you don't, it's going down

(VKs)

(Pirates)

Carlos pulled the wand out from his jacket and handed it to Mal.

She walked back up to Uma ready to hand it over.

(Ben)

Hey, we don't have to choose We don't have to light the fuse Mal, whatever you do, it's gonna be a lose-lose There's gotta be a better way Uma, I promise I'll give you your chance You'll have your say

(Uma)

Silly king! You? Give me? You're gonna give me a chance? Well, not a chance

(Pirates)

Oh, oh, oh, make the trade Oh, oh, oh, or walk the plank Oh, oh, oh, make the trade Oh, oh, oh, or walk the plank

Mal handed the wand out to Uma who held her hand up.

“Hold up. To easy.”

Mal took a step back.

“Why don't you give it a test drive. We want to see it work.”

Mal sighed “you always were quite the drama queen”

“Oh and nothing to big or else Ben and Ruby are fish bait.”

Mal looked behind her and Carlos nodded his head to the upper deck where Dude was sitting. Mal smiled at Uma and leaned against the railing.

“Although it seems absurd, turn your bark into a word.” She waved the wand and Dude did nothing.

Mal turned and smiled at Uma and glared back at Dude.

“Talk dog.”

The smallest voice came from Dude.

“Does this vest make me look fat?”

The crew around Uma cheered.

“Does anyone have some bacon? Cookies?”

Uma laughed as Mal turned around.

“Give me the wand!”

“Give me Ben and Ruby!”

Uma looked over to where Harry was holding them close to the edge of the plank.

“Harry, bring them over.”

Harry sighed but reluctantly pulled them both over to the gangplank, kicking the backs of their knees making them fall to their knees in front of Mal.

Hadley ran up to retrieve Ruby.

Uma reached for the wand and Mal pulled back, reaching her hand out for Ben, nudging Hadley to do the same.

Hadley decides looking at Ruby was the best thing to do because looking at Harry would cause her to break.

“Cut ‘em loose Harry.”

Harry grumbled as he pulled out his sword and sliced through the rope binding Ben and Ruby hands.

“ I never get to have any fun”

Their hands flung up and grasped Hadley and Mals hands.

Uma hand darted out for the wand and Mal placed it in her hand.

Hadley pulled Ruby up and started pulling her up the docks, but Ruby started pulling her way back.

“Ruby! Come on! We need to go!” Hadleys voice barely went over a whispered but it was urgent enough to get Ruby's attention.

Hadley happened to look behind her to find Harry's eyes watching her retreat, that broken look from night before present but poorly masked by the joy of getting the wand.

Hadley managed to pull Ruby to the docks by the time Uma found out the wand was fake. Before she knew it there were pirates swinging from ropes, smoke bombs were being set off left and right and she was handed a sword. The metal object felt foreign in her hand, she tried to remember the tricks and moves that Harry had taught her when they were younger.

Hadley disarmed a few pirates, looking for one in particular. She saw the flash of red and looked up, finding Harry now fighting Jay.

She cursed herself mentally and ran to the upper deck, dodging swords and pirates the whole way up.

Just as Harry was about to bring his sword down on Jay, Hadley's clashed with his.

Jay looked surprised to see Hadley able to hold him off.

“ Jay go help Evie and Ruby, I've got him” Hadley grunted as Harry pushed down harder.

Jay hesitated.

“Go!”

Jay ran and it was just Harry and Hadley.

“You never could win against me.” Harry sneered.

Hadley pushed with all her strength and threw Harry backwards catching him off guard.

“There's always a first time”

They squared up and Harry brought his sword down first,she was able to block it.

“Harry we need to talk”

“A little late for that now ain't it”

“No, Har, I never meant to leave you here.”

“Then why did you?”

Harry spun around her trying to throw her off.

“I tried to get you over. I really did!” Hadley ducked as his sword came dangerously close to her head.

“Please Harry, I never forgot about you! I couldn't even if I tried!”

Harry laughed.

“Yeah, that's why your aren't wearing me necklace hu?”

He swung again, Hadley pushed him back enough to use her other hand to pull the necklace from under her shirt.

Harry stared at her and the necklace, looking back up to her.

“I have not taken your necklace off since you gave it to me”

“But, the coronation.. I watched… it wasn't there...”

Hadley shook her head.

“ I had it tucked under my dress.”

Harry looked to the side away from her, their fight momentarily forgotten.

“You left me here, wondering if you were ever coming back.” Harry looked like a kicked puppy and it took everything in Hadley not to run up and hug him.

“I know, and I'm so sorry Harry. I tried, every day I tried to talk to Ben about bringing you over but something was always more important.”

Hadley moved a little closer and he looked up at her his eyes softened and Hadley wanted to tell him what she felt for him, but their moment was interrupted by Uma shouting at him from the lower decks.

Harry face quickly handed again and he brought his sword down quickly, catching Hadley slightly off.

“Harry please!” Hadley pleaded pushing him off and swing at him.

“Please believe me"

Harry said nothing as he swung again and again, each strike causing a spark to ignite between the two swords.

Harry had Hadley backed up against the railing and brought his sword down using his hook to hold her sword away from him.

Hadley kicked at his knee, pushing him back. Harry brought his sword down and Hadley moved making his get stuck in the railing.

Hadley knew she had little time before the others made it to the pipe.

She looked around while he struggled to free his sword. Her eyes landed on his hook, the only thing he cared for more than anything else.

When Harry's sword was finally freed he lunged at her but Hadley moved and thrust her sword blade through the hook and twisted it freeing it from Harry's grip and dangling it from the edge of her sword.

Harry stood there dumbfounded before throwing his sword down at her feet and reached his hand out for his hook.

Hadley took the hook off her sword and held it looking at it.

"Harry, there's something that I should have told you a long time ago, but I never knew how."

Harry looked away from him hook in her hands up to her eyes.

"And what's that?"

Hadley hesitated.

"I… I…"

"You what?"

Part 7

Back at the hideout the five where trying to come up with other options to not give Uma the wand but we're falling short.

“ There is no way we're giving Uma the wand.” Evie said, pacing. “ We can't just let her destroy Auradon.”

“Uma doesn't get the wand, Ben and Ruby are toast, guys.” Carlos stated defeatedly.

“ So we're going to give Uma, of all people, the wand?” Evie fired back.

“ Wait, you guys! Your 3D printer!” Hadley spoke through the argument.

The other three looked at her.

“A phoney wand” Carlos realized what she was insinuating.

“Yeah but the second Uma tests it, she'll know it's fake.” Evie retorted.

“Okay, so then we get Ben and Ruby out really fast. We need some kind of diversion” Mal spoke from behind Hadley.

The rest thought for a moment, when Jay spoke up.

“Smoke bombs.”

“ That's perfect! I can get the chemicals I need from lady Tremains place.” Evie said as she walked over to Mal and Hadley.

“ Oh and sick hair by the way. Evil stepmom really stepped up her game.” Evie said running her fingers through the ends of Mal's newly dyed purple hair.

“ Ok you wanna know something, Dizzy did this!”

“Little Dizzy? No way!” Hadley gasped.

Jay cleared his throat as the girls kept rambling about Mal's hair.

“Hello?!”

Jay shot the girls a look when they turned to him

“Right. Jay, Carlos, meet us at Pirates Bay no later than 12 o'clock. And you guys, losing, not an option.” The others nodded.

“Cause we're rotten…”

“To the core”

The five split up outside the hideout.

Hadley, Evie and Mal walked their way through the winding streets and dark alleys to “Curl Up and Dye” owned by none other than Lady Tremaine.

Hadley and Evie pushed through the tall plastic curtain that lead on to the floor of the salon. Multiple colors of paint splatters cover the walls and broken mirrors sat in front of styling chairs. A white claw foot bath tub sat in the very back corner, full of hair potions and colors, bubbling away.

At the desk at the very back of the salon, with her back turned to them sat little Dizzy, daughter of Drizzella. Dizzy is young, about 11 or 12, she wore a black paint splattered dress and a blue paint splattered apron. Her hair was perched in two messy buns on top of her head and her purple cats-eye glasses sat far down on the end of her nose from having been hunched of the desk. The desk was cluttered with gold and silver jewelry, gems of all shapes mostly Ruby and sapphires, some skulls and tiaras litterd around as well. Dizzy always made the jewelry that Hadley and Evie wore.

Hadley and Evie looked at each other and smiled, to them Dizzy was like a little sister, there where many times they hung out with dizzy creating new dresses and playing around with hairstyles.

They snuck over, careful not to make any noise and crouched down next to the desk. It took Dizzy a moment to realize that there was someone next to her.

“Evie? Hadley?” Dizzy jumped from the chair and grabbed the two in a waist high tight hug. The two older girls embraced her tighter.

“You guys came back! Is it all just like we imagined? Do they really have closets you can walk into? Have you been to a real swimming pool? What does ice cream taste like?” Dizzy spit out question after question and evening and Hadley laughed.

“It's cold and sweet. And if you eat it too fast you get a headache.” Evie tapped her nose.

“Really?”

“Yeah”

“I saved your sketchbook for you!” Dizzy ran off to another part of the salon.

“You did?”Hadley beamed.

Dizzy came back a few seconds later carrying a large blue book.

She set the book down and Evie sat at the desk with dizzy and Hadley looking over her shoulder. Evie opened up the first page and marveled at the sketch of a dress.

Hadley gasped “We made that dress out of safety pins and an old curtain”

“It reminds me of the dress you made for Mal when she met Jasmine.”

“I spilled curry all over that” Mal inquired.

“You did” Hadley laughed.

A look of realization crossed over Evie's face.

“You're totally right Dizzy. This was…. This was totally the inspiration for that.”

“I knew it! You can take the girl out of the isle but you can't take the isle out of the girl”

Hadley and Evie looked a Dizzy sadley. They both knew how bad Dizzy wanted to go to Auradon.

Changing the subject and adding more light to the room, Hadley picked up a small blue skull shaped sapphire and a silver arm band and held them together.

”is this too much or is this fabulous?”

“Hand me the glue gun!” Dizzy held her hand out and Evie placed it in her hand.

She excitedly glued the two pieces together.

Mal then cleared her throat gaining their attention.

“Smoke bombs?”

“Right.” Hadley looked over at Dizzy, “is it alright?”

Dizzy beamed at her.

“Sure take what you need!”

“Dizzy you are the best!” Evie gave her a side hug and the three got to work creating the smoke bombs.

After two hours and five smoke bombs later, Hadley, Evie and Mal were ready to leave. They carefully placed them in Mal and Evie's bags.

Evie turned around,as Mal placed the last smoke bombs in the bags, holding a gold circular band encrusted with Ruby hearts over her head.

“H, how amazing would this look with my shredded tee and my heart purse?”

“Very amazing!”

“Take it! Take a bunch!” Dizzy exclaimed from across the salon.

