We had the pleasure of having head Coach of McMaster Wrestling Ahmed Shamiya, who was a five-time OUA and four-time national medalist while a member of the Marauders men's team between 2012 and 2017 helping out with our #wrestling practice teaching the much needed details involved in wrestling fundamentals that only a high level athlete turned coach can show. The team had many ahah moments as each coaching point was revealed. #ontariotopteam is preparing for the 2020 season.The Ontario #bjj #jiujitsu scene has evolved.To be competitive one must have all aspects of #grappling down as can be scene in the #ADCC #worldnogi and #bjjworlds .
