hi! I think it's ellcrze's 'ellcrze 1.0 reshade' as reuploaded here I did adjust it slightly to be less pink toned I think, but I am not 100% sure, I quite like how ellecrze 2.0 looks as well so I might try that one 💀

Unfortunately, Victor and his team have declined to make a comment on the length of his vacation. Victor would like to reassure his fans, that he is just on a honeymoon with his new wife like any regular guy! And that he will be back in time for the next election. Mr. Feng-Jeong is still very interested in his campaign for Mayor, and has plans to move back to San Myshuno soon.
