"The Fredericksburg Area Museum (FAM) is excited to announce that it will host the inaugural FAM Faire KrisKringlmarkt, a traditional German-style holiday market, in historic Market Square on Saturday, December 8, 2018 from 10 AM – 9 PM.

This event is graciously presented by Lidl with additional sponsorship from Access Eye, The Title Professionals, The Layered Home, 95.9 WGRQ The Christmas Station, and The Community Bank of the Chesapeake.

FAM Faire will feature over 20 vendors including: Bavarian Chef, Bethany Bathhouse, Bonefish Designs, Cool Cat Cupcakes, Sophiola, Elliot & Evelyn, LibertyTown Arts Workshop, Schwetzingen – Fredericksburg Alliance (FSA), Tanya Richey Art, Terra Stone Organics, LLC, The Cookie That Broke the Mold, Tulips & Twirls, Wilkinson’s Woodworking, Your Hobby Place, and more!

Throughout the day 95.9 WGRQ will be onsite along with music from local school groups like Stafford High School, Lafayette Upper Elementary School, Hugh Mercer Elementary School, Fredericksburg Area Young Musicians Chorus, James Monroe High School Band, and Courtland High School German Dance Group. Santa will be onsite from 10 AM – 1:30 PM followed by a performance by The Spotsylvanians, Cabin Creek, The Original Elbe Musikanten German Band, and Elby Brass!

This event is FREE and open to the public with traditional German beer and food for sale (must be 21 years or older)."
