Sonic sighed, deciding to finally drop the convo. "Yeah, I don't think we're getting anywhere like this. I can tell you're getting a headache." He let go of Tails, stretching his arms and standing up. "I'll make us some dinner and maybe after that we can finish this. How does that sound?"

Sonic was completely taken aback by Shadow's kiss. He has not expected the other to do that.. Sonic had actually imagined it going the opposite way. Was he complaining, though? Not at all.

The blue hedgehog kissed the other back, the two staying in silence for a while before Sonic finally broke the kiss. "Wow..." was all he could say.

"C'mon Shads.." Sonic let go of Shadow, crossing his arms in defeat.

"That's completely off-topic." Argued Sonic. "But yes, maybe." He nervously chuckled, thinking about Shadow for a moment before asking. "Why did we even fight in the first place?"

"Together.." Sonic got closer and closer to Shadow, mere inches between their faces.

"C'mon Shads.." Sonic let go of Shadow, crossing his arms in defeat.

"Well, I protect the world as well." His eyes stared at Shadow's, "And I'm not always alone!" Sonic got closer to the other, suddenly holding grasp of Shadow's other hand. "We can so this. Together. The two of us." He finished with a smile, showing Shadow that he was not alone. He had Sonic by his side, no matter what.

"C'mon Shads.." Sonic let go of Shadow, crossing his arms in defeat.
