love as violence
[ love as bloodshed, crimson as a knife slipped between your ribs ] when ocean vuong said "to arrive at love, then, is to arrive through obliteration" and when franz kafka said "you are the knife i turn inside myself; that is love" and when ada limon said "how do you love? like a fist. like a knife" and when richard siken said "sorry about the blood in your mouth. i wish it was mine"

The Breeders – The Wiltern – Los Angeles, CA – October 19, 2023
Alternative rock band The Breeders exemplified their timeless appeal as they took the stage in front of a roaring sold out crowd at The Wiltern.
It’s a special privilege to experience the band on tour, currently for the 30th anniversary of their hit album Last Splash and witness the show’s love letter to fans as the band played the album in its entirety — and in sequential order.
Tumblr media
The tour also stays true to Last Splash with its lineup of band members who recorded the album, including lead vocalist and guitarist Kim Deal, lead guitarist Kelley Deal, drummer Jim Macpherson, and bassist Josephine Wiggs.
The Breeders were initially formed in 1989 by Kim Deal and Tanya Donelly as a side project, branching out from their bands Pixies and Throwing Muses, respectively. Over the next few years, Josephine Wiggs was recruited as a bassist and Kim’s twin sister Kelley Deal joined on lead guitar. It was when Pixies broke up in 1993 that The Breeders turned into a full-time pursuit with drummer Jim Macpherson on board to cement the well-known lineup as it stands today.
Tumblr media
The commercially and critically acclaimed album Last Splash was released in 1993 and the single “Cannonball” rose to prominence on numerous Billboard charts, including peaking at #2 for US Alternative Airplay and appearing on the Billboard Hot 100 list.
As the renowned distortion blasted through the venue to commence their biggest hit, “Cannonball,” the energetic crowd’s cheers increasingly grew as they heard the iconic bass line and sang along to the catchy “oohs.”
Tumblr media
Each song continued to be met with buzzing excitement as the band performed with the same grungy passion and musicianship that made everyone fall in love with them 30 years ago, including the famous slide guitar in “No Aloha,” the pristine guitar beat in “Do You Love Me Now?” and the beautiful harmonies from the Deal sisters during “Saint.”
The Breeders have released the 30th Anniversary Edition album of Last Splash with a newly unearthed B-Side called “Go Man Go.” They can be seen delivering exhilarating performances next year in Australia as well as supporting the Foo Fighters and Olivia Rodrigo on tour.

The queens remain the same
And the circlet golden embraced
It matters not the fame
I am the queen risen from ashes
I am the queen magic
Subjects, peasants, watchers all I bless
I am a queen, nothing less

Hi, do you like cinema? If yes, what's your favorite movie?
Hi! I do like cinema, especially Soviet and Swedish Cinema. I think each of the arts has its own poetic meaning, and cinema is no exception. It has a particular role, its own destiny—it came into being in order to express a specific area of life, the meaning of which up till then had not found expression in any existing art form. Everything new in art emerged in answer to a spiritual need and its function is to ask those questions which are supremely relevant to our epoch.
In this connection I’m reminded of a curious observation of Father Pavel Florensky’s in his book, The konostasis. He says that the inverted perspective in the works of that period was not the result of Russian icon-painters being unaware of the optical laws which had been assimilated by the Italian Renaissance, after being developed in Italy by Leon Battista Alberti. Florensky argues, convincingly, that it was not possible to observe nature without discovering perspective, it was bound to be noticed. For the time being, however, it might not be needed—it could be ignored. So the inverted perspective in ancient Russian painting, the denial of Renaissance perspective, expresses the need to throw light on certain spiritual problems which Russian painters, unlike their Italian counterparts of the Quattrocento, had taken upon themselves. (One account has it, incidentally, that Andrey Rublyov had actually visited Venice, in which case he must have been aware of what Italian painters had been doing with perspective.)
