NOW .. it’s  a late late late night but one that somehow remains awake till the writing is done .. it is now 3:05 am .. and a respectable time to rest .. a rest of necessity and reason , at the NDTV Banega Swasth India  campaign TV launch !

Better in to be in a better frame of mind after rest .. and advance the thoughts expressed by the Medical Community, in the campaign for health care ..

It is almost afternoon now .. and I say sorry for the nonsense Blog ☝🏽 .. the head was working on one thing and the mind was doing something else .. it , happens in todays world, where the human has been crowded with millions of options and tracks and alternatives .. and the human is selfish enough , at times,  to get associated with all of them , at the same time .. not realising that when the different tracks are opted for , each of them has a story and a history of its own , to deal with which , is a mammoth task ..

It requires extreme will to do that, which satisfies all .. satisfaction is the most unobserved misunderstood word of the season .. everyone wishes to think of who I am, as what I have done  .. 

We are all special cases, and we all want to say something in , say an appeal, against something ! Everyone insists that they are innocent, their innocence being at all costs .. even if it means accusing the rest of the human race and heaven .. 

We all think that WE , I,  am the sensible one .. we sensible people are all selfish .. we think , or rather are determined to be who we are , by what we have done .. and what we have done, is attuned to the elements of nature, tugging, pulling us into every contract to make its terms look fair .. 

THE IMPORTANT THING IS NOT THE CAMERA, BUT THE EYE .. the eye .. !!

.. that little girl with the ‘gajra’ still haunts my heart .. I wonder of whether what was given to her was enough .. I wish I could meet her again, and give her more for her liking  .. and as I drive I keep looking out , but never see her .. or anyone that could know her .. or any other in similar ..

But what I see is somewhat touching for me, at an instant  .. this 👇🏽👇🏽 ..

.. the Mother did not have a smile , as I followed them .. unknown to them .. and at a traffic halt or jam when there was a pause .. I drew my window down to indicate to the Husband, how much he had loaded the bike on himself and more the Wife .. what you see is the picture, after the lady recognised me  .. and then the smile  .. 

But .. I thought .. this is a family out to get provisions for the home .. the Husband has a vehicle, no car , no facility to have the benefit of affluent home delivery , they need to go out and get it themselves .. the bike is the carrier .. of family of goods .. and of the thumb sucking , new born .. for he cannot be left at home .. what best can be done in such a situation is being done  .. the Mother happily looked at me and smiled in recognition .. her somewhat earlier withered with the woes of life and condition face , suddenly brightened up .. I asked, ‘can I take a picture’ .. she kept smiling .. I did .. pulled the glass up in some remorse , told the Husband, who was pulling out his mobile to take mine, to drive safe  .. waited till his picture moment was over .. the jam opened .. we moved .. and I was moved too .. 

How life brings to us what it does .. how and what are its parameters at the moment of its choice .. who to give what , who to give not ..

Trump: FBI Photos of 'Top Secret' Documents Were a 'Set Up'

Former President Donald Trump said that a photo showing alleged top secret files that were scattered on the floor of Mar-a-Lago was a “set up” by the Department of Justice (DOF) and FBI.

In an interview with Indian broadcaster NDTV, Trump was asked about a DOJ court filing last week that showed documents and papers that were scattered on the floor. Some of them were labeled as classified or “TOP SECRET.”

“That they put there. It’s a set-up. It’s weaponization. And it’s inappropriate to do. It’s a bad thing for our country,” Trump said from his home in Bedminister, New Jersey, in an interview published Thursday.

The FBI raid targeting Mar-a-Lago “was a terrible thing,” he continued. “And frankly, that’s had a big impact on the population. I think it’s boomeranged, and very negatively, on them.”

The DOJ included the photo in a response to Trump’s request to obtain a special master—or a neutral, third party—to review documents that were taken from his home. The former president has maintained that he declassified those documents, pointing to an executive order he made in early 2021.

Federal Judge Aileen Cannon on Labor Day granted Trump’s request for a special master to review the records. In its counter-argument, DOJ lawyers said that a filter team had already looked at the documents taken from Mar-a-Lago, which Trump said included tax records, medical paperwork, passports, and other personal items.

Meanwhile, the DOJ also said that possibly privileged materials, including communications between Trump and his attorneys, were obtained during the search.

Writing in her order, Cannon noted that the DOJ appears to have leaked some information about its case against Trump to media outlets. Without making specific reference to the leaks, Cannon said that those actions would cause harm to Trump.

