Ggad theory (maybe)
i don’t know why exactly but i always get so mad when people call Grindeldore toxic ship
like sure i get it Gellert was manipulating Albus but like why would they both miss their relationship if it was toxic? For me its exactly the oposite, yes before i actually start this nonsence i know Gellert was manipulating Albus but also he was the only person who *truly* understood Albus’s dark side (like J*R said almost his dark twin) and Albus too (and also Albus never really had someone who actually belived there “are” people like him*) and so why would they missed it if it was toxic overall? Like i belive Gellert definitly fell for Albus but more harder for power (get it? HAHAH? not funny? Ok?)
Okey this is all thanks for your time

Imagine the opening scene of Fantastic Beasts 4 being something like this:
We start off with a warm-coloured shot of a bumblebee sitting on a lavender flower in some sort of grassy meadow
The subtitles at the bottom of the screen read
Godric's Hollow, Summer 1899
The camera goes up and now I imagine most of us would like to see the first ever time Albus and Gellert laid eyes on each other, so we see one of them reading some book (maybe Gellert researching next to the Peverell grave?) and the other accidentally gets near. They look at each other, they are almost immediately interested in the other stranger. Enter a well written first ever conversation between the two and we see something click immediately.
Then we might switch to the current time with darker and colder colours, carry on with the storyline and every few scenes we could get more flashbacks, at first all cheerful, about the two falling in love happily and all the way throughout the more tragic part of their backstory.
This is just the way I like to imagine it and kinda wish they do it 🥺
What do you guys think? :3

head canon:
Gellert is really talented at playing the guitar, but quite shy at playing in front of people. When Albus finds out Gellert has a guitar and is able to play, he insists that Gellert will play for him one day.
Since Gellert never plays in front of people, but really wants to play for Albus, he prepares a song, just for Albus. When he's ready to play the song, he invites Albus over to the shed, their secret spot to meet up. When Albus arrives, Gellert's already there, waiting for him, with a flower and a song.

(in 1899 it would be an acoustic guitar of course)
and btw, can we please talk about how beautiful Jamie looks in this picture? Excuse me?? I mean, he's always beautiful, but this picture, damn!!

Open Summer 1899 Grindeldore Thread
This thread has me as the teen version of my muse, Albus Dumbledore, this is when he and Gellert first met each other. It’s a lovely summer day at Godric’s Hollow, 17 years old Albus is outside, sitting in a field listening to the bees buzz around, little does he know that today is the day he’ll meet the young man who will rope him into a wild romance.

“This is such a lovely day, though I’d love someone to spend it with.”

“Erised stra ehru oyt ube cafru oyt on wohsi” is the inscription on the mirror, which when mirrored says:
I show not your face but your hearts desire.

this question bothers me a lot
When Dumbledore told Harry at King's Cross about Grindelwald - "They say he showed remorse in later years, alone in his cell in Nurmenguard" who were "they" he was referring to? If Gellert was alone and I don't think people would like to meet him because of his villian history, So who were they who saw Gellert feeling remorse? How did they knew if he really felt that, did they talked to him regularly to know if he has changed? Who were they to whom Gellert showed signs of remorse and regret, the people who even published it wide that somehow Dumbledore came to know it.
Its really a mystery.
If anyone can please tell me, your thoughts about it
(What I think is that they were people deployed by Dumbledore himself so that he can check Gellert's condition and health etc. in captivity because obviously he cared about him and would have wanted to know if he changed for good)
