Friendly reminder that if you were kind today, then you probably did good enough. No, i dont care that you didnt finish your chores, you smiled at someone and that's good enough. No, i dont care that you slept in when you werent supposed to, you treated your family and friends nicely and thats good enough. No, i dont care that you didn't study, or exercise, or do that One Thing you were supposed to do today, because you were genuinely a good person, and you didnt hurt anyone, and you sincerely treated people kindly and you probably made someone happy today, and you know that? That's perfectly good enough. And unless you missed doing something really important, chances are everything will be just fine. Just remember that <3 stay safe, and remember you're loved.

Im so sleepy… but i cant sleeps because i have bad nightmares and my caregiver said he doesnt want me to be his little anymore so i dont know what to dos :(

oww sweetie, i understand that. it's okay to feel sad about it, but try to remember that it has nothing to do with you! it's just not what they wanna do anymore, and its okay! but its not your fault, and it doesn't mean you're annoying, or alone, or anything like that. though its understandable that you feel sad/lonely, know that you'll find lots of people who love you and care about you, and you'll probably find someone else to take care of you (caregiver or not), so try stay positive!

as for the nightmares- have you tried drinking some warm tea before bed? chamomile and linden are great for sleep! also try to avoid sweets and stuff like that before bed, or reading/watching stressful/scary stuff.

Can you do a nonbinary version of a dysphoria page?

I sometimes struggle with that because I was assigned female at birth and my family still believes I'm a woman and uses she/her pronouns even though I go by they/them :(
