1 on 1 Cyanotype Workshop

What you’ll learn:

What is a Cyanotype?

How to mix chemicals and create cyanotype solution

Using natural light vs an exposure unit

How to coat the paper, expose, rinse, and dry your cyanotypes

Different methods and materials that can be used

How to create a digital negative or use found materials to make different prints

What is included:

An hour and a half of one on one instruction

Help creating digital negative(s) to be printed on transparency

Coat and make 10 cyanotypes with materials provided or brought by student (clothing etc)

Printed PDF with chemical recipes, instructions, resources for later use

Pre-class file prep for digital negatives

Location:
