Last Line Challenge

Thank you to @berzerkshires and @larryyouknow for the tags. I waited a bit to post this because I didn’t have anything to post before as I hadn’t started writing again 😅 I was taking a little break after the three fics I put out. But here is the last line of what I have so far for my next story which will be part of the @1dalphalouisfest ☺️

The rest of the ride is mostly spent in comfortable silence, Harry doing his best not to break down and cry, because he knows that if he starts right now, he won’t be able to stop for a while. He doesn’t want Zayn to witness that, so he desperately holds it in.

Hi can you tell me your wips?

Hiiii! I assume you mean the ones I'm writing? I don't think I'm actually reading any currently updating wips except a smau on twitter. But anyway, this ask has guilted me into writing today so thank you lol.

The one I'm writing (supposed to be writing lol) is called Scarred and it's an omegaverse soulmate sickfic with omega Louis and alpha Harry for the @1domegaverseficfest My problem is there's something not right about the beginning of the fic sighhhhhhh. I have the whole thing outlined, but I need to dig in and fix the beginning and then it'll be FINE.

The other fic I have outlined is for the @1dalphalouisfest with alpha Louis obvs I guess lol and omega Harry. And in that one Louis has a pet pig that he buys lots of vegetables for at the grocery store and Harry sees him there all the time and thinks he must be an amazing cook and very healthy. So basically, yet another silly pet fic from me.

After these I'll probably work on my fic for @louisrarepairfest but I have zero ideas for that right now. Something will come to me, I'm sure.

I don't usually write down my goals even though I always have goals. I'm a huge planner, so I'm always working on accomplishing something. Anyway, @haztobegood tagged me to post mine, so I was inspired to actually write some out this year.

📝 Writing/Fandom Goals:

Write the soulmate au that has been haunting me for months

Write a fic for @1dalphalouisfest

Probably write a fic for @1domegaverseficfest

Maybe write an anonymous fic

Run a third round of @louisrarepairfest and write a fic for it

Record more podfics for @podfic-pals (Maybe I'll set aside a specific day of the month to record? Something like that)

Get my new side blog up and running @1drecfest and choose a month for it. (I wanted to do February, but I'm going to be on vacation for a week of Feb. So maybe March?)

Start getting birthday posts ready for my writer friends...I have a fun idea for writer recs so for 2024 I'm just going to do some of my friends on their birthdays and then hopefully expand after that.

Get back into cross stitch and embroidery. In 2022 I made so many things! And 2023...nothing. Whoops. So I'd really like to get back into it.

Keep going with my new podcast ( @letsdocuboutit ) and posting it once a week. And I want to expand my social media about it. Right now it's just Instagram and Tumblr.

Just realized the others are all heat related heres some that aren't.

Alpha courting the Omega, but not doing it in a romantic way. So they start gifting the Omega toothpaste and socks. 

Alpha finding an Omega crying and automatically offers to comfort them and fight the reason that they are crying. 

Alpha bumping into an old Omega crush from school, then stammers as they try to ask them about life. 

Omega trying to get some heavy things out of their car and Alpha comes to help before they blow out their back. 

Omega goes to an Alpha, who doesn’t look too menacing, and clings on them to get away from another creepy Alpha/Beta. 

Alpha asks a friend or a random Omega to be their plus one to a family event so their traditional family doesn’t give them lip for still being single. 

Alpha scenting an Omega on the bus or train, stuttering and blushing as soon as they are caught red handed.
