Heeseung was always the one who listened to everyone’s problems, if one of the boys were upset, or if two of his members argued, he was there to listen to both sides, and he was fine with that. Although, he does admit it felt a little lonely.

Aohi changed that for him. At the start, he felt weird at the thought of sharing his feelings. So he mostly rambled about nothing and everything to Aohi.

Aohi happily listened to Heeseung’s soft words and sudden thoughts that he would blurt out around her.

Heeseung and Aohi are both known as one of the maturer members of ENHYPEN, but as soon as they’re alone together they’re turned into giggling toddlers. (source: EN-log; Aohi Day.)

When they first met, Aohi and Heeseung was like a cat who didn’t like it’s new siblings. If Aohi ever tried to even come close to Heeseung, he’d swat her away.

Heeseung’s favourite thing to do with Aohi is play LoL. Aohi doesn’t fairly enjoy the game, partly because she’s more FPS based, but she likes to bond with Heeseung.

There’s a running joke that Aohi is the boyfriend between the two, Heeseung acting a bit of a babygirl around her.

For example: Aohi and Heeseung watching LoL streams and Aohi praises said streamer, and Heeseung will want some praises as well.

“bunny, me too right? I’m good at it too, right?” - que sigh, “yes, seungie, you too.”

Aohi’s favourite thing to do with Heeseung is sleep, it’s not uncommon to know that despite being the eldest, Heeseung’s the last to wake up between the boys, therefore, he’s the best pillow.

Aohi knows if she sleeps in Heeseung’s bed, the boys don’t have the heart to wake either of them, even if they were late.

“Aohi!— oh.. oh no.. she’s sleeping with Heeseung..” “wake her up then!” “But… :( they’re sleeping..” “SUNOO!”

Aohi and Jay kind of took on the parental role of the group, Aohi, despite being part of the maknae line, Aohi’s maturity puts her as one of the elders basically.

I think that’s one of the many things Jay admires about her. The way she’s able to take care of things and manage her time and emotions effortlessly.

They’re what you’d expect from a married couple honestly.

Their habits of watching whatever on the TV, or the way they seem to just communicate telepathically whenever they’re cooking in the kitchen together.

Jay thinks Aohi is an ideal person to be with long-term, he answered her as the most ideal person to marry. (A fan had asked during a fan meet.)

Jay’s favourite thing to do with Aohi is bake, there was more than enough times where Jay was actually able to have some childish fun.

The members remember well when Jay and Aohi were left in the dorms, and the kitchen looked like a mess, with icing everywhere on the two’s faces.

Aohi’s personality with Jay is like a doting wife, to her hard-working husband.

That’s probably why Jay’s saved as Hubby on her phone, and her saved as Wifey on the boy’s phone.

Their favourite inside joke, Jay slipped on some mix while they were making meringues for Sunoo’s birthday, and ever since then, “meringue boy” was Aohi’s nickname for Jay.

“chop chop, meringue boy.” — “Call me that again and I’ll stop making you food.” — “YOU CAN’T STARVE ME!”

Aohi’s favourite thing to do with Jay is go shopping, Jay and Ni-ki are, in her opinion, one of the best dressed and the best at finding outfits at shops.

the stylists adore jaohi because they’re the duo that they love matching together the most.

now the stylists have a schedule on when they get to style jaohi.

Jake and Aohi had the most difficult time period with getting along, like cats and dogs, you could say. (haha, pun.)

Aohi had a bit of a hard time getting used to Jake being affectionate towards her because before Aohi debuted she and Jake were the ones likely to argue all the time.

And it always resulted to Aohi winning. Think as in, Dog bothers cat so cat swats dog and Dog ends up whimpering away.

Although, Aohi (doesn’t like to admit it) does have a soft spot for Jake.

Jake sometimes has a hard time falling asleep and when he does, he goes to Aohi’s bed where they cuddle to sleep.

Jake tries to be affectionate with Aohi a lot because he does feel guilty for fighting with her all of the time during her pre-debut days.

Jake thinks that with him bothering her all of the time during pre-debut, Aohi probably had a harder time. So he tries to make it up to her, by basically doing everything for her.

Aohi does appreciate his gestures and knows he’s guilty of their past. Aohi tries to soothe his guilts to the best of her ability.

Jake is like Heeseung in a way, always wanting her eyes on him, if Heeseung buys her a cookie? He’ll buy a jar full of cookies, Sunghoon buys her a perfume? He’ll buy her favourite perfume.

basically, if anyone goes low, he goes lower.

Their favourite topic to talk about is basically pets, Aohi has two family pets, named Chewy and Mochi. Both cats.

Obviously Jake loves Layla, but he tends to bicker with Aohi because he likes the way her eyebrows furrow when she’s frustrated, he thinks it’s cute.

“I’m not saying cats are better than dogs, I think Layla is cute and you’re just putting words in my mouth!” — “nuh uh.” — “FUCK YOU MEAN NUH UH???”

Jake’s favourite thing to do with Aohi is taking their pets for walks. Surprisingly Aohi’s pets are outdoor cats, and they enjoy taking walks with Layla.

Jake thinks that Aohi walking their pets is a very domestic task to do and basically adores it.

“Yah, Layla! Slow down! Yah, Sim Jaeyun! Help me control your daughter!” — “aigoo… she’s just happy to be walking with her sisters and mama.” — “JAKE WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT RIGHT NOW.”

Jake practically has the biggest heart eyes for Aohi and Aohi doesn’t know how to deal with that.

Visual overload, that’s what I’d call it, Aohi and Sunghoon bring the most visuals out of any event ever.

Engenes on Twitter love it so much in fact, that there’s threads of the outfits Aohi and Sunghoon have both worn matching.

Sunghoon and Aohi are the type of people to have silent conversations in a room full of people, enjoying each other’s silent gazes rather than speaking outwardly.

Despite their, rocky start (in rocky start I mean, Sunghoon was pretty much awkward with Aohi, pre-debut.) Aohi and Sunghoon are pretty funny together.

Sunghoon is actually the funniest member of Enhypen, and Aohi is his apprentice. Sunghoon loves to teach her his puns, it’s like their favourite thing to do.

Their victims mostly consist of Jungwon and Jay. The only difference is that they hate when Sunghoon does it but laughs when Aohi makes a joke.

The favouritism is so real, it’s crazy.

Aohi enjoys being around Sunghoon when she needs a break from talking or being social. They mostly don’t, but when it does get too much, Aohi seeks Sunghoon out.

Their favourite thing to do is definitely ice skate, she’s not better than Sunghoon, but she knows how to keep up with him.

Sunghoon and Aohi definitely have danced on the ice together, if not all the time.

“Oh my god, hoon, hoon! I’m gonna fall!” — “you’re literally dragging me down! Of course we’re gonna fall!”

