I see an increased deletion rate or dormancy of fanfic accounts on Tumblr over the previous year, and many others wondering if they want to continue. Writers are citing a lack of feedback or any interaction at all from algorithm-valuable reblogs to like hearts. Even AO3 surprised me too, that the amount of fics in my area of interest did not change much when comparing the volume of each pairing a month apart. Some even had fewer fics, making me think deletions are a common thing everywhere.

The softest fluffiness I first encountered is so masterfully executed that it gave me no clue it was not your typical fare, to all sorts of things I have never even heard of before in the adult fics. Your stories fill my interest in novelty. And also you are known for making your BTS characters different each time but always showing plausible aspects of the idol in whatever situation you have dropped them into. M-I actually have an event thingy ive only told a few people about where I do a series of small (by my standards so like...probably 4k+ each) oneshots based off of manga and doijins im like in love with. Since im finally mentally able to come around to writing more and I didnt do Kinktober this year, its something i wanted to do next year as a little mini thing. I also have a series commission stewing from a friend that has magical college au ateez with like. All off the soft shenanigans

N-one of my favorite kdramas in the world is called Touch Your Heart and if i ever saw someone write a mfin TYH for a group/ship im into I think i might just simply scream forever. As far as fic I'd love for someone to finish for me- probably AEOM:F. I genuinely lost all my drive to continue that one and i feel bad bc folks ask me to continue but im just hnghrhrjrjjjjj yknow?

O- i think it depends on the story. With something like AtT, the very first thing that came to mind was Hongjoong underwater reaching out. And then my brain went BRRRRRRR and now everything else followed after that. For Night Shift, it was characters first and then the plot came later as I went. I think the bigger the scale my stories are, the more likely I am to formulate important plot points and settings before certian characters. Hell, the whole endgame of AtT changed after Answer came out

Three Minutes is exactly what we are looking for at diverseinsertknet so that will go out next in the queue, but before I load it up I wanted to ask if you would like me to put the general mature label on it to prevent sending minor readers your way even through the story contains no adult content. Looking over your impressively comprehensive disclaimers page (as a former teacher clear expectations make me so happy to see) I want to make sure your boundaries are respected that no interaction from minors including likes happens. Also, would it be okay to reblog your "soft-bodied reader" essay to the network later on? It is exactly the kind of larger diversity we want to remind writers about, and even as a comfortable fat person myself it had me considering things I had not before.

Thank you so much for the fast response on the non-flat content note. I was reading back and very happily hit the PCOS story 22:13. Will definitely be reblogging that one too since that is close to home for me as well. Mine is undiagnosed & it does not matter since I am on metformin for diabetes and that made me want to mention "it functions as a contraceptive" is the opposite of what you are going for. Like it says later in the story, the reader is more fertile so it is a fertility enhancer.

i also have pcos (diagnosed), and i take both metformin and a contraceptive for regulation purposes. the contraceptive functionality (commonly known as the "pill") is exactly what i'm going for.

"do you want to get a coffee?", the man repeated the question you'd grown so accustomed to, but this time it didn't make you annoyed, and this time you didn't reject him, instead nodded with a small smile and then asked him if he knew a good place to get coffee since you were still fairly new in the city and hadn't cared about coffee back in kindergarten, when you'd last lived here.

"i know a place", he told you, but disappointed you greatly when he took you to starbucks instead of a more niche café that you wouldn't have found by yourself, which left you a little disgruntled, so you grumbled: "guys be like 'i know a place' and take you to starbucks."

this made him laugh, and he offered to pay for your drink to make up for the disappointing lack of niche café knowledge he had, an offer you gladly accepted, especially because your order was incredibly basic and therefore also incredibly cheap, so you didn't feel too guilty about robbing him of his last pennies.

"so", he was the one to start once you were sitting and had spent a minute or two sipping on your drinks in silence, "you're still angry about kindergarten?"

you took another sip ro buy yourself some time as you thought about what your issue was. was it his kindergarten behaviour, still? or was it something else? you didn't really know, but you assumed it was a mix of both, and told him so, too.

"i think part of me is, i guess, because you really hurt me back then. it was the end of the world for kindergarten me, to suddenly be nothing but a joke to you when you said you wanted to be my friend before. and you made some really rude comments, too. being a stupid broccoli was the worst thing to kindergarten me. but i guess now i was mainly upset that you wouldn't take my no, because you've always had that issue, except this time i'm an adult with my own agency and i can make decisions for myself, i don't need you to pressure you into my luck. so that's why i didn't like you. but i didn't mean to hurt you with my outburst, i was just... getting fed up. does that make sense?"

my hair has been basically every color you can imagine. when i was 15-19 i used to do a lot of crazy colors and i used to match with NCT’s taeyong a lot, i remember having pink and purple and silver hair at the same time as him! i also had split dyed hair a bit before taeyong got it in superm :) i’ll attach some pics of hair colors i’ve had lately and that i keep coming back to. since turning 20 i haven’t been dyeing it as much (probably just our of pure laziness) but i’ve been thinking about going blue or pink again!

i think it is really sweet that your family did their best to give you a big birthday, as well. that has to be difficult for some families. i am lucky that i am a spring baby, so i got gifts pretty well spread out. but my mom was also big into giving gifts and we had a big big christmas that included my closest cousins and best friends. i have such fond memories of holidays, growing up. a) hm. I kind of run my mouth on here so I don't think there's much I haven't said about Ateez on here. But just incase I haven't said it here before, Ateez literally have said my life, and brought me to some of the closest friends I hold dear to me in my life. They are a huge part of what reignited my spark for writing when I felt it burning out in my last fandom and every single day I see those goofy 8 idiots, I'm grateful for them and everything they've shared with us and the world and can only hope they're staying happy and healthy in their own little world.

b)Since I already achieved my life's goal of telling yeosang that I love him to his face, I would say next would be to look at Hongjoong and tell him he's an amazing leader and that I wouldn't have picked a better captain to lead and take care of the group. love my funky little ferret boy

c)oh woof there's so...so many. But surprisingly, unlike other times when I'm asked to choose only one, I can tell you right now. its Wonderland. Wonderland was my first comeback, the very first time I got to participate in an ateez comeback (ironically only a week or so after I had gotten into them) and to this day it remains something I hold dear to my heart as the start of my journey. Wonderland Symphony No.9 is also my all time favorite Ateez song and performance and its been well over year and while we have like a five way tie for number 2, nothing has knocked Symphony No9 off of it's pedestal.
