Damn. You know it’s real when shit like this goes to mainstream news outlets like ABC, when your mom even asks you if you met the man involved at Power Morphicon, and when the most iconic person in the franchise, who isn’t even involved with the franchise anymore outside of fan appearances, speaks out about the controversy.

Notes:

This is the sixth (and, for now, final) Premium Bandai Ranger Key release.

These are the first keys to be based off of villains in the Super Sentai universe. 

This is the first ever set to include pegs to help stand certain keys up due to their top-heaviness. 

The sound capsules for Chaos, Candelira, Dogold, Aigaron, Luckiero, Endolf, and Deathryuger all include a special hidden phrase that plays at random when a key is inserted and turned.

The sound capsules for Kyoryu Cyan and Kyoryu Grey are exactly the same as the ones included in the Kyoryuger set.

Kyoryu Navy is the only unique Kyoryuger to not have a sound capsule, probably due to the fact that he never had a role call in the 100 Years After special.

Kyoryuger is the Sentai team with the most Ranger Keys dedicated to it: 23.

Each Ranger Key comes with a respective sound cylinder that plays the roll call of each warrior when a key is inserted. The exception is the Kyoryu Violet cylinder, which is shared by both versions of the Kyoryu Violet key. The cylinders are voiced by Shigeru Chiba, the voice actor behind the Kyoryuger equipment, and the actor representing Doctor Ulshade.

Take a look! This is how big the Ranger Keys from Power Rangers Super Megaforce will be. The display from San Diego Comic-Con 2013 is compared to a Japanese Go-on Gold Ranger Key.

With the Japanese Ranger Keys standing roughly 3.5 inches tall, the American Ranger Keys appear to be a mere 2.5 inches tall.
