This is weird and totally off-base for me, but I've been working on this "little project" to "get me out of my comfort zone" with my hobby games writing, and try some new things.

As you might know, I run a newsletter where I showcase all my new art and write in-depth about art that inspires me through the month. Last month, I took some time to write a much longer piece on the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games, which I've been thinking about for three years and finally put to words. I drafted up a thumbnail illustration, wrote up a review, then adapted it to video as practice. The whole thing took about 77 hours (half of which was playing the games), and both are linked below.

I technically recommend the written review foremost, I think it's cleaner and it reflects as being more in my comfort zone, but I did the video as an accompaniment because it's technically more accessible, and I enjoy the video production process anyways.

My boy got into the top 3 on Capcom's poll!!! Happy 20th anniversary, Monster Hunter!!

NEW STICKERS!!!

I just got my new restock bundle, and alongside matte versions of my Elden Ring and Ghibli stickers I also got a new design featuring the Lagiacrus from Monster Hunter!

I took the opportunity to test out Stickerninja's vaporwave printing, and mapped a shiny layer to mimic dappled water reflections across the scales, so I've got a limited stock of shiny prints alongside the matte print, I'm really proud of how they turned out and I'll definitely be playing with this more in the future.