If we round off its date of birth, cinema can be said to be contemporary with the twentieth century. That is no accident. It means that about a hundred years ago the point was reached when a new muse had to emerge. Cinema was the first art form to come into being as a result of a technological invention, in answer to a vital need. It was the instrument which humanity had to have in order to increase its mastery over the real world. For the domain of any art form is limited to one aspect of our spiritual and emotional discovery of surrounding reality.
Now, speaking of my favorite movie, here’s a list of my all-time favorites:
Parsifal (1982) dir. Hans-Jürgen Syberberg
Dog Star Man (1965) dir. Stan Brakhage
Heimat (1984) dir. Edgar Reitz
The Shining (1980) dir. Stanley Kubrick
Persona (1966) dir. Ingmar Bergman
Cries and Whispers (1972) dir. Ingmar Bergman
Central Station (1998) dir. Walter Salles
Nostalgia (1983) dir. Andrei Tarkovsky
The Act of Seeing with One’s Own Eyes (1972) dir. Stan Brakhage
Scenes from a Marriage (1974) dir. Ingmar Bergman
A Child’s Garden and the Serious Sea (1991) dir. Stan Brakhage
La Chinoise (1967) dir. Jean-Luc Godard
Voices Through Time (1996) dir. Franco Piavoli
Wavelength (1967) dir. Michael Snow
Burial Path (1978) dir. Stan Brakhage
The Hart of London (1970) dir. Jack Chambers
Diamonds of the Night (1964) dir. Jan Nĕmec
Come and See (1985) dir. Elem Klimov
The Ascent (1977) dir. Larisa Shepitko
The Mirror (1975) dir. Andrei Tarkovsky
That’s it. In cinema, works of art seek to form a kind of concentration of experience, materialised by the artist in his film: as it were an illusion of the truth, its image. The director’s personality defines the pattern of his relationship with the world and limits his connections with it; and his choice of those connections only makes the world he reflects the more subjective.

FSF - Iron Warriors (Heresy/Pre-Heresy Era), an unconventional type of warfare/weapon.
“Their coordination is perfect,” Eutropia said.
“Virtually perfect,” the Iron Warrior across from her stated with eyes narrowed in skepticism.
“No.  I mean perfect.  I’ve never seen anything like it before,” the Alpha Legionnaire replied.  Her fingers glided over the map of the city, indicating various markings made and subsequently crossed out or smudged over.  “We’ve tried every approach we can think of.  Sewers.  Heat vents.  Camo-cloaks.  Reflex fields.  We even tried brute-forcing the east and west gates.”  Her lips thinned into a line at the admission of such straightforward tactics.
For nigh on nine weeks the XX Legion forces - five companies’ worth - had labored to take the city of Castrus Veronia, a sprawling megacity nearly a thousand kilometers in breadth.  A request for reinforcement had come recently into the ears of the IV Legion, and the chapter of Warsmith Larisa had responded, bringing with them companies of the Imperial Army and heavy artillery provided by the Adeptus Mechanicus.  All of whom were about to receive a very rude awakening.
There was a rustle of paper as Eutropia laid a translucent image over the city layout.  “The problem is this central communications hub.  As near as we’re able to determine, it’s buried several kilometers underneath the city - too hardened to hit with bombardment, we ran the simulations - and it’s jacked into Veronia’s entire communications network.”  She placed a hand atop a pict-capture of a massive combat droid near the size of an Astartes dreadnought in the midst of tearing one of her squads to pieces.  “That enables them to use their pet warbots with perfect coordination.  Any detection of invasion and they come swarming in.”
Larisa pressed her lips together and reached out with a fingertip to draw the pict across the table towards her, inspecting the image of the war droid.  “I assume you XX have gone through your usual repertoire of feints and falsehoods,” she said.  Her voice was a hoarse, rasping noise, not unlike the grinding of her Legion’s war machines.
“You assume correctly,” the Alpha Legionnaire replied, keeping her own face neutral.  “Again I must stress that their coordination is perfect.  They respond to every threat, no matter how nuanced, with overwhelming force, all directed by the central hub, and we’ve been unable to get so much as a toehold before they come swarming in.  I’ve begun to suspect that the hub houses some manner of advanced AI,” she saw the Mechanicus representative twitch- “that handles the protection of the city.  Their response times, their adaptive tactics, they’re too good for human direction.”
