Day 0 (i guess...)
So I suppose that today is day 0 of my renewed fitness journey. I have been going to the gym consistently for about two years, with two three month breaks due to working at a summer camp. Unfortunately the three month breaks have been a little catastrophic for my fitness journey... If you’ve ever worked at a summer camp you’ll know that the food situation is below par and the work is soooo tiring - a poor combination. So with the combination of my finals and then three months at camp I have not only lost my fitness, i’ve also gained probably 1.5 stone, yikes.
So the plan:
I’m a big fan of Natacha Oceane and prior to my exams I completed her guide Move. I purchased Build without realising the goal of build is to build muscle (duh) In hindsight, I probably should have realised... So I have also purchased Cut reload, the plan is to complete the guide while in a caloric deficit. Then to focus on building muslces with build, and then probably to redo Move (though this is very far down the line so we’ll see).
I hope to keep myself accountable by using this blog - more as a journal for myself. If anyone chooses to follow I will be reviewing the guides and my own progress as I go. If no one chooses to follow then I shall have a detailed account of my journey for myself! 
(there may be a small delay in some of workout side of this i recently sprained my ankle - I think I’ll be ok to start working out but I don’t want to push myself too hard too fast so bear with)