Dizzy scooped up a bunch of the jewelry from the desk skipping over to the three girls.

Hadley quickly grabbed Evie's bag and opened it up for Dizzy.

“Oh Dizzy!” Evie squealed.

“It would make me so happy to know that you were wearing something of mine in Auradon. It's almost like me being there myself.” Dizzy smiled.

Evie and Hadley both exchanged looks and pulled Dizzy into a hug.

“We really wish we could take you with us.” Evie said.

“At least two of us had our dreams come true, right?” Dizzy said as they pulled away.

The two girls looked down.

“E,H we gotta go.” Mal quipped from the back.

The two nodded and followed Mal to the front of the shop where Evie and Hadley turned to look back at Dizzy who had sat back down at the desk looking through the sketchbook.

“She's gonna be okay” Mal said.

Hadley sighed.

“Yeah. But she could be so much more.” Evie whispered.

Hadley gave a tight lipped smile.

“Let's go.”

The three walked out the salon and back into the cold Alleyways. The walk back to the hideout was filled with the three girls linking arms and laughing at ridiculous stories from Auradon gossip.

“I'm serious! Ruby told me She turned her mother into a bear. All because she didn't want to get married.” Hadley laughed.

“yeah okay H” Mal remarked

“It's true!”

Mal held her hands up in defense.

Evie had a small smile on her face but it looked more like a grimace.

“Evie, you okay?”

Mal took this as her que to leave, heading up the stairs and into the hideout.

"E.. you can tell me" Hadley took both of Evie's hands.

Evie let out a drawn out breath.

“You and Ruby are getting pretty close hu?"

"I mean yeah, she's a good friend"

"Good enough to ditch me for her?" Evie questioned looking up the alley.

"what are you talking about?" concern flashed through Hadley's features.

"You know what I mean, your always running off with her anymore, ditching me in your path.." Evie removed her hands from Hadley's.

"Evie… I am so sorry.. honestly.. I didn't know I was doing that." Hadley pleaded.

" I feel like I'm losing my best friend" Evie hung her head.

"Evie, you're not my best friend…" Hadley stated stated shaking her head.

Evie's face fell.

Hadley took her hands again.

"You're not my best friend…you are so much more than that..you're my sister…"

Evie grinned wildly and pulled Hadley into a tight hug.

"Im sorry I've been ditching you. I promise when we get back, we'll spend time together.. just you and me." Hadley smiled as she pulled back.

"I'd like that" Evie smiled.

The two girls held their interlocked hands up in the air at the top of the stairs.

"Come on.. i think Mal needs someone to talk to" Hadley nodded her head towards the door to the hideout.

Together they went in and talked until they dozed off.

The morning sun crept of the isle the next morning, the light breeze from the surrounding ocean giving the isle a slight chill. The docks where busy and crowded as Umas crew prepared for the trading of the wand.

Uma had stationed Harry and Gil to watch over their royal captives. Not like they could go anywhere though. Uma had ordered Ben and Ruby to be tied, separated, to each mast of the ship for the night so they couldn't try to escape.

Harry jumped down from the upper deck and stalked around the tied up King, he stopped leaning in uncomfortably close to Ben as he could. Harry lifted his hand up and scratched under Ben's chin cooing at him.

"Coochy, coochy coo." Harry chuckled wildly

Ben just looked at Harry.

"How's it feel to be King now, eh?"

Harry smirked wildly, showing off the insanity behind his eyes.

He sauntered around the mast again ready to say something else but Uma beat him to it.

"Give it a rest Harry. Give it a rest" she sat down on a crate in front of Ben.

"We don't want damaged goods"

Harry climbed up the rope ladder and was hanging on by on hand.

"You said that I could hook him" he sneered through gritted teeth.

"I said at noon" Uma reminded him not taking her eyes off Ben.

Harry jumped down and made his way up to the King, holding out his small pocket watch.

"20 more minutes now"

"That says 11:30" ben looked at Harry concerned.

"You better hope you're Girlfriend comes through" uma smirked.

"She's not my girlfriend anymore." Ben looked down at the planks in the ship.

Uma looked surprised.

"Leave us alone Harry."

Harry looked at Uma, he tuned and held the pocket watch up again.

"19 more minutes now and then you're gonna pay for takin' away me Haddie."

Harry strutted away swinging the pocket watch and whistling.

Ben looked at Uma confused.

"He means Hadley. You know, blue hair, a bit of a hot head"

”Were they.. together?”

Uma chuckled “He wishes. Nah, they were just friends, that both had major crushes on each other”

Ben tried to turn his head catching a glimpse of the red leather jacket.

“What happened?”

“You happened.” Uma deadpanned.

Ben looked back at her.

“Look, when you took Mal, Evie, Jay and Carlos over there, that's as mad as I've ever been. And trust me I've been plenty mad. But when you took Hadley from Harry, I've never seen a rage like that boy threw. Hadley was the one thing keeping him sane over here on this trash heap. And when she chose to stay over there, he snapped. Lost a few crew members because of it.” Uma looked around at her crew on the docks and the ship.

“You mean he…” Ben gulped.

Uma scoffed “We ain't that bad. No, he just scared them away”

Ben sighed and looked down for a moment then at Uma

“The plan was to start with the five and bring more over from there. I guess I just got so caught up being King, I know that sounds lame.”

Uma hummed.

“ I guess that's why Hadley always mentioned Harry or you around me. To get me to realise, I am so sorry Uma. Please come with us, be part of our solution.”

