Hello. It’s my first day of « proggram ? »

This morning I have eat (sorry for my bad english I am french) 6 pieces of grapes, a compote, my medicament and drank a glass of grapefruit juce.

From 6 to 7 pm, I chewed gum and drank water.

It is 7 pm and my father makes pasta with ham. I can't escape it and I want it despite the chewing gum that doesn't cut my appetite at all. I did orienteering for 2 hours and walked 15 minutes to my house, and did a lap.