“Orbital bombardment.  Smash the entire thing,” Larisa stated bluntly.
Eutropia thinned her lips.  The Alpha Legion did not pride itself on trading guile for brute force.  “We would prefer to keep such an option as a last resort.”
The Warsmith grunted and looked down at the maps once more.  “Attrition tactics.”
“We considered that.  We spent a week picking off what bots we could.  They drag away the scrap for repairs and the city has factories which produce replacements.  The only way to whittle them down would be by drowning them in blood, and we don’t have enough to make that work.”
“It may come to that, even so,” Larisa said, looking back up into Eutropia’s eyes.  The Alpha Legionnaire was mildly surprised she still had both, given the scarring that lined her face and continued along the right side of her head, leaving that side shorn of hair.  Like most of the XX Eutropia had undergone routine treatments to alter her own appearance into a shaven-headed, olive-skinned warrior monk, a face in a sea of faces, but given the character of the IV Legion a Warsmith who still had her original eyes was a rare thing indeed.  Not to mention teeth.  “My chapter is but the vanguard for a larger force, and when the Lord of Iron arrives it will not matter how fine-tuned the defenses of Castrus Veronia.”
Eutropia thought for certain she had heard wrong.  “The IV Primarch is coming here?” she asked, unable to help leaning slightly over the table.
Larisa nodded.  “The Iron Blood is approximately eight days out.  Ten chapters of the IV Legion.  If we so choose, we need merely shore up our positions and await them.”  Larisa went back to studying the tactical readouts, leaving Eutropia to stew silently at the thought of the titanic figure who even now drew inexorably closer to this very world with each passing second.  A primarch.  She felt a momentary jealousy, that the IV Legion could indeed call upon such a resource-
“Electronic warfare,” Larisa said suddenly, bringing Eutropia’s attention back to the present.  “These war droids aren’t hooked directly into the grid.  They must receive their directions via wireless.”
“We’ve tried that as well.  Their firewalls are very good, and the hub appears able to supersede any local vox traffic.  Our jamming has had limited effect.”
Larisa stared across the table once more, and then lifted a hand with her index finger extended even as she started to turn away.  “I have an idea.  Come with me,” she ordered, and without waiting to ensure the Alpha Legionnaire obeyed left the command tent.  Eutropia hurried after her, too curious to bristle at being dictated to, as the Warsmith made her way through the developing strongpoint of the IV Legion.  “Ophaellos!  Ophaellos!” she called out, and a man in the crimson armor of a techmarine responded.  “Yes, Warsmith?”
Larisa waved a finger at his chest.  “Where was it.  Tauros?  Torvis?  The nebula with the electronic interference.”
“That was Torvis,” the techmarine affirmed.
“How did you rig that beacon?”
“We tuned the systems aboard the Calibos so that the entire cruiser would act as a single gigantic vox antenna.”
“Could you do it again?” Larisa asked intently.
————————–
The bridge of the Iron Blood was a cavernous chamber, a place of stark utilitarian machinery without artifice or gilding.  It buzzed with activity, men and servitors at their stations coordinating the actions not only of the massive vessel itself but also the accompanying fleet of the IV Legion and their attendant Army and Navy forces.  Four days out from planetfall, the details of the initial drop and occupation steps were being finalized, a flurry of vox and astropathic communication between the multitude of vessels.
Amidst it all, a gigantic figure sheathed in steel sat all but silent on great throne of the Iron Blood, ringed by a bodyguard of armored terminators of the Iron Warriors and attended by a legionary in more standard armor, marked with the rank of captain.  The primarch Perturabo was reading a dataslate, absurdly thin compared to the massive steel gauntlet which held it, and yet the motion of his thumb as he scrolled through its contents caused not so much as a blemish on the slate’s screen.