“oh so now we get the invite!” Uma looked up from her nails. “I don't need your apologies, were going to get there on our own, let's see what this baby can do.” She fiddled with her mother's shell necklace.

Some of the fantastically strange plants like the mermaid tail or the opal-like clear succulents look like they’re from another planet and something that aliens keep on their alien desks in their alien offices.

If you want to get one of these peculiar succulents for yourself or for your loved ones as a gift, the mermaid one is called a crested Senecio Vitalis while the clear one is the Haworthia Cooperi plant.

Haworthia succulents are popular because of their “leaf windows” which let in a lot of light for the plant. The “windows” also minimize water loss from evaporation because the rest of the plant is buried underground. Haworthia plants also have accordion-like roots that pull them deeper into the ground so that they can thrive.

Haworthia plants are easy to take care of and are great succulents for beginners: just pop them on the windowsill and they’ll be happy. Especially if you plop it into some gritty soil.

In general, succulents need plenty of light and you need to rotate them occasionally so all parts of it can enjoy the sun and to help it grow straight.

Overwatering is a big no-no, so check the soil regularly: if it’s dry, get your watering can ready. Also, keep in mind that succulents need more water during Spring and Summer and barely need any in Fall and Winter when they’re ‘resting.’ Finally, wipe the dust off your succulents to help them grow and become your picture-perfect plant-pals.

(sequel to “See You Again”) ( A Hary Hook X Reader story)

Part 6

Harry sauntered into the chip shop after his encounter with the former occupants of the Isle. His mind still drifted to Hadley and her scared expression as he pointed his hook in her face. He mentally kicked himself as he promised her long ago that he would never point his hook at her face.

He groaned as he sat down at a table, kicking his feet up and rubbing his hands down his face slightly smearing the eyeliner around his eyes.

He only put it on because he knew Hadley liked it, she always said it made his eyes seem more menacing, and maybe it would her her to break if she saw it but no such luck.

Uma came around from the back and saw Harry propped against the table. She knocked his feet down, startling the young pirate and causing him to yelp as the chair fell to the floor.

“Well? Is she coming?” Uma asked crossing her arms.

“Yeah I don't see why they wouldn't. I gave them a pretty irresitsable ultimatum.” Harry grunted.

“ Wait.. wait. Who's they?” Uma raised an eyebrow.

“ Mal.”

“And?”

Harry didn't respond right away, he just continued to look at the floor.

“Harry!”

Harry mumbled something as Uma rested her hands on the table.

“What was that?” She tilted her head.

“ Hadley.” Harry spoke, his voice was low and his eyes stayed put on the floor not daring to look at his Capitan.

“Did I tell you to invite the hot head?!” Uma shouted

“ I did it for meself!’ Harry roared as he forcefully stood up, knocking over the chair.

Uma laughed.

“Oh Harry. She left you remember? She doesn't care about you. It's been six months, get over it.” Uma shot.

Each word cut into Harry's chest like a searing red-hot knife.

“ I know.” He whimpered.

“ Just remember where your loyalties lie.” Uma growled.

Uma sauntered away from the table, leaving Harry to pick up his chair.

He sat back down and slammed his head on the he table top groaning as he did.

An hour past and the time for Hadley and Mal to arrive neared closer. Meaning Harry grew more nervous and Uma grew more agitated.

She slammed a tray of fried fish on the table in front of a witch causing some to spill onto the table top.

“ Hey! I wanted the fried clams!” The witch complained.

“ And I wanted a sea pony. Life ain't fair!” Uma retorted, making the witch jump back.

Harry was tapping his hook on the table when the two swing doors flung open.

All heads turned to the two new additions to the shop, some gashping and some growling.

“ We're baaaack.” Mal and Hadley sung still standing in the doorway.

Harry's head shot directly to Hadley as he stood up.

Uma laughed as she went to stand by harry.

“Losers, party of two. Right this way please.” Uma gestured to an empty table in front if them. Uma pushed a chair towards mal, who caught it before it hit her.

“ Place still stinks.” Hadley commented, wrinkling her nose at the putrid smell of fish.

“Oh I'm sorry. We're down a Butler today. Princesses.” Uma scoffed.

Hadley went to pull up an empty chair when a large hand covered hers.

Hadley looked up to see Harry had grabbed her hand, his blue eyes seemed stone cold.

“Let's go. We need to talk.” Harry stated looking anywhere but at her.

Hadley looked to Mal as Harry drug her from the shop by her wrist.

He took her to an alley next to the shop. He let go of her arm and started pacing in front of her.

Hadley cast her eyes to the wet, muddy ground, kicking some rocks around.

“Why?” Harry voice broke through the silence causing Hadley to snap her head to look at him. He'd stopped pacing and was standing in front of Hadley.

When she opened her mouth to ask what he meant he silenced her with his hand.

“You promised me you wouldn't. You promised we would get out of here together. It's been six months Hadley and I've heard nothin’ from you. You're over there living the perfect little life not giving a single care about me. You left me here hoping that you'd come back. Did you even think about me when you chose to stay? Hm? Cause you weren't wearing the necklace then. Just like you aren't now. What? Did you forget I existed the minute you stepped foot in Auradon? Did you ever care about me at all?” Harry's voice got louder and louder and by the time her finished ranting.

Hadely stepped forward. “ That's not true.. I-I-”

“ Save it. You lied to me. I waited six months.. six months for you to come back here. And now the only reason you're here is to get you precious King and princess back.”

“Harry..-” her voice came out broken and quiet.

Before Hadley could return any answers, Mal came slamming out the doors of the shop.