Sunghoon loves when Aohi holds onto him on the ice, it makes him feel very loved and needed.

Aohi thinks his boyish charm is very adorable, and has no issue feeding into the boy’s satisfaction.

Aohi loves to dote on the boys a lot, mostly Ni-ki and Sunghoon though because— well, they’re the ones who got close to her first.

Sunghoon believes Aohi to be one of the best people to talk to, she’s very good at listening and he depends on her to listen when he and the boys fight.

Now, new engenes tend to mistake ages a lot between Sunoo and Aohi, more people actually think Aohi is older than Sunoo!

Reason being is that, basically, Aohi acts like a bodyguard to Sunoo. She’s never not on Sunoo’s side, an arm around the boy’s shoulder like it’s some kind of avril lavigne song.

Behind the scenes though, Sunoo dotes on Aohi more than anyone in enhypen.

Sunoo and Aohi both definitely compliment each other in terms of personality, Sunoo has a bright mindset while Aohi has a more nightly perspective.

In other terms, Aohi and Sunoo complete each other as the Sun and the Moon.

Sunoo and Aohi also play a lot of video games with each other! Their favourite thing to play together is Animal crossing: New Horizons, they def have matching islands together as well.

Sunoo also appreciates Aohi a lot, Sunoo is the most prone to getting sick, and tends to stay home more often than any of the boys and Aohi loves keeping him company most days.

Sunoo thinks that Aohi is very caring, but It does worry him that she might be too caring about others that she forgets to take care of herself.

Sunoo’s favourite thing to do with Aohi is eat! If not for the way these two’s fox characteristics beat their love for food, their duo name would’ve been foodiez.

Aohi thinks that it’s adorable the way Sunoo looks like a hamster every time he eats, basically she gets cuteness aggression from his cheeks.

Aohi’s favourite moment of Sunoo’s was when it was late at night and he was supposed to be sleeping, but Aohi had caught him eating a food delivery he had gotten secretly.

Safe to say Sunoo had to share his food that night.

“Sunnie, you finished all of the radish!” — “yeah, well you finished all the sausages so we’re even.”

Aohi loves to bring Sunoo her food creations whenever she experiments, sometimes Sunoo does worry it’ll make him gain much but he can’t really deny Aohi now can he.

“Oppa, it’s just a muffin! It won’t do much!” — “Aohi…” — “please! I won’t bake anything for you after this!” — “Yah! I didn’t say you shouldn’t!”

Aohi and Sunoo also love to gossip a lot, heck, the boys have scolded them one too many times for being too loud at night.

If not for Xiulin who takes Aohi’s spot as her partner in crime, Sunoo would definitely be runner up.

Sunoo’s and Aohi’s most well known crime/prank would be when Aohi purposely took the wrong gate at the airport to leave from, so everyone thought she wasn’t on the plane to begin with.

Jungwon and Aohi was similar to that of Jake and Aohi, Jungwon was mostly frustrated since he took on the leader role at such a young age.

He believed that with Xiulin and Aohi into the mix was just even more stressful, and he was only a kid with too many responsibilities.

Jungwon and Aohi did talk about their shortcomings as members to each other, ending up where they were now.

Now, Aohi and Jungwon was very much friends, until of course, the promotions during the manifesto album.

Jungwon was very adamant with pursuing Aohi despite her unsure feelings (because at the time, Sunoo and Ni-ki were already in pursuit of her, and she knew.)

Despite this, Jungwon pursued Aohi anyways, leaving the girl with no choice but to let Jungwon court her. (She was secretly enjoying it, what’s a girl to do when getting pampered?)

Aohi and Jungwon are very easily the most girlfriend-boyfriend out of the whole duo. Both being born in the same year, and working like they merged into one person.

If Jungwon was the leader, then Aohi is definitely what follows after Jungwon.

The two are very strict with each other and the group, always wanting to be on their best behaviour. Very hypocritical of them because they always do the weirdest lives.

As in, eating every type of ice cream at three am in the morning lives. Yes, Aohi and Jungwon deliberately went to a convenience store and bought every type of ice cream there was.

Aohi got sick that day, and Jungwon felt so guilty he literally banned ice cream for a week after she got better.

Aohi and Jungwon’s favourite thing to do is go live, if that’s not surprising. Engene’s favourite live duo, because you’re either messing around with Jungwon or bothering other with Jungwon.

“jakey jakey, let’s go wake him.” — “GOOD IDEA. Why don’t we like… idk pinch him awake.” — “we’re not that evil.” — “OR ARE WE????”

Jungwon’s very heart eyes for Aohi, he thinks she’s the most brilliant person in the whole entire world, Aohi, of course thinks the same, she loves his mischievous behaviour.

Aohi also loves to teach Jungwon English. She finds his aggressive English adorable, and she knows it’s a bit of a struggle to speak it because of Korean and English syllables and consonants clashing with each other.

“You kind of have to say sss, like a snake, instead of shh, because that way it won’t sound weird,” — “like.. seal?” — “yeah! Like that!”

To be fair, Aohi does teach most of the guys English, but Jungwon (and Sunghoon) Are the ones who go to her the most, I mean, Jay and Jake, sure they speak English, but they do troll with them most of the time.

Aohi’s guaranteed to teach them without the jokes and memes.

Aohi admires Jungwon’s ability to be a leader, and it’s what draws Aohi to Jungwon easily.

All in all, Jungwon’s a very devoted person to Aohi, while Aohi is the same for Jungwon, she’s just more shy about it.

Aohi’s favourite.

But the boys don’t know that!

Okay, she actually doesn’t have favourites, but she goes the softest for Ni-ki, because, well, He was the first person to ever befriend her. (during her pre-debut days of course.)

Ri-ki’s never once fought with Aohi during their pre-debut and Aohi’s obviously going to baby Ri-ki because he is the maknae.

Ri-ki actually dislikes Aohi’s babying (as in, too frequently, babying him.)

Ri-ki prefers babying Aohi despite her being his noona.

His favourite thing to do? Collect plushies with Aohi, if Aohi has it, chances are Ri-ki has a matching one. Ri-ki treats them like his babies.

Ri-ki and Aohi spend most of their time window shopping plushies actually. Their current buy list consist of genshin plushies (in which Aohi forced Ri-ki to play) and some few Enhypen themed ones.

Aohi is very thankful that Ri-ki indulges in her childish purchases because it makes her relieved that Ri-ki wouldn’t judge her for buying things to heal her inner child.

Aohi and Ri-ki are also very prone to gaming together, usually it’s them and Sunoo, and Aohi mostly plays valorant with the two.

It’s surprising how good Ri-ki and Sunoo actually are at FPS games. Currently, their ranks are Ri-ki - High-Ascendant, Aohi - Immortal, Sunoo - Low Diamond.

Sunoo doesn’t play as much as the two evil twins do, but when he does, he plays pretty much better than diamonds do. (Only because he’s got Immortals and Ascendants teaching him.)

“YAH! RI-KI YAH! I TOLD YOU TO COVER ME!” — “I WAS LITERALLY FIGHTING HOOKAH.” — “you’re so poopoo..” — “hey, watch your language, I’m top-fragging missus immortal rank.”

When they aren’t being competitive though, they like to enjoy minecraft! Aohi has.. maybe one or more times burnt or exploded or drowned half of Ri-ki’s house.

Ri-ki and Aohi are actually ChromeHearts ambassadors, if not for Hoon and Jay, Ri-ki would be one of the most likely to be paired in a photoshoot with Aohi.

Aohi’s favourite thing to do with Ri-ki? Dance. She tries her best to help with Ri-ki’s dancing, always making up new things or joining Ri-ki whenever he wants to do a dance on tiktok.

Although dancing isn’t her strong suit, she still loves to do it!

“And then, maybe it could go like this- and then yeah!” — “wait you’re so smart I love that dance line.” — “right?” — “i’m so happy you’re my girlfriend.” — “okay relax mister smooth talk.”

Aohi loves to be childish around Ri-ki because she knows that Ri-ki will join her, and it gives her a break from being mature in front of many.

Aohi’s favourite favourite!

No, but really, she’s the favourite.

Xiulin and Aohi were the first to band together during pre-debut. They shared each other’s memories and experiences together.

Xiulin, despite being somewhat of an older sister figure to Aohi, likes to bicker a lot with the boys. Xiulin knows of their relationship and is one-hundred percent supportive! At some points…

Xiulin is very protective of Aohi because of well, their pre-debut. Aohi and Xiulin were pretty much cast aside because the boys had a hard time letting them into the group.

No matter though, Xiulin just likes to bully them because they know if there’s one person who gets most of Aohi’s time, it’s Xiulin.

Xiulin and Aohi are like two peas in a pod, if Aohi commits a crime, Xiulin is there with her.

Aohi’s whole thing with Xiulin is that she reminds her a lot of her older sister figures in XG, and that’s why Aohi likes to stick to Xiulin a lot more than any of the other boys.

Aohi and Xiulin are kind of like, each other’s opposites, yet equals. Despite Aohi’s tendency to lead after Jungwon, that’s just it for her, she follows the leader.

Xiulin is there to guide Aohi if Jungwon isn’t, and that eases Aohi’s heart.

Xiulin’s favourite thing to do with Aohi is play guitar together, Aohi didn’t actually know how to play the guitar until during the manifesto process.

Xiulin and Aohi would stay up together, just learning the stupidest riffs (like the SpongeBob theme) and laugh about it until their manager would bust them for staying up too late.

Aohi, absolutely adores Xiulin with all her heart, the boys believe she’s never looked at someone with such admiration before.

“Ah oppa! Xiulin-noona said, not to eat snacks before dinner..” — “Aohi, baby, you know Xiulin is younger than me…” — “Jake-hyung…” — “Ah.. okay, don’t call me hyung..”

Aohi’s favourite thing to do with Xiulin is paint together, Aohi’s an artistic spirit at heart, and sometimes that’s what she wants to do with her free time.

Although the boys join her from time to time, that doesn’t mean she’s really keen on letting them.

Sometimes painting time can be girl time, and with seven boyfriends? It’s definitely needed after a while.

“Gosh, you know Seungie-oppa? He keeps eating my chips! He won’t even buy them for me, he just sends me the money for it and is like ‘ sorry :9’ Like, that’s so rude!” — “Drop him for the day, bad boyfriend of the week!” — “you’re right!”

Aohi and Xiulin go hand in hand together, continuing to somehow… create chaos for their staff members and managers.

Aohi hopes to introduce Xiulin to her XG sisters one day.

A secret Xiulin holds is that she actually did like Aohi at one point, but ended up never pursuing her because well.. (let’s just say there was seven obstacles in the way.)

OOOH that's Jax/Gangle right? Oh boy you probably aren't asking for this but I feel like doing a big ramble and this is gonna be a long one. CHARACTER ANALYSIS INCOMING!

I'll preface this by saying I don't usually get too invested in shipping. I really like drawing interesting character dynamics tho, so I'll play around with the ships I see without really sticking to one. It's why I tend to draw a LOT of different ships only a few times each.

I'll ALSO preface by saying I really uh. Don't like Jax very much lmao I'm sorry. I'm not opposed to jerk characters in general, but I just didn't think any of his lines were funny. BUT I think that comes down to the fact that we only have a pilot and haven't seen much of their personalities yet. My favorite jerk characters, (Osomatsu, Bender, etc) all balance out their jerkiness by being dorky insecure losers that almost never win in the end so you kinda feel bad for them. I think if Jax ends up being written that way I'll become endeared to him. And goose has revealed before that none of the others actually like Jax so I kinda want to see that.

On the other hand, Gangle is my favorite character. She has barely 2 minutes of screen time but I love her concept so much. A friend called me out for this recently lol but all my BIG FAVS are characters that are themed around strong divided emotions. Pretending they're happy even when they're not, and having a hard time controlling their emotions as a result. (The latest ENA episode was a great example of this. Anyway.) Gangle being a sensitive flimsy pile of ribbons with a literal mask for a face? The fact that the tragedy mask seems to be her REAL face, while the comedy mask is so fragile that breaks if you so much as breathe on it too hard? I find that COMPELLING I want to see a whole series about her honestly.

Pairing her with Jax was inevitable, as is any fandom ship where the characters hate each other in canon. I usually hate this kind of pairing but this time I found it kinda fascinating! I think it's cause we don't really know a whole lot about either one of them so there's a lot of room to explore their characters through it.

I really do feel like Jax could hold a specific resentment towards Gangle. He's obviously not handling being stuck in the circus well, and he's bullying easy targets. He plays dirty. A person with high self esteem doesn't do that. Maybe he takes it out on Gangle because he hates how open she is about her feelings. He's putting on a tough and uncaring front, trying to pretend nothing bothers him, and she's out here being sensitive and fragile? How dare she! He's pushing her to her limits and she still won't harden herself. She doesn't have the energy to! Maybe she feels like she doesn't deserve to defend herself. It's so unhealthy! It's horrible!... And uh, sometimes horrible things are fun to write! DON'T JUDGE ME.

(And just so nobody accuses me of being insensitive here, without revealing too much, I've been in Gangle's place before. That's all I'll say.)

So with relationship stuff oh boy. We can take all those toxic traits to their extremes. But who would be the instigator?