A voice rang out, breaking through the hum of activity.  “Wide-spectrum vox coming in from the Ironheart!” the communications officer reported.
Perturabo lifted his eyes from his dataslate and nodded slightly before returning his attention to the information in his hand.  Beside him, Captain Forrix pursed his lips.  The Ironheart was Larisa’s flagship, and the report of a widebeam transmission at this distance was unheard-of.  “Put it on,” he ordered with a nod of his head.
A moment later, a disembodied voice filled the bridge chamber with a full-throated bellow of “BANG YOUR HEAD” accompanied by electronic interference from the power behind the transmission, a blast of audio so tremendous it felt almost like a physical blow to the chest.  Crewmen jolted at their stations at the unpleasant sound, and in the corner of Forrix’s eye the captain even saw one of the primarch’s bodyguard raise his stormbolter.  He turned his head to glower at the reaction and the man lowered the weapon once more, his posture sheepish.
Perturabo lifted his attention once more, frowning, and lifted his hand to make a curt gesture with two fingers.  The vox officer hastened to cut the broadcast, and the bridge chamber felt positively silent in the wake of the transmission.  “And we are yet four days out,” Perturabo mused, still frowning.
“My lord?” Forrix questioned.
The primarch did not reply.
—————————
In the end, the thousand kilometers of Castrus Veronia, a technologically advanced city-fortress which had stood for nine weeks against the Astartes, fell in mere six hours.
Blasted across the entire spectrum of vox capability from the warship in orbit, activity across the city ground to a halt as communication failed, and even the mighty war droids stood still and silent even as the armored figures of the IV and XX moved to occupy the city, encountering only sporadic resistance from hardpoints and individual cells that had managed to receive localized orders.
Warsmith Larisa and Praetor Eutropia walked into the capitol building virtually unopposed, accepting unconditional surrender from the city’s rulers.
Indeed it could be rightly said that the arrival of the Iron Blood and the full fleet of the IV Legion served little purpose other than to ensure the transition of the world to the rule of the Imperium and the establishment of one of the Legion’s ubiquitous defensive garrisons, all while the Adeptus Mechanicus swarmed the vaunted central hub with the intent of picking apart all the secrets of its advanced technology.
Warsmith Larisa met with the Lord of Iron in his quarters aboard the flagship, and he did not fail to notice that a small crest bearing the likeness of a reptilian beast had been adhered to his officer’s collar.  “You blasted them with…juvenile music,” he said, his voice emotionless.  His eyes did not meet her own, but once more scanned the dataslate he held in one armored hand.
“Pre-Imperial recordings,” Larisa confirmed.  “A selection chosen for maximum psychological and electronic disruption.”
Perturabo lifted his gaze, his expression cold.  “You are dismissed, Warsmith,” he said bluntly, and Larisa departed.
Alone, the Lord of Iron slowly pressed a thumb to the screen of the slate until its display cracked.  As the seconds passed, Perturabo tightened his hand around the device, plastic and electronics crumpling beneath his inexorable grip, until at last he had closed his fist, the dataslate crushed to pieces.

[The Siege of Castrus Veronia was not entered into the histories of the Adeptus Astartes IV Legion]

Epilogue-Prelude of Things to Come
Praefacio of Blue, page 282-291
473 years later.
USE Dark Star Courthouse Director Gallerian Marlon ~In the Union State of Evillious, "Director's Private Residence/Study"~
 .
“Phew…”
I set the book that I had just finished reading on my desk, and stretched heavily against my chair.
Orange light shined in from the window in front of me on my right. It was already evening. A little bit of regret had sprouted in my mind at spending my precious day off reading, but I hadn't had any other plans to begin with. I was alright with having days off like this every once in a while.
Tomorrow my wife and daughter would be returning from their trip. Once that happened I would likely become quite busy with various things, so I wouldn't be able to take time to quietly read a book like this.
If it had been my own book, taking a long time to finish reading it wouldn't be an issue. But I was borrowing it. The owner wasn't liable to be pleased if I went a while without returning it. Interpersonal relationships were the sort of thing that could begin to break over such trivial matters.
