something I’d like to bring to everyone’s attention that no one is talking about:

spoilers for HH ep 7 I think

Everyone acts like Alastor and Rosie are being Charlie’s mom and dad and supportive in Ready for This, but are we just going to gloss over how Alastor reacts to Charlie being able to lead the army?

Remember what Alastor said about a smile? It’s a tool, yada yada yada, but you know what Alastor doesn’t have as much control over? His eyes.

Here he is, watching Charlie being marshalled away on the line “She’s filled with potential / that I could guide”. And he is narrowing his eyes— one might say he’s in his plotting and scheming era.

And then Rosie very quickly yanks Alastor back! You can hear it in her tone on the line “I concur!” She drags out the word “I” in a very

kind of way.

Look at his face in the last two screenshots. That is the face of someone who fully expected Rosie to go along with that plan, but for some reason or another, Rosie wants Alastor to stay far, FAR away from Charlie’s “potential”.

So yeah, Alastor has been pulling a few more strings than I think he or Vivzie have let on.

Anyway, is this anything? It’s just something I noticed that not a lot of people are talking about.

What exactly is Alastor planning with Charlie?
