Throughout my blog, I will not only show you my successes, but also my shortcomings. In this video, you can see me doing a rotation discus throw where the technique was quite good but it counts as a no-throw as the discus gets caught in the safety net. You learn from your mistakes.

This is a video where I am performing a long jump. you will see a slow motion during the take-off phase.  The take-off leg is the one that stays on the ground to support your weight when you kick a ball. Usually, if you are right-handed, your take-off leg will be your left leg. When taking off, the aim is to attain height so that you can stay in flight longer and further. Place the foot flat on the ground for take-off.