Once more my eyes dropped to the book on my desk. On the cover was written the title “The Daughter of Evil”, and written a little smaller below that was the author’s name, in what appeared to be her own handwriting. It was evidence that this book was none other than a genuine novel written by the famous author of five hundred years ago, "Yukina Freezis".
Knock-knock—there was the sound of someone knocking twice on my door. That would be my servant, Rennert. Out of my servants, Larisa would knock three times, and Katerina would knock much more loudly--so they didn't sound as pleasing as this knock.
I gave permission to enter and the door opened, a face with a small mustache on it peeking his head in from the gap. As I thought, Rennert.
“Pardon me, sir. The scriptwriter, Lady ‘Ma’, has arrived.”
Perfect timing.
“Send her in.”
Rennert answered in the affirmative and then vanished from the room.
Shortly thereafter a single woman entered.
She had long black hair that reached to around her waist, and she wore both a round monocle and a garment of Eastern make called a "kimono". She was beautiful, but of course my eyes were first drawn to her eccentric style of dress.
It seemed that she had noticed the “Daughter of Evil” book was there on top of my desk. “I see you’ve started reading.”
“I’ve just finished, actually.”
“Oh, really?...Then, how was it? What are your thoughts?"
“It’s very different from the version of the “Daughter of Evil” that I know.”
The Freezis Fairytale that this same author had written was a work that even now was well known to people all over the world. In it, the princess was normally executed; it wasn’t written that she switched places with a twin brother.
In spite of the fact that it was written by the same person, the contents of this one were different.
“So, which one is correct?”
Ma pointed to the book in front of me. “This one, of course.”
"You can't just declare that. It's not like you actually saw it yourself."
“Hohoho…I suppose so. But without a doubt, this one is the truth. It is the true story, hidden on the other side of history."
"Hmph. Are you trying to say that sorceresses and demons exist? …Well, whatever. It was a very interesting read. I was able to learn a little bit more about my roots--my ancestry."
I’d known from the start that I was from the royal Marlon family line.
Kyle Marlon was my ancestor. After he restored Lucifenia to independence as a republic, he had abdicated the throne to his younger half-brother and left Marlon.
If he had stayed as king, there was a possibility that I would be a member of the royal family as well. Still, it would be unreasonable of me to hold a grudge against him for that--I couldn't deny that being in the social status that I was now was ultimately owed to my lineage, after all.
I stood from my chair and handed the book over to Ma.
“Then do you intend to make this into a movie, after all?”
When I asked my question, Ma looked at me with flirtatious eyes and put her hand on my arm.
“If I can find a good sponsor….maybe.”
I lightly waved my arm and brushed off Ma's hand.
"You'll have to pardon me. I like movies but I have no inclination to use money on such an extravagance."
The moment she heard those words, all the affection dropped off Ma's face. Looking displeased, she took out a long-stemmed tobacco pipe from her sleeve. Ignoring my remark that this room was non-smoking she lit up the bowl and leisurely started to smoke.
“You’re such a skinflint. You have enough hoarded up as it is."
Ma began to wander around the room. Then she stopped in front of my dresser, picking up a picture frame that was left on top of it.
In that picture, my wife, daughter and I had been photographed smiling together.
While looking at the picture, Ma said suggestively, “Your wife is coming back home tomorrow, isn’t she?...”
I scowled at her.
"Are you threatening me? If you reveal our relationship to my wife--"
Ma suddenly started to laugh loudly. “Hahaha, I have no intention of doing that. That wouldn't be very refined of me, would it!"
She returned the picture to where it was.
After that a long silence stretched on between us.
Eventually, unable to stand the awkward atmosphere any longer, I posed Ma a question to clear the air.
“Come to think of it, does that book have a continuation?”
“A continuation?”
"I'm curious as to whether those characters show up again."
“Ah. There is that, yes. But it's a simple thing, like a memorandum. Shall I bring it next time?"