“Hadley! Let's go!” Mal shouted.

Hadley turned back to Harry not sure of what to say. She backed out of the alley keeping her eyes on him. She watched as his head hung and his shoulders slumped as she backed up.

“I never forgot you Harry.” She whispered.

Harry looked up just as her hair flicked around the corner.

Hadley jogged to keep up with Mal who seemed unsettled.

“ Mal wait up! What happened in there?” Hadley panted as she caught up.

Mal stopped and sighed “ Uma wants the wand, in exchange for Ben and Ruby.”

Hadley stared wide eyed as Mal walked on.

'great here we go again with the whole wand thing’ Hadley groaned out loud rushing to catch up.

(sequel to “See You Again) (A Harry Hook x reader love story)

Part 5

The six waited for nightfall to sneak out of the dorms. They snuck down to the limo shed and found the one that brought the vks from the Isle six months ago. Their plan was simple; go there, get Mal, and come back in one piece. Hadley prayed it would work but knowing the isle, it will throw them off somewhere.

Hadley and Evie quickly pieced together “Isle-esque” clothing choices for Ben and Ruby.(I know the link is for Mal so just pretend). Hadley had meticulously pinned and braided Ruby's hair up so it wouldn't cause any traveling issues on the isle if they had to make a quick get away. Jay, Carlos, Evie and Hadley just had to raid their own closets to find outfits from the isle.

They ran down the front steps of the castle.

“ Jay, keys, remote.” Ben said as he tossed Jay the items he was carrying.

“ Wait! Something wrong” Evie ran up to Ben.

The rest stared at Evie waiting for her to do something.

Evei reached up and pulled the beanie down farther over Ben's head.

“There. That's better.” Evie nodded.

“Shotgun!” A small voice yelled from the steps.

Everyone's, except for Carlos, jaw dropped as they realized the voice came from Carlos's dog, Dude.

“No Dude, stay! The isle is way too dangerous.” Carlos reprimanded.

Dude groaned and sat down on the steps.

“ Did he just..” Jay started.

“ Talk? Yeah. I'll tell you later.” Carlos shook his head and the rest shrugged and got in the limo.

Jay and Carlos took the front seats and Evie, Hadley, Ben and Ruby took the back.

“Okay. Once we get there we park under the pier in the old garage. Got it?” Hadley stated

“ Got it.”

It took 45 minutes to reach the old broken bridge that would lead them to the isle. They crossed the golden magic bridge that appeared after Jay pressed the button. Ruby sat by the window staring in awe of the golden swirls encircling the bridge as they passed.

When they parked in the old garage they draped the limo in sheets to disguise it.

Being back on the isle sent a chill down Hadley's spine. If her father were to find our she was there, let's just say, all hell would break loose.

“It's really weird being back here” Evie said as Jay walked up to the two of them.

He looked around “we'll get in and get out” he nodded.

The other two nodded as well.

Hadley hadn't noticed Ruby wasn't by her side until she saw her standing next to Ben at the large metal pipe that lead to the docks.

The vks froze as Being yelled “hey what's in here?” Into the pipe. The sound echoed, making it louder than necessary. They rushed over and pulled Ben and Ruby away.

“ You don't want to know.” Hadley said shaking her head.

“ Hey guys.” Carlos caught their attention. “ Keep it chill, all right? The last thing we need is for our parents to find out were here” the other three nodded and they walked onward, Hadley tucked her hook under her shirt as she followed.

They walked through the Isle for a short while, going through alleyways and dark streets. Multiple times they had to pull Ruby and Ben away from scammers and thieves looking for loot. Jay and Carlos took been up front leading the girls through the maze of alleys.

As the rounded a corner two young children jumped out at Evie. One began to fight with her as another came up behind her and grabbed her wallet out of her pocket.

Evie was able to grab both of their arms yelling at them to give it back.

She paused for a moment when she looked at the little kids faces; dirty and gaunt like they hadn't eaten in w eeks, scratches and bruises littered their small cheeks. They looked at her with wide eyes and Evie's heart broke at the site.

“ Go on take it.” Evie nodded releasing their arms.

The kids looked at her and giggled running off with the wallet.

Evie stood up stairs and fixed her jacket before turning to catch up with the others.

Jay, Hadley and Carlos had stopped when they heard Evie start yelling, they had yet to realize Ben and Ruby did not. Evie sighed as she brushed past the others going after the two royals.

They caught up to them as they were being stared down by a man in pirate gear.

Jay rushed to their aid and made the guy back up into his corner.

Hadley and Evie pulled the two away from him, scolding them as they did.

“This isn't a parade it's the isle.” Evie said

“Keep your hands in your pocket unless your stealing.” Jay continued

“ You either slouch or strut.” Carlos added

“And never ever smile.” Evie finished

“Ok than-” Ben started but Hadley

“No thank yous. And drop the please too. Just… chill”

(Hadley)

Ben and Ruby continued to strut up the alley way as the other stood back and watched.

Things went downhill when Ben bumped into someone. The others panicked and rushed to their sides. Hadley stood behind a frozen ruby, as she stared at Gil, Harry's pirate best friend.

“Hey,man! Hey I know you.” Gil smiled at Ben.

“Uh, no. Don't know you either,man.” Ben said nonchalantly.

“ Uh, yeah you do. Come on, man. Really? Dude I'll give you a hint. My dad is quick, slick, and his neck… is incredibly thick.” He pointed to his own neck. When no one answered Gill looked behind them and spotted a poster for Cotillion, graffitied with the pirate motto 'we ride with the tide’, pinned to the wall.

