Or maybe FG Qui-Gon walks Obi-Wan down the Aisle?
Rex: Where have you two been? Wolffe: We were helping Cody with his wedding vows and got kicked out for making it inappropriate Fox: How is "Nice ass, Kenobi" inappropriate?

But what about Cody?
Where’s he at? What’s he doing? Who are his friends? Who’s he hanging out with?

Alright. I finally watched the finale of the Bad Batch. I kept putting it off because I knew it was gonna emotionally devastate me, and it did. Just not in the way I thought.
Like, I started crying tears of joy when it cut to them all on Pabu, and I realized that they did it! They made it out! They got a happy ending! Then it cut to the future, which made me tear up more, (still tears of joy at this point). It wasn’t until Omega adjusted Tech’s goggles that I started crying for a whole different reason.
I think up until that very moment I was still holding out hope that Tech was alive. So that moment just kinda broke me for a second. It got me thinking about all the stuff he missed out on. And I think all the denial I had with his death for the past year hit me all at once.
Anyway, I miss Tech. His death has been one of the most devastating fictional character deaths I’ve felt in a while. I loved the ending though! It was beautiful and I’m so happy they all made it out ok!

Alright not to be a hater, but Tales of the Empire was kinda disappointing. Morgan Elsbeth’s episodes were meh, however I was expecting that going in. But Barriss’s? Man did that give me whiplash.
Like I want to like her so bad, but her characterization just feels like it goes back and forth too much and I can’t get a grip on who she is.
In the Clone Wars she’s first introduced as a dutiful padawan. And then the next time she gets screen time she bombs the temple, frames her friend, and kinda revels in that darkness. So, I was really looking forward to these episodes to show more of her character and where she was at in terms of morals and the dark side. But right from the get go she’s more on the path of light. Even when she first joins the inquisitors, with her being against fighting Dante. Which I thought was weird, because her fight with Anakin back during the Clone Wars and the way she covered up her tracks with the bombing showed a genuine sadistic side. It just feels like we missed some stuff with her development already.
And the second episode of her arc doubles down with her already leaning more toward the light, as throughout it she was against all the bad things Lyn was doing. Like Barriss I’m sorry but did you not kill a bunch of innocents yourself when you bombed that temple? Like I do not understand her moral ground!
And then the final episode goes and makes her this wise healer off in the mountains who doesn’t want to fight. Like I can kinda see how her character could eventually get here. After all, didn’t she originally bomb the temple cause she was against the clone wars making the Jedi into soldiers? But that just feels like me speculating. We just simply don’t see enough of her to justify all these drastic changes in the way she views things.
TLDR: it feels like we were just given crumbs of Barriss in ToTE that don’t click together well enough to make up a cohesive character. And it upsets me cause I want to like her so badly.

I always loved her blue nightgown with the beaded straps.
Like, she really went to bed wearing that? That’s so iconic of her!