“…No, that’s alright. You can just tell me the most of it here and now."
I had decided to ask for an explanation regarding what happened to the characters afterwards, to continue the conversation. I knew that Ma liked talking about such things.
The first thing that I was interested in related to those two sorceresses.
"Their names, Gumillia and Elluka, show up again in another book that takes place over a hundred years after this one, don't they?"
“In 'Lemy the Ripper', yes.”
Lemy the Ripper was the name of the culprit behind a series of bizarre murders that occurred in the Republic of Lucifenia, around four hundred years ago. The case was closed as a result of Lemy having been murdered himself, and written in the book as the names of the duo of women who killed him were, if I was not mistaken, "Gumillia and Elluka". If these sorceresses were able to live forever, then I couldn't deny there was a chance that they were the same women.
According to Ma, all that was written in Yukina Freezis' work was that they traveled east. They might have returned to the Evillious region after their journey, but as Yukina was already dead by the time of "Lemy the Ripper" there was no real proof on whether or not it was really them.
Speaking of "Lemy the Ripper", there was another interesting anecdote with that.
There was a woman named "Julia Abelard", who was known as the leader of "Pere Noel", the criminal organization that he was a member of. There were a lot of mysteries surrounding her origins, and many legends being passed around about it in the modern era.
One of those was the preposterous theory that Julia Abelard was the reincarnation of the hero of the Lucifenian Revolution, Germaine Avadonia, or else Germaine herself, having become immortal through being taken in by some cursed power.
Apparently Yukina Freezis wrote that Germaine went out on another trip with Chartette after everything, but she never touched on the prime of her life or her death.
Even in publicly known history, despite her achievements Germaine's latter years weren't entirely clear. It was for that reason that the earlier theories started sprouting up.
If objects like the "Vessels of Deadly Sin" really existed, then perhaps the idea that Julia Abelard's true identity was Germaine Avadonia had a ring of truth to it after all.
…Assuming it's all true, anyway.
“Why was Abyss IR gathering the ‘Vessels of Deadly Sin’?”
I wasn't directing the question at Ma, rather just musing to myself aloud, but she didn't seem to grasp that.
“Because it’s said that if you gather all seven together, any wish you make will be granted,” Ma replied.
Any wish, huh? What a romanticized outcome, considering these were vessels of demons.
“Have you taken an interest in that? If you like, we could go search for them together. Actually, I do have some good informa—“
"No thank you." I cut off Ma's excited proposal to search for the "Vessels of Deadly Sin". "I would need money for that, wouldn't I?"
"Yes, of course," Ma replied, as though it was just natural.
“I don’t need any ‘Vessel of Deadly Sin’.”
Upon my flat refusal, Ma gave off a somehow bold smile.
"Yes…Is that so?"
After she carried her put-out pipe to the fireplace and dropped its ashes inside, she returned it to her sleeve.
“I’ll be heading home, then.”
I called out to stop her as she was walking towards the exit. “Just to be clear, I must insist that you not tell my wife about any of th--"
“I know. You don’t want to cause any grief for Michelle, right?” Immediately after opening the door, Ma suggested with her back to me, “If you change your mind about the movie and the ‘Vessels of Deadly Sin’…Let me know."
After watching her leave, I once more sat in my chair.
I had social status and prestige. I had a daughter I loved.
I didn’t need any ‘Vessel of Deadly Sin’—
At least, that is what I thought at the time, from the bottom of my heart.
Before I knew it, it seemed I’d fallen asleep sitting in my chair.
Rennert was shaking me awake.
“Sir, sir! It’s simply awful!”
I opened my eyes preparing to chide him, 'what is it, I thought I told you to knock when entering my room', but Rennert continued speaking faster than I could cut in.
"Your wife and young miss Michelle have met with an accident."
Everything before me became pitch black. Even though I had just opened my eyes, I was no longer able to see anything.
“It seems the ship they were on sank! Just as it entered the harbor it was attacked by an enormous octopus the likes of which I've never seen—“
“The Vessels of Deadly Sin”, “Demons”.
