i think someone said this before but i really like how you write henry and william. its so nice seeing them having personalities aside from what we see in the games cuz we only meet them when theyre already crazy and not who they were before

I feel like I have gotten an ask or two like this before but it doesnt make it any less flattering to receive them!

Honestly, scripting and character building for Henry and William was one of the harder parts of creating Legacy, because all I had were a couple novels in which their past personalities were mentioned (Less so for Henry, he only appeared in flashbacks) and the games (in which we get the crazy William and the depressed Henry)

So trying to bridge the gap between the past we heard about and the present that we experience was kinda rough. There were times when I was worried I wasn't doing them enough justice. (And then I remember how they're written in canon media and then I go "Well I'm not doing THAT bad")

My one fear is when the movie comes out and it reveals or shows something that is completely out of left field and it blows me out of the water in some regard. Of course I never say that my AU should be taken as a proper basis or timeline for canon, but I still like to be able to have the option of adding/omitting something instead of having it thrown at me after the fact