It suddenly clicked for Gil when he pointed at Ben, then to the poster and back at Ben.

His jaw dropped when he figured it out.

“Oh! You're King Ben!” The others rushed to get Ben out of there as quickly as possible but Hadley had trouble moving Ruby from her spot where she stood, still frozen and staring at Gil.

“Evie, Jay carlos. Hey guys!” Gil said as they left.

He turned to the two that still stood in front of him and froze as well when her looked at Ruby. Hadley freaked out when she couldn't move her.

“ H-hi.” Gil stammered “I'm Gil”

“R- Ruby” Gil lifted his hand for her to shake and Hadley's breath hitched when they did. She let out a small squeak and tried to push Ruby away again.

“ Hadley?” Gil questioned to the blue haired girl next to ruby

Hadley slowly looked towards Gil and grimaced.

“ Hi Gil.” She said quietly.

“Oh Harry is going to be so happy that you're here!” Gil shrieked jumping up and down. Hadley went wide eyed and tried to push Ruby away again, this time it working and Hadley drug Ruby from the alley.

When they caught up to the others, they were waiting around the bottom of the staircase that led up to their hideout, with Ben missing.

Evie looked around when she heard Hadley and Ruby approach.

“Where were you two?” Evie whispered.

“Long story” Hadley glanced at Ruby who still has a far off look in her eyes.

Evie nodded.

“ Did Ben go up?”

“Yeah.”

Just as Evie responded, Ben can down the metal steps. His expression screamed sadness and he hit the last step alone.

“ So? Where's Mal?” Hadley asked.

“ She's not coming back” he sighed.

“ What?” Evie gasped as Ben walked past her.

“ Let me talk to her.” Evie said as she walked over to the large horn shaped phone strapped to a beam.

“M? Mal it's Evie. Let me just talk to you for a second.”

It was a few moments before a shrieking voice belonging to Mal yelled at them to go away.

“ Let's give her a couple hours to cool off.” Jay suggested.

Evie nodded.

“Hey guys. Where's Ben and Ruby?” The others looked around frantically when Carlos said that calling for Ben in the process.

Their shoulders slumped when a figure walked towards them from the dark alley.

“ Ben don't scare us like that” Hadley breathed up with a hand over her heart.

“ Don't scare you? But that's my specialty.” A thick Scottish accent rang through the alleyway.

Haldey gasped as she recognized the voice immediately, having thought about if for the last six months.

“Harry.” Evie sighed shaking her head.

“ What have you done with Ben and Ruby?” Jay stepped in front of Hadley.

“Oh, uh, we nicked them, mmm-hmm. Yeah and if you want to see them again have Mal and Hadley come to the chip shop tonight... alone. Uma wants.. a little visit. And I need to have a chat with the little goddess over there” Harry sneered pointing this hook in Hadley's direction. Jay stepped even colder to Hadley, who stared wide eyed at the silver hook that was nearly in her face, nearly blocking her from Harry's view.

“ Awww, jay,” Harry pouted “ it seems like you lost your touch” He laughed.

Jay lunged at him but Hadley grabbed his arm stopping him from getting any closer, which made Harry laugh.

Harry turned around, barked at Carlos, and walked back down the alley the way he came, whistling a tune as he went.

The others rushed up the stairs to get Mal as Hadley stood there, in the alleyway watching Harry disappear.

“I'm sorry Harry.” Hadley whispered sadly as she went to climb the steps.

So much for their plan going smoothly.

(sequel to “See You Again) { A Harry Hook x Reader story

Part 4

Classes came and went quickly as Hadley now sat in Ruby's room drawing.

“So, you see any boys around here you think are cute yet?” Ruby asked from her bed where she sat brushing her long blonde hair.

Ruby is the daughter of Rapunzel and Eugene Fitzherbert. Like her mother once had, Ruby has extremely long, golden blonde hair. It's so long it leaves the room 10 minutes after she does. She has a bit of a mischievous side that she gladly inherited from her father. She also has her mother's big green eyes, that are always filled with curiosity, amusement and an eye for painting, which is how she and Hadley met.

When Hadley discovered the art classes and club, Ruby instantly took an interest in the new girl and found her powers fascinating. The two quickly became friends and started spending time together. Hadley was very rarely seen in her own room any more as she was always at Evie's making dresses and doing homework, or at Ruby's painting.

“No. The whole preppy prince thing really isn't my type.” Hadley laughed as she shared a particular dark part of her drawing.

“Really? Cause I heard Percy Pan has a thing for you.” Ruby snickered tossing the brush on her bed.

“That jerk!? No way would I ever even think about him like that.” Hadley scoffed.

“Ok then,. What about Chad? He's cute.” Ruby continued.

“And he's also a jerk, and a bit of a dimwit too. Besides, he's enamored with Audrey and drools at the slightest mention of her name.” Hadley laughed.

“ Ok what about Jay? You two seem pretty close.” Ruby pointed out.

“ Jay is like a brother to me, so is Carlos. So don't ask.” Hadley retorted.

“ Ok so preppy princes and bad boys, not your type. Got it.” Ruby replied.

“ No I never said bad boys weren't my type. I just said Jay and Carlos weren't.” Hadley pionted her pencil at her before placing the eraser between her teeth.

“ Who then?! I'm dying here!” Ruby exclaimed bouncing on the bed.

Hadley let out a long breath, thinking about Harry nearly always made her cry. The guilt she felt on a daily basis ate at her heart like ants on a old apple.

