Fue lanzado hoy 8 de marzo de 1994 por Chrysalis Records y EMI Records, fue mezclado y grabado en D&D Studios. El álbum incluye los sencillos "Mass Appeal" (su primer sencillo en las listas de Billboard Hot 100), "DWYCK" (con Nice & Smooth) y "Code of the Streets".