What if Gangle coped with Jax's bullying by becoming more clingy. Becoming used to it.. Seeking him out. After all, he's paying attention to her right? Her warped self image being depressed and isolated in this circus for years would drive her to wanting any kind of stimulation.. does she realize this is self harm? What's it going to take for someone to step in before it goes too far?

Or on the other hand, what if Jax's fixation on bullying Gangle got mixed up in some more complex feelings.. If he really wanted to, I can see him manipulating her into a relationship just to see how many boundaries he can cross. He could have her wrapped around his little finger. Literally. He DOES have some misplaced affection for her deep down. He won't let himself think about it long enough to understand it, he's acting on impulse. She's uncomfortable but thankful for the seemingly lessened cruelty, so she puts up with it. And sometimes, rarely, between the thinly veiled insults disguised as compliments, he says something truly genuine and vulnerable. She can see it. He needs help. He needs love. But they're both hurting each other even more. It's wrong, but they're stuck now.

And now.. for the drama. Nobody can be pushed that far before snapping. As is the usual trope with soft spoken pushover characters, Gangle is a ticking time bomb. And I don't think she'd be willing to abstract entirely because of Jax, at least without clawing her way down.

Here's a fun fact. Have you seen that walk cycle video? Jax is tall, sure, but Gangle is PRETTY DARN TALL TOO. and she slouches. With her ribbons stretched to their full length she would tower over everybody. I want to see her get angry and be SCARY. I want her to stand up to Jax and lash out and scream and see him Genuinely Terrified. Everyone else caught in the crossfire too, covered in ribbon slashes. It wouldn't last forever. If the tension doesn't cause her to abstract she'll calm down eventually, or someone will be forced to break her mask to snap her out of the tantrum. Jax would pretend it didn't shake him at all, but would be noticeably quiet afterwards. Kinda shifting uncomfortably, they both avoid eye contact for as long as possible. His teasing towards Gangle never goes beyond slight ribbing again.

Whew.

Ok uh if you read this far, I don't LIKE the ship but it's a great character exercise! Hah I've thought a lot about it clearly. That being said, i usually prefer sweet cuddly ships myself. I think my favorite is Gangle/Pomni. I haven't seen this one around much, but those two are my favorite characters in the show and I'd love to see them interact! I think they could help each other with their anxieties and it'd be really cute. I don't even necessarily need it to be romantic I just think they'd have a sweet little dynamic together.

Surprisingly I've seen Gangle shipped with Zooble the most even though they haven't talked at all either and Zooble has like.. 2 lines. It might be cute but I wanna know more about them first.

As for Gangle n Kinger, I prefer them to have more of a father daughter type dynamic.

Probably too personal thoughts, feelings, and ramblings around Our Wonderland

A couple of warnings, this will likely spoil all of Our Wonderland and this will likely get personal on the thoughts and feelings. It's a personal look (and total ramble) at this game more than anything.

To keep the spoilers hidden and to prevent forcing , I've put everything in the expand below.

I found this game from the Queer Halloween Story Bundle on itch, I was looking around what was in the bundle and enountered this game. I had already played a visual novel from the bundle that didn't gel too well with me so my hopes weren't too high.

I had no idea what this free game in a bundle had in store.

I was casual during the intro, I don't know when it hit but I knew I was locked in when act 2 hit and I saw what the meat of this game really is.

Something in this game sucked me right in, and wouldn't let me go.

I can't say I remember every detail but I was quickly emotionally invested, trying (and almost always failing) to keep Iggy alive and seeing how this friend group had completely gone off the rails, how their wishes twist around them.

Everything gave me the feeling I believe it was meant to, Gidget's advances on Iggy, Orlam, Buck's outright brutality, Genzou trying to get out alive while throwing the worst words at Orlam (I think he's just like that anyway) and Iggy having the worst time of his life.

While that doesn't sound like much, I don't usually get a reaction from a lot, the mix of visual and words hits just right... or wrong given how horrifying some of this is. Well, some things in the game would easily get a reaction...

For a bit of context for the next parts, I am aro/ace, something I truely discovered myself in the middle of a relationship, not that I hate being in a relationship but I think I'm completely incapable of feeling romantic love, there's just... nothing there. With being ace, I kinda resented the way my brain would react, litrally wishing sometimes that I was ace, glad I grew out of that for my own sake.

I also tend to feel awkward enough around sex in video games. I got goaded into the House of Hope scene, the first time the game crashed to save me and the second time I went dead slient and fixed my eyes down, only looking up enough to see the choices... I've now got an agreement to never have that happen again.

So obviously Gitget's sections got a big reaction from me, I thankfully haven't had any expriences close to anything like that, I could understand Iggy's perspective.

But enough about the horrible stuff for the moment, I'm not going to explain that, yes, seeing Orlam's and Buck's scenes were also shockers because eating human flesh and brutally murdering people are kinda bad things as well.

What I want to focus on next is something I currently only have one full perspective of, the romance. I usually verbalise everything to myself in RPGs and VNs, doing silly little voices for everyone (doing 6 children voices at the end hurt) so when I was given the choice of an ending... obviously, I chose the Genzou ending. Usually I'd feel awkward and stilted reading out the words but this time, it felt nice, I haven't done the other endings but I'm sure they're just as good, even if they're not, I got at least one good romance which given that this topples my fav VN romance (Slay the Princess which is pratically a joke romance anyway), I'm more than happy with it.

Niceness is over, I have another list topper, worst thing I've ever encountered in a video game, something so bad that even being foribly censored (I'm not checking if there's a visible version this time), it made me sick to my stomach. The tree and the infant in Her branches. Now I've played though and done some horrible things in video games, including child murder, but the way the body is described, the way everyone reacts to it. I can't call it anything below truely horrible and I'm putting this above freaking turn based RPG murdering children, I thought after that nothing would get me again (I think doing it actually knocked a screw loose because I've suddenly stopped being a goodie two shoes in video games, that's how bad that was). I mean this as a compliment but that is the worst thing I have ever encountered in any media.

And I think because I've felt these strong emotions where I haven't been hit so hard before, I've become completely pulled into it all. The fanwork contest was the first bit of my own art I put online in years and that kick started me getting back into art as a hobby, something I don't think I would have gotten back into if I didn't do that bit of Iggy art to prove to myself that I could do it if I put myself into it.

So... Carrot, thank you so much for this game of romance, fun, death and wishes.