That story had nothing to do with me.
I had thought it just a fairytale.
But—
.
This karma of “evil” will not end.

WHAT KIND OF LOVE ARE YOU?
Tumblr media
Love as a Flaw
Cowering, your love hides in the dark. In shadows and under cover of night, your love runs from corner to corner, afraid to linger, afraid to be caught. Afraid, afraid, afraid of everything. When you fall in love, it is with alarm bells ringing. Your love is a mistake, a flaw in the code, a purchase you don’t remember making and desperately want to return. You didn’t ask for this. You didn’t want this. It’s a problem–– your problem ––and you would do anything to pass it off, burn it away, scoop it out of you with bare hands, or carved out with hooked knives before it can destroy you. Get it out, just get it out now. You don’t care who you hurt in the process, only that you can’t afford to be hurt first. Being loved by you is to be loved by a figment of the imagination. It is to be loved in halves, or not at all.

Margaret, Kirill Marlinski
I like this particular drawing, where the model is turned away from the viewer. It's got a nice vibe. Larisa was one of my favourite models to draw, because she is very comfortable getting naked in front of a few dozen of people. This is most important for the whole atmosphere of a life drawing session. Also, the reasons for posing are very different from model to model. While a few models just do it for the money, most have other inspirations. Larisa, for example, wanted to see if she could play a role of a muse for some of the artists drawing her. I find that this is a great reason for posing naked, enjoying oneself and inevitably interacting with the drawing crowd.

Andreea Raducan’s musings after Nationals
Andrei Muntean’s injury on vault is the only thing she regrets
6 guys and 3 girls will go to Worlds. Iordache and Ponor are locks for WAG.
She praises Denisa Golgota, and mentions she’s been having back pain, so they will further investigate that. They hope she will be able keep her motivation once she hits senior level.
No matter how much experice you have, it’s still hard to keep your cool in competitions, and she hopes Dragulescu and Ponor will manage to get it together and do their routines well.
Everyone appreciates Larisa’s performance at Nationals. It’s been a difficult time for her, but she’s in great shape now and she hopes Larisa will keep it up til Worlds. Raducan points out her positive attitude in training, and how she’s a good competitor.
‘I thought we need to have a thorough examination of the athletes we have on the national team and also of our coaches, because, whether we like it or not, our biggest issue is not the athletes, but the coaches. We have very few left, and not many are ready for the level required on the national team, and I don’t have a problem with admitting that.’ - for once, believe it or not, someone is not blaming the kids for everything, and I’m so incredibly grateful for that! GREECE : The Vale of Tempe is a gorge in the Tempi municipality of northern Thessaly, Greece, located between mountain Olympus to the north and mountain Ossa to the south, and between the Greek regions of Thessaly and Macedonia. The valley is 10 kilometers long and as narrow as 25 meters in places, with cliffs nearly 500 meters high, and through it flows the Pineios River on its way to the Aegean Sea. In ancient times, it was celebrated by Greek poets as a favorite haunt of Apollo and the Muses. The Tempe Pass is a strategic pass in Greece since it is the main route from Larisa through the mountains to the coast. In legend, the Vale of Tempe was cut through the rocks by the trident of Poseidon.

[ MUSE 10 ] ●● is that ELIZABETH GILLIES? no, that’s just LARISA BISSET, the 21 year old FEMALE who is a SOCALITE. some say they’re SCHEMING AND MANIPULATIVE, but their family and friends will swear they’re CHARMING AND EASY-GOING when i think of them, i think of moneybags, mansions, expensive cars. i wonder if HER family knows that SHE KNOWS ABOUT HER MOTHER’S TAPES
. Larisa is a socalite, and a well known party girl.
. Used to have a goth phase
. Was always rebellious
. Snuck around her parents room for blackmail and came across her mother’s tape hidden away in a drawer.
. She’s unsure whether to tell her mother or the rest of her family about the tapes… unless it “comes up” in conversation.
. She loves finding her way to seduce and manipulate men.