“In addition to being deprived of potentially significant personal documents, which alone creates a real harm, Plaintiff faces an unquantifiable potential harm by way of improper disclosure of sensitive information to the public,” Cannon said in her 24-page order.

“Further, Plaintiff is at risk of suffering injury from the Government’s retention and potential use of privileged materials in the course of a process that, thus far, has been closed off to Plaintiff and that has raised at least some concerns as to its efficacy, even if inadvertently so,” she also wrote.

Since the Aug. 8 FBI search, there have been claims published in the Washington Post and other corporate news outlets claiming Trump had nuclear secrets or highly sensitive material at his Florida residence. Over the past weekend, the Post, citing “people familiar with the matter,” alleged that Trump possessed documents that detailed a foreign country’s nuclear and defense capabilities.

But in the DOJ’s affidavit and FBI search warrant, no mention of nuclear secrets or weapons were mentioned. The FBI and DOJ have also not made any public comments on the claims.

In categorically denying the Washington Post’s report, the former president wrote on Truth Social in mid-August the nuclear weapons claims are “a hoax” and similar to the “Russia, Russia, Russia” narrative that was pushed by mainstream outlets during his presidency.

It has been found that the viral video has been originally taken from a clip dated 23 April, 2023 in which Shah is addressing a gathering at the Vijay Sankalp Sabha at Chevella, Telangana. In the original video, Shah criticized the religion-based reservations, targeting the Muslim reservations in Telangana. Furthermore, he also promised to do away with this practice and to ensure the rightful benefit of reservations to SC/ST and OBC groups. The original news clipping has been used from video duration 2:38 to 2:44, after which the part where Shah mentions Muslim reservation (from 2:44 to 2:52) has been deleted from the widely circulated video. From the three people under arrest, two of them were arrested by Ahmedabad Cyber Crime department and one from Assam. Reetam Singh, a Congress worker from Guwahati, Assam, was put behind the bars for alleged doctoring and sharing of the Home Minister's video. Ahmedabad Cyber Crime department also arrested Satish Vansola and RV Varia in the Amit Shah deepfake case. Satish Vansola is the personal assistant of Jignesh Mevani, a leader from Congress. Furthermore, notices from Delhi Police's Special Cell have been sent to five members of Telangana Congress, along with Telangana chief minister A Revanth Reddy, who further shared this video on their X handles. A case has also been registered by the Mumbai police against the social media handle of Maharashtra Youth Congress and 16 others for alleged spread of the fake video, as per PTI. South Will Not Suffer Over Delimitation, Sources Say Amid Population Concern

New Delhi: The government will be considerate of the fact the southern states have successfully managed to control their population and so should not suffer during delimitation, top sources indicated today amid a bitter battle in parliament over the women's reservation bill.Fears of southern parties that South India will be penalised for early population policies by an impact on their seats, will be allayed, sources told NDTV.  The huge population in the north ensures that they will get more seats and there are concerns that the south will be under-represented.The government understands that concern and will do the needful, sources said.The government is trying to push through the bill -- meant to reserve 33 per cent seats for women in the Lok Sabha and state assemblies -- in the ongoing special session of Parliament.But the reservation can only be implemented after a census and delimitation exercise.After next year's election, a Delimitation Commission will be formed. It will be a democratic exercise with representatives from all parties, sources said. The census will be carried out alongside. Even so, the implementation of the women's quota can begin only after 2029.Under Article 82 of the Constitution, only the Census data after 2026 can be used for the delimitation exercise. There is no clarity yet on how the government plans to cross that hurdle.The last delimitation exercise took 18 months, had over 211 meetings with public hearings in every state.In the seven-hour debate in the new parliament today, the opposition parties demanded that the bill be implemented without any delay.Opening the debate, Sonia Gandhi underscored that the initiative for the bill was taken under the UPA government."How many years will they (women) have to wait... two... four... eight? Is this right? Congress demands the bill be implemented immediately," she said, calling for reservation for women from SC, ST and OBC communities. Delaying this would be gross injustice to women," she added.The 2010 bill was passed in the Rajya Sabha but could not be  presented in Lok Sabha following opposition from Samajwadi Party and the Rashtriya Janata Dal -- a point that has provided ammunition to the BJP. Wrestling Body Chief Questioned Twice By Delhi Police: Sources

