abstract and modern art haters are sooo snobby like klein literally Created an entirely new pigment and then painted a canvas in a way where the brush strokes wouldn't be visible. the insinuation that people with no skill could reproduce that is so annoying because unless you are skilled at color mixing and painting you definitely couldn’t lmao

Hii!!! I was scrolling through your page and i really love your artstyle!

I saw on a post you did went to animation school and im planning to go to one too! (I also saw ur filipino! Same :33)

I recently have been trying to improve my art (drawing everyday, studies) and honestly i feel like im not getting anywhere! Im burnt out and tired but i feel like if i dont draw ill lose my progress :(((

Do you have any tips you think can help me?

And, assuming u live in the Philippines: do you have any resources that can be beneficial to me? Since all the good resources i can find can only be bought by dollars :((

keep on drawing and doing studies!! the progress doesnt seem obvious now but i promise you these go a long way. but its also important to have fun! draw what you like, draw self indulgent stuff, draw for ur friends, be silly with ur art! i feel like these have been the fastest way for me to improve. and also dont forget to let urself breathe, its fine to not draw everyday if you feel burnt out. u dont lose progress when u rest! u come back stronger! take the time to expand ur visual library, observe things u can apply to ur art. honestly i only ever bought 1 resource and that is a brush set i dont even use o(-( there are loots of free stuff out there. if ur looking for videos ive been watching the drawing codex on youtube recently and its just nice to draw along with him while learning new stuff