“ He used to be my best friend on the Isle. He was definitely a bad boy but with a very large heart, and come to think of it an equally large ego.” Hadley let out a watery laugh as tears welled in her eyes. “ He's been my best friend since I was six, I met him the first day I was brought to the Isle. He found me crying in an alley alone and scared. He took me back to his house and we just stuck together from then on. Then I met Evie, Mal, Jay and Carlos; but he still remained my best friend. We did everything together. We looted, we raied, we pulled pranks. He was my everything. Now I doubt he'll ever talk to me again.” As she talked, tears dripped from her red cheeks on to her half finished drawing.

“What's his name?” Ruby asked as she watched her friend wipe the tears saying her cheeks away.

“Harry Hook.” Hadley sniffled.

“Capitan Hook son?”

Hadley nodded her head and let out another breath.

“Is that why you wear that hook? Because he gave it to you?” Ruby went and sat by Hadley, close enough to place an arm around her.

“Yeah.” He fiddled with the charm on her necklace. “He gave it to me the day before I left. And I haven't taken it off since, I promised him that I'd come back for him and I haven't. I know he's probably really mad at me and wants nothing to do with me now, but that still doesn't stop how I still feel about him.” Hadley leaned into Ruby's side hug as she rubbed her arm.

“And what's that?”

“He's the only person I've ever loved.”

Before Ruby could respond,there was knock on Ruby's dorm door.

“Come in!” Ruby yelled.

The door opened fast nearly knocking off it hinges as Evei rushed into the room.

Hadley stood up as Evie stopped in front of her.

“ We have a big problem.” Evie handed Hadley the peice of paper she was carrying

Hadley took it ,reading it carefully as her eyes slowly began to widen towards the bottom of the page.

“ Mal's gone back to the Isle?!” Hadley gasped looking up at Evie.

Evie nodded her head sadly. Hadley placed a hand over her mouth as Ruby took the paper from her hand and read it for herself.

“ So what does this mean? What do we do? Do we go get her? Have you told Ben yet?” Hadley asked pacing.

“ not yet. I rushed over here first to get you, we need to go tell him. Maybe he'll know why she left.”

“Good idea let's go!” Hadley nodded as she rushed to collect her things from Ruby's floor.

The three rushed towards Ben's office, dodging people in their way.

When the reached it Evie knocked lightly, but hurriedly.

“Come in” his voice sounded through the wood door.

When the door open Ben stood up as the three girls walked in to the large space.

“Evie, Hadley, Ruby come on in.”

“Mal's gone back to the isle.” Evie breathed.

The smile dropped from Ben's face as evies news sunk in.

She walked across the carpeted floor and handed him the note he also placed his gold ring in his palm, the one he gave to Mal.

As he read the note his shoulders sunk.

“This is my fault. This is my fault, I blew it. She'd been under so much pressure lately and instead of being understanding, I just went all beast on her.” He slammed his fists on the desk. “ I have to go there and apologize. I have to go there and beg her to come back.” he rambled

“Ben you'll never find her. You have to know the isle and how it works, and… you have to take us with you” Hadley stepped forward.

“ Yes. Uh…Are you sure?” Ben asked.

“Yeah. She's our best friend” Hadley sighed.

“ And well being the boys too cause we're strength in numbers and none of us is too popular over there right now.” Evie added. “ But let's get two things straight. You have to promise us that we won't get stuck there again.”

“I promise.” Ben whispered.

Hadley looked at Evie who nodded.

“ And there is no way you're going dressed like that.” Hadley said seriously.

Ben nodded his head and went to follow the two out.

“ I want to go with you.” Ruby spoke up.

Evie and Hadley looked at each other.

“ Are you sure Ruby. I mean the isle... it's not a good place. We will be risking ourselves just to go and we know the place.” Hadley said.

“ I want to. I've always wondered what it would be like to see it from the inside. And I can handle myself, my dad used to be a thief you know.” Ruby stated.

Hadley looked to Evie who shrugged her shoulders.

“ Okay but stay close to me and there is no way.. you are going dressed like a princess.” Ruby squealed as she threw an arm around Hadley and they lead the way to Jay and Carlos.

Love Finds A Way (sequel to See You Again) {A Harry Hook x Reader story}

Part 3

At 6 o'clock Hadley rushed her way from the art room to Evie's dorm. She was late to help with Chad. She busted into the room seeing Chad already standing on the pedestal, adorned with his royal blue and fake fur cape.

“I'm so sorry Evie! We ran late with art club.” She said as she dumped her books on the bed and went to stand by Evie who was pinning fake fur around the edge of the cape. “ What can I do?”

“ can you pin the rest of the fur around the bottom?” Evie smiled

“ Of course!” Hadley skipped to the table, said hi to Doug and grabbed a pin cushion. She crouched down behind chad and started to pin.

Chad would not stop moving as he danced around on the pedestal. Hadley began to grow frustrated as the pinning was taking longer than it should have. Evie could tell her friend was getting upset and tried to get Chad to settle down.

“What about peacock feathers? Yeah I bet you know one is gonna have those at cotillion.” Chad exaggerated.

“Chad!” Evie gained his attention and he finally stood still long enough for Hadley to be able to stand up and finish pinning up the sides. “ When I look at you, all I can think of is… king!” Chad gasped and Hadley had to hide her snicker with the pins she was holding between her teeth.

“And fake fur.. fake fur says it all!” Evie gestured to the cape.

“ Loud and clear!” Doug deadpanned causing Hadley to giggle harder.

