A new home for my empty worlds save. This is a downloadable save file (download to C:\Users\....\........\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\saves.

Every world and apartment has been emptied, and there are no inhabitants, save for 1 Maxis townie who you can delete once you've created a Sim. I've also deleted hidden households. It's Base Game Compatible, as only worlds from packs you own will show up.

galactic thrift tops

so I recolored @ridgeport‘s thrift tops (basically because i’m obsessed with everything margarita does). it’s a galactic, space-y theme and sort of nerdy I guess?? it also has 6 plain colors from the palette I made up.

EXTERIOR 

I always start with the exterior walls and add windows (this can be altered later)

TIP: Try to add interesting shapes to the exterior of the build (don’t just make it a square unless that’s the look you’re going for). It helps make creating the floor plans much easier since you’ll be able to visually what layout makes sense based on the exterior wall shape.

INTERIOR 

I add walls to divide the interior into separate rooms. This is when you’ll realize if your house is too small for the amount of rooms you would like to include

If I don’t have enough space for a bathroom or an extra room, I readjust the exterior to make space inside 

TIP: Place a staircase before adding walls and then build your floor plan on the first and second floor around that 

MY FLOOR PLANS 

For my ‘normal houses’ (usually family homes) I follow the same pattern: For this example I’m using my Base Game Family Home build.

First Floor 

The front door always leads into the living room

Kitchens and dining rooms are usually in the same room or at least near each other if they are separated 

Most of the time I have one bathroom on the first floor and it is usually near the living room, I also try to add at least one bedroom on the first floor

TIP: All essential rooms should be on the main floor so that your sims can get to it easily!

Second Floor

I add more bedrooms and another bathroom if there is enough space

Sometimes I’ll add an office upstairs or add it as part of the living room depending on the amount of space

ADDITIONAL TIPS 

If you’d like to see my process of completing a build, you can watch my speed builds here. This speed build specifically is a good example since I struggled a lot with the floor plan - its kind of funny to watch lol. The house I built is my Hazel Creek house.

If you still feel lost, you can always search ‘house floor plan’ into Google images and use one of them as a starting point!

Apollon Tee Shirt for the Sims 4

This time, it’s an edit of a top from the Laundry Day stuff pack, because I thought it would look good with short sleeves ! This t-shirt is slightly oversized, wider and longer than my usual ones, it works perfectly with my Indocile Jeans or the bottom part of my Jumpsuit.

hey babes! I’ve seen so many awesome cas challenges on this platform—-and recently I’ve been participating in one and it’s been SO much fun! I’ve been wanting to make one for the longest time, so here’s my tester? cas challenge? hope y’all are interested! 

each day of the grimly cas challenge is based on grimm’s fairy tales! (with the exception of two bonus days!)

interpret the theme however you want (i.e. day one is ‘red riding hood’—you could make red, the wolf, red’s grandmother, etc..)

you can do one character or the whole cast!

historically accurate or modern day? whichever one you want!

your posts can be cas edits or in-game shots of your characters/scenes!

there are no strict rules as to what you have to post! just make sure that it ties into the story in some way!