If I land on my feet, I'd like to make a game with multiple acespec PoVs one day, much less horror though.

you're like "no that sounds nice, let's go upstairs," and matty is silently freaking out bc you're gonna be in his bed. with him. sleeping. he's thought about this scenario 1000 times, and none of them included him being dealthy ill and not having nice sheets on the bed first.

you get matty to brush his teeth and get ready for bed, even rubbing some moisturiser on him (he just sits there with a dopey grin as you apply)

he always thought you'd be on his chest or he'd be spooning you, but he ends up with his face buried between your boobs and he's out within 10 mins.

obviously, internally you're like "ohmygod he really likes me, and I made him feel better. oh, he couldn't stop smiling, and annie noticed because he was so happy and -"

but externally, you play it cool like, "Oh, that's great, sweetheart! I'm sure next time he's poorly, you can help him feel better too"

Annie is like, "Oh!! I hope he's poorly again soon, I wanna play doctors with you!!!"

you try not to laugh at her wishing her dad ill and just send her back to her desk, but the grin doesn't leave your face all day. thinking about the fact you made matty giddy makes you just as giddy as him.

the next day a bouquet of flowers show up at your door with a note,

"dear nurse y/n,

thank you for coming to look after me even after I cancelled our date. whilst I am slightly mortified you saw me looking like that, I'm more grateful for your help. you made being sick worth it. Spending any time with you is always worth it.

ace good character question mark (not really morally but yes)

(another one of my longer ones, this one more self-indulgent than actually analytical sorryyy i might just be spouting off stuff already said)

okay out of the gate i love ace as a character and i had to just spit out words into the void of why such an asshole of a character just rose to the top of my list of fav drdt characters

now drdt definetely has a lot of assholes in its cast: arturo, arei, j, charles, and recently teruko herself as of chapter 2. now while i do love the latter three, i cant help but say i dont really love arturo and arei as much and find their asshole tendancies more aggrivating

SO WHY ACE? what did he do? out of anyone, he's the one who's become actually more of an asshole compared to ch 2. at least teruko has ch 1 and a reason for being a jerk, j has her redeemable moments and isnt inherently bad, just coarse, charles was redeemed as was arei, and arturo hasn't done anything that made him inherently worse from ch 1 (i can hear u say "what about the whole j thing?" and my point still stands ... he's still just as insufferable lol). meanwhile, ace has turned from a comedic relief who swears profusely to an actual bully, who while still is probably just bite, actually threatens nico's life several times during ch 2.

i think its the sparse moments of "calm" between his hectic swearing that makes him so much more compelling to me. when a character, especially a character as far gone and stubborn as ace shows these slight moments of awareness of themselves, i think it reveals so much to their character beneath surface level without overtly doing a full reveal, making them sm more interesting to me. what makes ace compelling is where the expectations of his supposedly hot headed demeanor dont add up

rambling time ~

ace has a strange relationship with his talent. for someone who is a red headed, athletic, and foul mouthed character is already signing the alarm bells of a leon kuwata character. those three major traits signal to some sort of pride ace would have for his talent. and while in some ways he is like leon in that he doesn't train much, its actually ace's fear of failure that keeps him pushing past his fear of horses. ace has a habit of supplementing one fear for another, like how he overcame his fear of levi with his fear of the killing game. but at the end of the day, ace lives not by any level of cockiness like his brash character design may suggest, but rather by constant fear.

though ace is aware of his cowardice, as seen in his dialogue in ch1, ep2

Ace: Damn ... I know I'm scared of everything, alright? You don't gotta point that out to me. I wanna overcome my fears, but it's really fuckin' hard!

Right away, when called out, ace admits to knowing of his flaw and even more, he wants to improve! it's wild that a character who seems so bull-headed would even comprehend the thought of self-improvment, especially coming from ace. ace doesn't just have the desire to be safe, but he also has the desire to grow past that mindset (though clearly not enough to actually change). moreover, his line of saying how teruko doesn't have to "point that out" will show up again later

i dont have much to say on the trial outside of the obvious ace being a dick and going along with popular concensus. tho his outburst on levi is interesting. especially where he calls levi a coward

Ace: That's right. Shut your damn mouth, you coward -

I wonder how ace now is the one calling levi a coward when ace previously was terrified of levi. he seems especially peeved off by levi's peacemaker attitude the most. honestly, this is some good ol' fashion projection. Ace is well aware he's a coward, but he calls out levi for somehow the same thing.

personally, i think ace is pissed off that someone as intimidating as levi manages to maintain his anger and fears when ace cannot. We know Levi has a darker past that we aren't aware of and with the slight collpase in his character after ace's sharp remarks, it's clear levi isn't as much of a pushover as he lets on. ace noticed this from the start due to his own paranoia - which is why ace feared levi intially sm - and seeing levi somehow being the better person infuriates him. he wishes to be better, but when he fails, seeing levi further rubs salt into that wound.

a clear but inevitable change occurs within ace from chapter 1 to 2, with the creator (i believe i cant find the screenshot sorryyy) mentioning that ace hasn't been dying his hair red like he usually does to hide away his grey hairs, probably due to the stress. out of anyone's reactions following min's exection, ace's is the most vocal

Ace: Get me the fuck out of here! I don't want to be here anymore! Someone, anyone out there, please help me!!

Because everything, from the body discovery, to the trial, to the execution, were all something ace feared would happen and kept wanting to deny by having outbursts and trying to gain some short-term joy in picking fights. but now, every one last of his fears have been proven true, justifying all of his negative emotions. next we see him in chapter 2 is believing the food eden and levi prepared is poisoned and jumping to the conclusion teruko died when she arrived early.

during the motive reveal, ace says off-handedly

Ace: You've been nothing but a complainer this whole time, Teruko, and that's coming from me.

Again, small detail, but shows ace's awareness that he often complains. just adds to how ace views himself.

Tho more concerningly ace says later

Ace: You know what, fuck it! Fuck this motive, fuck investigating, fuck this killing game, I'm just going to walk around randomly and get my head blown off by whatever's waiting for us. Who cares! Buh-bye!

I will touch on this more later, but here we get the first glimpse of ace's self-destructivness. perhaps in some desperate way to escape his fear of death and everything from the last chapter, ace chooses apathy as the solution to facing death

during teruko's exploration at the gym, ace constantly brings up levi's threat from the trial. but unlike before, where he might cower away, ace shows no fear in snatching levi's stretch band and running away. it seems that while before ace may have wanted to improve by following levi, seeing levi do something ace would have done while facing no reprucussions from the rest of cast drives ace mad. after all, levi did threaten to actually harm ace, while ace only makes cowardly attempts to fight, but somehow people are way more willing to look past levi compared to ace.

however, after teruko calls ace "utterly useless" and "volatile, a coward" and "will die quickly" ace comes rushing back into the gym

however, when confronted and teruko only doubles down on her statement, ace is taken aback before saying

Ace: Tch, I should have realized it from the start. In this killing game, everyone is out to get me. Especially people who love picking fights with me, people like you and Levi (side note: in all of my talk of his self awareness, ace still doesn't realize he's the one starting fights smhh). I can't believe I wasted my time with all that dumb shit like arm wrestling and running around screaming at meaningless stuff. I was fucking stupid to not take this killing game seriously from the start. I'm done with being everyone's kickable scaredy cat. The only thing I should do is look out for myself and myself alone.