Just as Hadley pinned the last inch of fur to the top of the cape Jay appeared in the door way calling for Chad.

“Why did Coach make him Capitan instead of me?” Chad questioned. “ I'm obviously better.” He paused before saying “ King Chad though. I do rather like that. You know who else would like that?”

“Who?” Hadley mumbled through the pins in her mouth.

“Audrey.” He choked.

“She would” Evie smiled.

He sniffled as Jay called for him again.

He hopped down off the pedestal and before he could get out of arm's reach, Hadley plucked the cape from his shoulders.

The three chuckled as Chad left with Jay.

“Someone is clearly having some trouble dealing with his break up with Audrey.” Hadley chucked as she sat down at the sewing machine to start attaching the fur.

“I've been doing the numbers and after we collect from all the girls for their gowns and Chad's cape…” Doug stopped typing and showed Evie the screen. Her eyes widened.

“Hadley you need to see this!”

When Hadley saw the number on the screen she let out a short screech.

“No wonder people work!”

“What are we going to do with all this money?” Evie looked to Hadley who shrugged.

“Well, I think in the next few years, you'll be able to afford that castle you always wanted.” Doug laughed.

“Just as long as it has a best friend wing!” Hadley laughed as she went back to sewing.

Just across the ocean on a small island a boy of seventeen clad in a red leather overcoat, white ripped up t-shirt, black pants, pirate hat and wielding a silver hook; strolled through the streets. Some people ran as he neared them and others just watched and glared as he took something only to toss it to the side not a moment later. Harry Hook, son of Capitan Hook, whistled as he made his way through the Isle, looting as he went. He sauntered his way down the wooden planks of the worn out dock leading to Ursula's Fish and Chips.

He stopped outside as a girl in a tattered dress sat on the edge of the docs by the door fishing. Using his hook he picked up a string of three dead fish glaring at the girl who shrunk away from his icy gaze. Harry slammed the saloon doors open, making the crash loudly against the wall, and placed his sword in the 'sword check’ barrel. As he made his way towards the back of the shop he threw the fish at a passing waitress who looked after him in disgust. He threw a crew member out of his way as he jumped over the long table reserved only for Uma's crew.

Speaking of Uma, she came out of the back clad in a dirty apron and her pirate gear carrying a silver tray lined with “food”. Harry flicked the small TV on behind the table as Uma dropped the tray in front of him.

Uma growled as the screen showed Mal being interviewed from that morning.

She picked up a pile of mush from Harry's tray and threw it at the TV.

“Poser” she sneered, shaking her hand of the mess.

“Traitor!” Harry yelled leaning against the table watching the screen.

When no one reacted, Uma grew agitated .

“Hello?!”

After that, everyone lining the long table threw something at the screen, some missing and causing Harry to duck away before it could hit his head.

“What I wouldn't give to wipe the smiles off their faces. You know what I mean?” Harry announced as he wiped sludge off the screen with his finger.

Uma turned to Gil, son of Gaston, the only person who hadn't thrown anything and glared at him.

“Gil!” He jumped when Uma yelled in his ear. “ You wanna quit choking down yolks and get with the program?!”

Gil swallowed his mouth full of food “ yeah. What they said.”

Uma huffed out a laugh “ that little traitor. Who left us in the dirt”

“Who turned her back on evil.” Harry added.

“ Who said you weren't big or bad enough to be in her gang.” Gill added getting more food from the serving window.

Both Harry and Uma stopped what they were doing to glare at the blonde haired boy.

The whole crew looked stunned as Gil brought up the reason for a long lasting feud between Mal and Uma.

“Back when we were kids. Come on you guys remember, she called her shrimpy and the name just kind of…”

Uma held Harry back as he was about to lunge at Gil.

“Stuck.”

Uma rolled her eyes as Gil shrunk back and turned back to Harry.

“ That snooty little witch. Who grabbed everything she wanted and left me with nothing”

“ No. She left you that sand box and then she said that you could have the shrimp…”

“I'm gonna need you to stop talking!” Uma shouted slamming her fist on the table, interrupting Gil again.

“Look, we have her turf now. They can stay in Bore-adon…” Harry pointed at the TV.

“Harry, that's her turf now! And I want it, too. We should not be getting her leftovers.” U a growled. “Son of Hook, Son of Gaston, and me, most of all, daughter of Ursula. What's my name?” Uma turned to Harry.

Harry pulled the hat off his head and kneeled down and whispered “Uma.”

“What's my name?” She turned to Gil.

He choked down the mouthful of food and mumbled “Uma?”

(Uma)

This is all hands on deck

Calling out to lost boys and girls

I'm gettin' tired of the disrespect

Uma stood up from her throne on the table. As she walked across the table laughing with the rest of the crew, a large purple and black tentacle snapped at them from the back of the restaurant causing them all to duck and scream.

“Shut your clams!” Ursula's voice sounded through the small space.

“Mom!”

“These dishes ain't gonna wash themselves.” Ursula ignored her daughter and retreated the long tentacle back.

“It's fine. It's fine. Because when I get my chance to rain down the evil on Auradon, I will take it! They're gonna forget that girl. And remember the name…”

“Shrimpy!” Gil shouted and slammed his fists on the table.

Uma looked to Harry who nodded his head and escorted Gil from the shop.

When Harry walked back in the TV was still running, showing Mal from that morning, only now there was a girl blocking Mal from the camera. Harry stopped and let a long breath out as he stared at Hadley, her hair on fire like the rest of her.

“Miss you everyday, haddie”

He shut the TV off and went to resume his rounds around the isle.
