ok so update on ugw sh1t. I wanted to be my ugw(81 lbs)today, then a couple of days ago, I changed it to just one of my gws(86 lbs) cuz it was more realistic. Buttt… I didn’t lose any weight(technically I lose 12 oz this week)I’m sadly 91 lb today(10 lbs than I wanted to be 😭) at least I measured my waist today and it was 18.9 inches. Idk how it got smaller cuz I didn’t lose weight and I know d@mn well that I didn’t lose fat and put on muscle. Likely I just lost a bit of fat from dry fasting for half a day (multiple times)and then gaining a bunch of water weight. Also my thigh gap is a tiny bit bigger today!
