I've seen a lot of folks say Knives is the one to accept his nature as a plant as opposite to Vash who longs to be human but I don't really agree on that.

If anything Knives romanticize it.

(As unfair as it sounds) accepting his true nature as a Plant would mean accepting that he was created to nurture and be consumed in a way or another, and if there's one thing that Knives fear and reject, it's exactly that.

He tried to distance himself so hard from humanity, painting his nature as Godhood, but in the end, he became more human than anyone on NML in all the way he feared and hated.

They like to have sparring sessions in order to keep their bending skills sharp. They allow themselves to go all out and not hold back at all cause they know if anyone got hurt, Katara could just heal them
