Prom Night's original motion picture soundtrack is available on vinyl via 1984 Publishing. The score is composed by Paul Zaza (My Bloody Valentine, A Christmas Story) and Carl Zittrer (Black Christmas, A Christmas Story), who oversaw the release.

Priced at $25, the album is cut at 45 RPM in two color variants: "Bloody Disco Ball" metallic silver with red splatter vinyl (limited to 650) and "Disco Acid Flashback" blue, pink, and red tri-color vinyl (limited to 350).

The music has been remastered from the original master tapes for vinyl, marking its debut on the format. The LP is housed in a gatefold jacket featuring artwork by Gary Pullin and includes a custom black condom (pictured below).

The album is also available in a set with Blood on Black Wax, a coffee table book about horror soundtracks on vinyl written by Aaron Lupton and Jeff Szpirglas, for $45.