His previous awareness of his cowardly-ness now has transformed to self-loathing, as he is angry at himself for not "taking the killing game seriously". it sure seems like he did, judging by his fear of it; but it seems to me he more means trying to let himself get caught up in miniscule conflicts to distract from bigger problems. in some ways, it's like teruko in which ace tried to open up (not a lot, mind you) to distract from the looming fear of dying. but now that it has been confirmed, he feels like he has been played for a fool. his awareness of his "scaredy cat" label further intrigues the audience, because it seems ace truly does loathe how much of a coward he is, but is unable to truly overcome it. before, he seemed more willing to openly express it, and his desire to change, exposing himself slightly. but now he realized how much of a weakness that was for him, as pointed out by teruko, so now ace is determined more than ever to mask his fear with more destructive tendancies.

next we see ace is with what becomes the start with his rivalry with nico. we do get a hint in chapter 1 of ace picking on nico, but here, it fully explodes to actually bullying.

when asked what set ace off, nico recounts how he mentioned that if ace keeps on yelling, people will "keep thinking you're dumb". now idk when this happened, but likely right after teruko said pretty much veratim what nico is warning ace about happening. with it already proven true, ace is already prepared to fire back and now direct all his resentment towards his classmates of their perception of him on nico.

Ace: You all think I'm damaged in the head. But more than that ... Levi, Teruko, Nico, Veronika, and everyone else. You all think you can say whatever the fuck you want to my face, right? I'm stupid, irritating, a good-for-nothing, and a spineless coward. Is that what everyone really thinks of me? And it's fine that you drill it into my head over and over again, because you think that I'll forget about it in 5 minutes like you do? Ha! Ha ha ha ha! You're sooo funny! So fucking funny, did anyone ever tell you that? You think I act like this for fun, and then I go to bed and sleep soundly at night, you dumb piece of shit?

THIS! THIS IS WHAT MAKES ACE SO COMPELLING! Because as much as it seems like Ace is rejecting what everyone is saying from the list he made of negative traits, I'd argue only Teruko hands-down affirmed what Ace says about himself. Levi apologized multiple times, Nico further explained he meant it as constructive critcism, and well ... idk Veronika is just thrilled so she doesn't care. Honestly, while it might be true the cast thinks that of him, only 4 people have mentioned it, and two already apologized. But that was enough for ace, because form this dialogue alone, it inadvertenly reveals this is how ace views himself constantly

that's why i love ace's character writing. he can outwardly seem like such a jerk (and he is, no denying that) from being a coward, but with his dialogue, it reveals so much about it without him ever uncharacteristically acting vulnerable. he fully weaponizes his own self-hatred and chooses to instead reframe it as everyone else's full hatred of him. he is constantly hating himself, but at the same time, it conflicts with his want to be seen by others better. due to his own self hatred however, he believes that everyone already looks down on him, which creates its own self-fufilling prophecy

(SPOILER FOR THE RECENT EP 9) this even connects with his relationship with food. while jockies do develop eds due to the strict weight limiations to correctly ride the horse, that quickly can spiral to body image issues, and thus how people view them. ace's ed likely further adds to his hatred to not just himself but his own body, an ed that is further justified by said talent. moreover, we know previously how it is his fear of being viewed a failure that pushes him to become a jockey.

but instead of being able to better himself, he chooses to project and cover these self-loathing thoughts as not just his own, but everyone else's. and with nico - someone ace despises due to nico being the coward ace likely fears he is seen as (get it ... scaredy cat ... cuz ... cuz nico looks like a cat ... hehehe ill see myself out) - to point it out to him right after being told off by teruko is what broke the camel's back for him.

moreover, with how ace questions the others about him choosing to act the way he does "for fun" hints to the actual lack of control ace feels he has not just on the world, but himself. he cannot find anything in himself to like, but because he doesn't know how to be better, he's left constantly internalizing it. it may be why he constantly causing a stir and lashing out, in order to never be left alone to think about it like he would at night

it may be why ace threatens to "bash" veronica's "brain out", so veronika, in all her psycho analysis, only points out the surface level fear of the killing game pushing ace to act the way he does, treating ace like a coward. and he is, but ace knows that more than anyone else about himself and the constant treatment of him as pathetic infuriates him because in his eyes, they all aren't pin pointing anything ace doesn't know about himself that he may be able to control.

(tho before i continue on, just know whatever i've been rambling on about is not a justification of any of ace's actions, especially him being a massive asshole to nico, only due to his own insecurity and not because of nico himself. while ace didn't deserve to be attempted-murder-ed for it, he is the one who took the first shot and people have the right to be upset, especially nico. pls dont take this post as me justifiying ace's actions or his words at all T^T he's an intersting characters and i just like watching characters cause interesting conflicts)

During the cafeteria scene, when david intervenes in ace exposing nico's secret, ace says

Ace: Tch. Of course. You always need people like David to save you from mean bullies like me, huh? What a pathetic weakling. The truth is, you're nothing but a spineless whelp who can't stand up for yourself.

Nico: Why are you so cruel?

Ace: Go ahead and cry. Let everyone swoop in and help you.

Nico: You're ... You're the worst.

Ace: Yeah? And?

Ace refers to himself as a "mean bully" and accepts the label as "the worst" from nico fully, showing how he plans on only "looking out for himself". Ace is aware what he is doing is wrong, which is interesting from the bully archetype.

And as others have mentioned before, his line of calling nico a "pathetic weakling" feels less just directed at nico, but more himself. Ace, in his perspective, finds it unfair that Nico has aroused others' pity while ace only manages to drive them away (here's a thought: don't start a fight first chance u get lol). he believes that nico and him are both equals in terms of "patheticness" but nico, in ch 1, is sought after by xander and teruko (something ace interjects into). In some vain way to gain an edge over what ace views as his worst qualities, ace antagonizes nico, but it only leads to more people supporting nico (obviously lol). we'll see often ace referring to nico as a coward, 100% projecting.

but after david, hu, and nico run out the cafeteria, i think ace's interaction with rose is particularly interesting and definitely worth looking into.

Rose: Ace, you definitely went too far.

Ace: Haah? You wanna go --

Rose: You're doing it again. How do you have so much energy to fight all the time?

Ace: Tch - Look, I just ... I struggle to control myself sometimes when I get angry. Or something.

Levi: Still, that in no way warrants what you said to Nico -

Ace: Oh, like you're one to talk. Why am I sticking around this dump? I'm leaving.

