Skippy felt his stomach growl at the mention of food, as he gently put the belt in his bag. “T-Thanks again, Abbie!” He beamed with an enjoyed expression. He just realized how famished he was! What should dinner be? “Hmm… Can we get steak?” His eyes glimmered at the thought.

      “..... Steak?”  She thought it over with a frown. That’s right, Skippy could be quite the carnivore, couldn’t he? Quite a contrast to Abby’s more vegetarian diet. Before long she smiled at him again, albeit slightly more anxious this time. “Sure! No expense spared for my trusty teammates--especially on their birthday! Any place ya got in mind?”

He adds, “They were so excited that they forgot that I can’t eat chocolates!”

      “Really? Even though they can’t have ‘em either?” Abby asked mostly to herself, but clearly confused.

      "No Valentine either, huh?" She paused for a moment to think. "Well, as silly as it is to pick a day to make such a fuss over what normal couples do regularly, they sure can make ya feel lonely when they flaunt their love around, and ya don't have someone with ya to do the same..." She paused again, her cheeks reddening. "Well, why don't we just spend it together as friends? This holiday ain't just about romance, y'know! There are folks who use it to celebrate friendships, too!"
