Okay.. so naruto ended in Chapter 699 and now fans have to guess what happens after that

Could you see naruto and sasuke becoming lovers?

Chapter 699 would have ended with them kissing if Kishi had all the liberty 💔

They would kiss and then Sakura would see it, and combust just like in chapter 3. Perfect circle.

(On a less humorous note, Sasuke would probably go on his journey alone, and then come back at some point to get Naruto, and they would go together on another journey, and resolve their feelings for each other)

After Naruto ended and all the interviews Kishimoto gave where he made fun of the canon ships and after publishing the masterpiece Gaiden I thought he just didn’t care anymore. Accepted it and moved on after saying his thoughts. Also because he let someone else handle Boruto. But then Minato Gaiden came and Kishimoto really couldn’t help himself. It was funny that after so long what he pens and draws is more making fun of the canon ships. I suppose he’s not entirely over it. I wonder if we’ll see more of that to come.

Sakura and Hinata are really irrelevant in Boruto manga. In the Boruto movie as well Kishi made them irrelevant.

All Sakura did was heal. All Hinata did was yell "Naruto-kun!!!" and get one paneled. Oh wait, actually off paneled. And the rest of the movie was just NaruSasu co-parenting Boruto. Because who needs Sakura and Hinata? Not Naruto and Sasuke, and certainly not Kishi.

I just want to say, that specific Sasuke stan is not the only person who has the idea that homosexuality is a western invention because I have come across many people online and in documentaries I've seen that think Europe and USA have gay propaganda. These were either African or Arabic people but I'm sure it's possible it can be elsewhere too.

And when that Netflix series about Alexander the Great or whatever came out and it apparently had some gay stuff in it, I looked at the qrts and it was full of black men and arabic men being like "haha white men were always f*ggots" like...

Well, at least for a lot of straight (and bi) women the men actually make them think they care about them. Sasuke has made it very clear that he is not interested in Sakura.

But yes I agree it's sad how men treat women in relationships and women still think they should to stay because they are afraid of being alone. Women often also don't notice men don't treat them as an equal.

The stuff about sato/sugus supposedly shipping shoko/hime "to get Utahime out of the way" is a baffling discourse to me because like. Shoko/hime is like the only Utahime ship that makes any sense... first of all she's not an explored character by Gege and she does not like Gojo so how is she in the way of anything related to him?

On an unrelated note, why do some noba/makis hate ita/fushi so much. I mean it's not even a rival ship so what gives? And to be honest I wouldn't if I were them because they are gonna lose any dick measuring contest since ita/fushi duo dynamic is actually the one that's explored and actually crucial to the story so. Why set yourself up like that?

Hi! Would you happen to know of any Naruto manga translations that actually keep the text accurate? I keep seeing examples of Viz Media and such stripping their translations of important context (not to mention seemingly "de-gaying" things), and I'd like to see something that's more direct.

Generally old fantranslations that are every now and then reposted to some sites tend to be more accurate. Viz is American publication, and I guess they tend to like to change the language to be more "relatable" to the readers. But Viz translations are also reposted on random sites.

You can recognise Viz translation when the translation uses this font. I think it's very recognisable.

This font on the other hand is a fantranslation.

Of course fantranslations might not be 100% accurate. But they tend to be faithful to the original. Most of the sites I could find have Viz translation but this one seems to have at least many of them coloured in fantranslation [link]

Notice how fantranslation kept "Sasuke-chan" that Viz removed. Viz tends to remove honorifics in general. That's why in Viz translation Hinata just says "Naruto" while in fantranslation she says Naruto-kun. Or like I mentioned how Hakari actually used "Fushiguro-kyun" in Japanese but Viz removed that in official translation.