I have to wonder what Rose said that caught Ace off-guard. this is speculation, but initially ace seemed fired up to fight. But when Rose instead poses a question rather than a statement of ace's character, it's what manages to cool him down enough to admit his own anger issues. In a way, Rose may have been a lingering question Ace often thinks himself, and for Rose to verbalize it manages to cool Ace down. But when Levi makes a statement about ace, that and what ace views as levi's hypocrisy is enough to put ace back on the offensive (or defensive... idk he's just angry all over again)

now onto nico's attempted murder (also have to say this, but omg i love ace's va, Seth Raffield. especially during ch 6. bro put his everything to sound actually in pain its incredible work all throughout!)

while most of ace's reaction is in line of what you'll expect ace - hell anyone really if they were nearly murdered - to say (ie swear profusely and scream).

however, for once, ace is offered help from levi and eden (idk about teruko lol but ig she gives advice in telling ace to give up on finding nico.

Ace: Don't bother. I'd rather bleed all over my room than accept any sort of help from you.

Levi: Don't say that. Your injury is serious. If you don't get medical treatment right now, you're going to make your situation worse -

Ace: Then I'll let it get worse! I'd rather die alone than accept your help! It's inevitable anyway, so why should I take your pity on top of everything else I have to suffer through?! Don't talk to me ever again!

Levi: ...

Eden: Don't say that ...

Ace: You know ... Heh. I've always wondered which is worse, dying young or living a long shitty life of suffering. But it turns out neither of those options are as bad as this.

Teruko: What's 'this'?

Ace: Don't ask stupid crap. And also? Go eat shit. [Ace proceeds to pass out]

This always confuses me. LIKE WHAT IS 'THIS' REFERRING TO? The killing game? Being murdered? Nico getting away with murder??? WHAT AHHH?

It's so puzzling I cannot for the life of me figure out what ace is alluding to by what is so bad from dying at nico's hand. Whatever it is is clearly important since teruko points out ace's vague phrasing BUT I CAN'T FIGURE IT OUT!! ( T^T )

Though from what i do know, ace clearly still holds a deep resentment for levi, rather wanting to die than get his help. And that's a huge jump from ace of ch1 who was terrified of death, and perhaps he still is. but we did see early in ch2 after the motive reveal this self-destructive attitude he has adopted since the min's execution.

He fully accepts his death, calling it inevitable, which may be even more true for ace's case with the understanding of his ed. with his body "falling apart" and eds being known to get in the way of a body being able to properly recover, ace's paranoia of death becomes something not just delusion but a constant reality for him. Death is always present in his mind, with it seeming he has spent a long time questioning whether dying young or old is better or worse.

I don't have much to say as of newer material since it's pretty expected of ace's reaction. tho its really jarring how people are fully unwilling to accept the possibility nico attempted to kill ace WHEN HE WAS CLEARLY INJURED. it's wild. i can't say i agree with him fully going after nico during the investigation, but i cant say i think ace is in the wrong since LITERALLY NOBODY IS WILLING TO BELIEVE ACE, not even eden nor teruko choose to back him up on what they saw.

so uh tl;dr (don't blame u)

soo ...yeah ace cool character maybe? idk if anything i really said was anything ground breaking i just had to compile them all together in this big ol' post. ace is a character who idk resonates with me in all of his frustration. a lot of what he says feels like a very human feeling of knowing his wrongs but feeling powerless to make a change, creating a cycle of bitter frustration. it's what really makes ace stand out, as while at first he appears to be a one off hot headed joke, ch 2 takes the breadcrumbs laid out in ch 1 and truly expands on the implications it means. He's the bully trope, but instead of bullying out of confidence, he bullies from insecurity. And not just that, he is very aware of it and hates himself for how he acts. A bully who wants to do better but can't control himself is just intriguing and i cant wait to see more ace development

yayayyyayyyayyy thank you!!!

okie so swanfeathers is an original fic of mine. it’s a bodyguard crush trope story. the main romance is between mirae (bae yoonji) and hyeonsu (woo do hwan), but there’s a whole cast of side characters too that i’m still working on casting and naming everybody send me your fav korean fcs please. i’ve started about 3 different scene fics already.

this thing is gonna be a whole ramble mess tbh. lets gooo

so ahn mirae is 25 and she’s an ex-idol. she was in a duo band called ‘lovish’ with her older fraternal twin, narae (bae yoon young). their stage names were ‘miso’ and ‘nabi’. they debuted a few months after their 18th birthday and were super popular for a handful of years. mirae was the lead dancer and narae was the lead singer, but they were both good at either role; narae was a professionally trained dancer where mirae had natural talent, and narae was more confident to take on more singing lines but mirae had ‘her songs’. when the twins were 23, they were on holiday with their parents and mirae ended up in an accident, landing her with a number of scars, in particular a pretty significant one on the left side of her face. a month after they returned home, lovish released their last song, ‘swansong’, and then went silent on social media for another couple months. mirae then released a video exposing her label for pushing her to get plastic surgery to minimise her facial scarring even after she’d firmly declined, and that another group under the same label - that goes unnamed for the appearance of ‘privacy’ - had been talking shit about lovish, starting before her accident and then even worse after. fans weren’t overly surprised to hear this from mirae since she’d been consistently earnest about her experiences as an idol and had a habit of pushing back against authority; fans had initially recognised this when the twins were 20, and they’d nicknamed that specific lovish era the ‘disillusionment era’ since there were multiple instances of mirae pushing back against her label, for example: refusing to wear specific performance outfits that they were trying to force on her, bts videos of her removing make-up that she didn’t like and refusing to go on extreme diets, etc. some fans respected her for standing up for herself, others thought she had ‘bad behaviour’ and she ‘should’ve known better before getting into the industry’.

since leaving the idol life, narae moved onto modelling, and mirae kind of. plateaued. she joined her sister in some modelling shoots, appeared in some music videos if she liked the songs, took some classes about art history, but mostly didn’t attach herself to anything fully. she found she had more time for archery, a hobby she’d had since high school and that she’d always been an ace at, often complimented for being at a near ‘olympic level’ after years of training.

what went mostly unknown about while mirae was an idol was that she had a stalker. he showed up at nearly every show, every public appearance, at the airport when they were travelling; he once wore a pair of hidden camera glasses to a fan sign that mirae didn’t notice but narae did. the twins had three main social media accounts: their own separate ones and one for lovish itself. the stalker followed mirae’s and would only interact with her content on the lovish account. eventually he started messaging her, he’d send her videos and pictures he’d taken of her. this continued even after lovish was disbanded. when mirae blocked him on everything, he took it further and delivered a package to the twins’ apartment - not through the mail, literally to their door. they contacted the police, but they were pretty unhelpful; she wasn’t ‘actually harmed’, she didn’t know who the stalker was or his real name, ‘what did she expect since she was an idol?’. it happens twice more over almost a year, envelopes full of candid pictures of mirae. then it comes to a head when the stalker attempts to kidnap mirae. narae shows up just in time and beats the guy away, but he manages to escape before the police show up.