Two police cases have been filed against Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh. New Delhi: Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, the country's Wrestling Federation chief and BJP MP accused of sexually harassing some of the country's top wrestlers, have been questioned twice by the Delhi police, sources have said. The police -- who have formed a Special Investigation Team to probe the matter -- have questioned around 200 people in the case as well, sources said. The police, sources said, will file a status report in the court, listing the details of all the inquiries they have held so far. Sources said the police have looked into every allegation and questioned the people allegedly present at the time. On April 29, two separate police cases were filed against Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, after allegations of sexual harassment by seven wrestlers, one of them a minor. The cases were filed after the Supreme Court issued a notice to the Delhi Police. One of them is under POCSO, the stringent law against sexual assault of children. The MP, who is yet to be arrested, has denied any wrongdoing and accused the wrestlers of framing him. He has also challenged the wrestlers to undergo narco-analysis along with him to settle the issue. The row, on since January, exploded in April, with the wrestlers holding a public protest at Delhi's Jantar Mantar, demanding his arrest. Farmers and khaps from Haryana joined in to show support. On May 28, as Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the new parliament, the Delhi Police cracked down a protest the wrestlers had planned to hold near the building. Visuals of champions Vinesh Phogat and her cousin Sangeeta Phogat being manhandled and pinned onto the ground by the police were widely circulated, evoking shock and outrage across the country. Last week, the wrestlers went to Haridwar to consign their medals in Ganga, days after the Delhi Police crackdown. They postponed their plan after intervention by farmer leader Naresh Tikait. On Saturday, some of the protesting wrestlers had an hour-long meeting with Union Home Minister Amit Shah. In an interview with NDTV, ace wrestler Bajrang Punia denied rumours that they have reached a settlement. Delays again and again and again .. and the patience of the Ef being tested .. but there are reasons for the absence from the regular time .. and obviously it is the work or the commitments to work ..

over a million of them now and in the next 5 years to increase their numbers to 5 million is the challenge thrown to them .. but what a delight to be in the know of their spirit and work ..

Actor Sooraj Pancholi Acquitted In Jiah Khan Death By Suicide Case

Jiah Khan Suicide Case: The 25-year-old, an American citizen, was found hanging at her Juhu home in Mumbai on June 3, 2013.

New Delhi: Almost a decade after actor Jiah Khan’s death by suicide, a special CBI court in Mumbai today acquitted her boyfriend and film star Sooraj Pancholi of abetment charges. Jiah Khan, 25, was found hanging at her Juhu home in Mumbai on June 3, 2013. Police later arrested Sooraj Pancholi on the basis of a six-page letter, purportedly written by Jiah, and booked him for abetment of suicide. Jiah’s mother Rabia Khan had claimed that she was killed.

Special Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court judge AS Sayyad directed the accused to step forward, asking 32-year-old Mr Pancholi his name, and pronounced — “Due to paucity of evidence, Sooraj Pancholi is acquitted”.

Sooraj Pancholi, the son of actor couple Aditya Pancholi and Zarina Wahab, faced a jail term of up to 10 years if convicted. His mother accompanied him to the court for the verdict.

Mr Pancholi was arrested in the case in June 2013 and released on bail in July 2013.

Jiah’s mother Rabia Khan, a key prosecution witness in the case, had told the court that she believed it to be a case of murder and not suicide. The Bombay High Court last year dismissed her petition seeking a fresh investigation into the case.

Reacting to the verdict, she reiterated that her daughter was killed. “The charge of abetment to suicide has gone. But how did my child die? This is a case of murder…will approach the high court,” she told news agency ANI, adding that the cause of Jiah’s death “has not yet been determined”.

“The verdict is on alleged suicide, but I have always maintained that Jiah was murdered. This, in fact, strengthens my case”,” she told NDTV.

The judge, AS Sayyad, last week heard the final arguments of both sides and reserved his judgment in the case.

The CBI had alleged that the letter seized by the Mumbai police, which probed the case initially, was written by Jiah Khan.

The note narrated Jiah Khan’s “intimate relationship, physical abuse, and mental and physical torture” allegedly at the hands of Sooraj Pancholi which led her to die by suicide, the central agency said.

In his final statement to the court on April 12, 2023, Sooraj Pancholi said that he had been booked in a false case and that he was the victim of a false prosecution and persecution. He claimed he had broken down when he heard about Jiah’s death, and said, “I had lost the most important person of my life and the woman whom I truly loved.”

Jiah Khan is best known for her performance in the Hindi film “Nishabd” starring Amitabh Bachchan.
