PSA 2 RE STOLEN CONTENT

Okay so the youtube user I mentioned in my previous post, Xotechnozoner *, has been deleting negative comments from their video that call them out for stealing, and based on those deleted comments they don’t care that they’re stealing, so I’m going to make a little master post of all the stuff that I know of that they’ve stolen from me.

ALL of these clips are stolen from MY video here - Legends Never Die | TMNT 2k12 AMV

Here are some screenshot comparisons to prove it:

Same filters and effects, same transitions, same masks. It’s mine. They stole my stuff and it’s blatantly obvious.

They also steal from other content creators, like the first few seconds of Tmnt 2012 Mv-Fight back is clearly stolen from Leysa Rei’s AMV – It Has Begun - TMNT 2015-12 (you can see the watermark in the bottom left of the video)

In addition, here are the comments that they’ve deleted. The first is in response to me calling them out for straight up reuploading my entire Legends Never Die AMV (and cutting out my name at the beginning to pass it off as their own)

They’re telling me they didn’t steal from me, but telling other people they did steal from me and that it doesn’t matter?

I DO NOT WANT PEOPLE TO SEND HATE MAIL/DEATH THREATS but I wanted to get this seen by people in the community as so many are oblivious to this sort of stuff happening, and it’s not fair to the creators who have been stolen from.

I don’t really care if they say they’re done with this stuff, because if they are so done with it then they shouldn’t mind deleting their content, but they won’t, and judging by their attitude they’ll likely keep stealing content in the future.

EDIT 3: Definitive proof. They admitted it (despite claiming it was their own work to me)

They’ve not just stolen my content either. They’ve stolen a lot of stuff with no permission and evidently do not care how it makes people feel.

Don’t be like this. Do not steal content. It’ll get you nowhere. Make your own stuff.

PSA: STOLEN CONTENT

Hey.

Just a heads up, there’s a person on Youtube that’s stealing clips from popular AMVs and using them in their own AMVs without permission.

Their name is Xotechnozoner * and if you want proof of this stolen content, look at their video titled Tmnt [Amv] its over when its over.

There are clips from this video that are stolen directly from my own AMV called Legends Never Die | TMNT 2k12 AMV. I’ve time-stamped each of the instances of stolen clips here.

They also stole the entire VIDEO of Legends Never Die that I made, but it’s since been taken down. (it was originally here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EjahvVQsZjc)

Worst of all they’re claiming the clips are there own. You can even see with the upload dates of the videos that theirs is clearly after mine.

I realise this is common with art on the internet and I’m not trying to claim copyright at all as I obviously do not own the rights to TMNT, but I do own this video in that it is my creative content. This is just an incredibly shitty thing to do, especially when many of the videos using my clips have far more views than my own videos.

EDIT: This video has also been taken down, but you can find my clips in their other videos. Just a big PSA that this person is a thief and likely doesn’t make a lot of their own content.

EDIT 2: Dunno if the video actually has been taken down, but here are some shots to show the dates of upload.
