Once the Owner of a company came to meet and took a general meeting for many employees, In the meeting, there was a lower-level employee, he raised a question that I have a problem can i share that, Director asked why not tell me the issue, He continued that in our office there were 2 types of washrooms are available and we are restricted to use the 2nd toilet, which is in very pathetic condition, the water supply is not available taps and toilet sheets are also broken and there is no cleanliness at that place, But the first toilet is only used by the upper management staff and it is in very good condition Md asked the Manger, How much time you will take to repair all? The manager replied 1 month Md said that ask a carpenter to come down to our office and I am also coming tomorrow Next day, Director given the instruction to the carpenter Make 2 Signage and fix it, in front of the first toilet & second one it was written " For General employee" & "Top management" & he guided the office boy to interchange the boards daily until the 2nd toilet will get into a good condition eventually, it repaired and converted into a more sophisticated place within a week. #leadership https://www.instagram.com/p/CF6PaOHnoHA/?igshid=ppnmq94p4f9e

"An innocent girl who has too many Questions" try to clear her doubts regularly, "She was in search of the purpose of life" I was thinking that she is having a unique sense of life, actually, she tries to live a bigger life in life. But once due to a misunderstanding with her friend, she was unable to show her strength. She called me once without given any instruction to me, she merged our call with her possessive friend, After 5 minutes of communication with her, I got to know there is someone else who is also listening to our communication, After understanding the situations I got to know that she was pressurized by him to make it a conference, Yeah, I got two things to understand, 1) he tries to portray in front of me that he is everything for herself, 2) eventually he scolded herself and make herself in a weaker zone. After that, I felt maximum time #ladies became weaker, only by the pressure of a guy, I'm not saying that you should also indulge in a big fight, But to all of you, I just want to share a lesson from that, don't allow anyone to make yourself #weak to overtake your mind. "My friend and his father were boiled" by their own opinions, Regarding arrange and love marriage, His father's opinion was only arranged marriage is the best option to get married, He was trying to give too many facts related to that, One of the facts is given that if you will do arrange marriage then and the whole responsibility of any disputes and any problem will be born by the parents also, And his son trying to convince him that love marriage is suitable for him because of the understanding between the couple, Here both don't want to understand any of the feelings and unable to handle the situations, When I got to know the story, I help them, Here my friend was doing a mistake, He was thinking his father is cruel and don't want to see him happy, But actually, we all know our parents are the only people who have a caring mindset for us, But sometimes extra care will also destroy some of the relationships, Actually, our parents want to take care of us they always want that the child should be at a safe place and connected with only the right people, That's why we need to understand that we people are misunderstanding our loved ones. "Last year at Month of Oct" one incident has happened, I was about to plan a project, It was a government project, Where we need to establish a residential training center along with an office computer lab, domain Labs, counseling room with a huge kitchen setup and playground, I rushed to finalize that building, and after everything, we need to create the setup of all with proper planning and the construction part should be complete asap, I started my work at 8 am with 5 subordinates, meanwhile, on that day, I haven't finalized the design of that huge big premises after knowing the distance between every wall, when I have seen all teammates are unable to perceive my instruction than by chance I saw the time it was 3:30 am, I realized its time to stop your work because tomorrow is also the day where you can complete your task. I stopped and came to my bed. I don't feel I have worked hard but my mates felt. "5 Years Ago I got connected" with negative peoples, In front of me, they always try to say that I am your best friend, partner, and the person who is able to help me at my bad stages, But once I suffered from something wrong they haven't stand up with me never ever help me, They always try to portray negative comments on any of my Idea.
