He tenido problemas para lograr llegar a Superman y Bow & arrow, el primero porque me pellizca horrible la entrepierna y el segundo ente el dolor en el empeine y el miedo que me da sacarlo desde Mariposa extendida.

Trato de convencerme de que el dolor se me va a pasar conforme los haga y de quitarme el miedo porque es más seguro entrar a Bow & arrow que quedarme media hora en Mariposa extendida y luego tratar de moverme, pero no lo he logrado hasta hoy.

Espero que este año ambos movimientos me la superpelen jajaja ánimo, Mónica, sí se puede! <3

#charlottesjanchallenge day one. There are a lot of things I want to work on - box splits and straddle, active flexibility, turnout and chest stands being big ones. I would also like to improve this pose here. You can see there’s quite a difference between my right and left, and that’s largely because of last year’s injury. This year I’d like to catch my bad side up to my good side and eventually be able to grab my foot in this pose. I’m not that far off on my good side, but the imbalance makes me fall over when I try 😂 All the more reason to get the bad side up to scratch!

Estoy trabajando en mi bow & arrow, me sale, ya no me da miedo caerme —estuve a punto hace un par de semanas, me asusté y ya no lo quería intentar—, ahora el problema es que me duele horrores el empeine en el que me apoyo arriba.