the twins’ dad takes the matter into his own hands, finally making the sisters move into a new apartment and hiring a bodyguard for mirae.

enter kang hyeonsu.

hyeonsu is 31 … and has no real idea who ahn mirae or ‘miso’ is, nor what ‘lovish’ is beyond hearing about it in passing from news stories and from his friends who were fans. he claims it’s not his kind of music, and even so, he couldn’t tell you the members of his favourite bands with any kind of certainty. he goes in for bodyguard interview because he’s looking for a new job, and eventually gets hired after a rigorous interviewing process.

mirae does not want a bodyguard. she wasn’t even involved in the interviews because she was hoping her father would just give up. he doesn’t. so she’s stuck with hyeonsu.

when mirae manages to convince her father to let her have ‘one more day of freedom’, hyeonsu goes home and gives in to his roommate’s - and high school friend’s - nagging to tell him who the ‘new client’ was. immediately after being told, his roommate and roommate’s sister go all in, excitedly talking about lovish and groaning because hyeonsu is ‘so out of the loop’. hyeonsu eventually cuts them off, not wanting to pry into mirae’s life. he even considers looking into whatever incident incited the need for a bodyguard to be ‘invasive’.

when hyeonsu accompanies mirae to the gym for her archery training, she mentions her coach also being one of the gym’s boxing coaches and that she wants to ‘see hyeonsu’s skills for herself’. he eventually agrees. seeing him spar is the first crack in mirae’s walls.

she’d thought he was attractive when they’d first met and joked about it to try and break the ice, but now it was becoming a bit of a problem. she keeps it to herself, but eventually confesses to her sister when her crush becomes too much. narae is conflicted about it, wanting to support her sister but also recognising the inappropriateness of it.

the two slowly get closer. he’s impressed by her archery skills; she calls him when she has an anxiety attack while alone at her apartment; she likes being around someone who sees her as more than just ‘miso the idol’; he protects her from overwhelming fans and a shitty ‘friend of a friend’ who attempts to get handsy with her; they talk about their families and childhoods and their own interests. they get attached to each other.

hyeonsu tries to stay professional, to push his feelings down because she’s much younger than him and he was hired by her father, but can feel his resolve slipping with every day he spends with her. mirae kind of gives in to her feelings, but despite how forthright she usually is, can’t find a way to confess. they keep having ‘moments’, toeing the line, but neither are confident enough to make the first move and actually cross that line.

i just have. so many ideas for them.

and they’re both so pretty~~

I was thinking about this last night after I rewatched Recovery (cause I like pain I guess. That movie makes me sob so much. It's such a good movie but my god is it emotional) and you know what? David Tennant is the best at crying/emotional scenes. In my opinion no one compares to him. His acting is so visceral, so real, so heart wrenching it never fails to make me sob. He goes all in every single time.

I mean look at these examples from Doctor Who, Einstein and Eddington, There She Goes, Single Father, and Recovery. No one does sobbing like this man.

I mean his pain noises are also out of this world good but his sobbing/crying is unparalleled. I could watch this for days.

(this is gonna be a short "about" post xP)

hi ! im ninikins !! (she\her) and this is my personal blog, where you'll find fandom stuff, memes, my rambles, and idk what else ! i dont even know !

im an artist !! my art blog is @w4fflerapt0r (and formerly @chocolate-cake-and-waffles). i also post my art on instagram as _ninikins_

I use she/her pronouns, I'm cis (female), bi and ace

I am an artist and sort of writer (?), mainly drawing and writing about OCs. I got a whole entire branched out world that'd take me at least an hour to explain without details LOL

My interests mainly consist of Madoka Magica, Honkai: Star rail, Cookie Run Kingdom, Super Bomb Survival, and art in general. I am not too sure if Genshin and Honkai Impact 3rd count, as I've stopped playing them due to storage issues. Also cannot wait for Stars Align on Roblox to come out omg

Fav music artists are the Arctic Monkeys and Fish in a Birdcage. I might get into Lemon Demon idk

As I mentioned before, this blog is mainly about art of my own characters, and maybe some ramblings along the way so tune in for the shitshow everybody!!

Now I asked about the MLK library because I went “huh?” when I was sent to go there as I didn’t know it existed. There also a aero and space museum.

I also learn that division 2 executed the landscape of dc so well that a lot of people who visited, lived, or been there can walk around in game without every look at a map. Now keep in mind this was created to cash in on the looter shooter trend but still impressive

This exhibit make think of the collabs ac red can do with Japanese museums. Of course Ubi already went to the museums (actually I wonder how it feel like how to Japan. Doing exhibits and talk to historians and you need to make sure you don’t break the ndas?)

Now I vaugely knew, but learning about who Naeo historically dad is and the importance of Iga province is to ninja culture and boom they have ninja museum

In red I can totally seeing it (unless the Templars blow it up) the iga Provence being the main hub for the Japanese assassins. And I would have turn into the ultimate parkour experience like you can seeing assassins running atop rooftops, being trained, you can use secret tunnels and passageways

I would also make Ai programs of npc kids who are ninja trainees that you are see being taught or even use the pathways as you do

Oh sorry, now I’m thinking about a sidequest in the ninja village where a trainee (poorly) took something and you track him down and figure out what place he trying to escape out of. Only for you see him as he get out or put something a top of the exit until he admit he does it

He get reprimand, but it to make sure he don’t make the same mistakes when he become a full fledge ninja

Also my kids npcs training thing is meant to show that most ninjas were born and raised into ninja clans hence why it so difficult to learn about the ninjas as it was often family secrets or methods

Ya, never played the games or any of that and I know just enough to stay out of it and watch the fireworks.

They did a good job with the modeling on the DC stuff.

Air and Space Museum is my fav part of the Smithsonian (shocking I know) managed to make it there a few times and just nerded out each time. Went to a private school through 8th grade and the 8th grade class does a trip to the eastern US namely the stuff in the DC area, Williamsburg, Gettysburg, and DC all that good stuff. I managed to wind up having people not from my school following the little group I was in there because I couldn't shut up about absolutely everything I saw and what it was.

Haven't been to the Castle, American Art, Anacosta, and the African Art one. US mint does tours we did that and we went to Arlington National Cemetery see the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and Kennedy's grave, I managed permission to wander off with a friend so I could go visit my dad's parents who don't live there's graves.

Interesting. I always figured the ninja you actually learn about were the ones that weren't good at ninjaing, best spy in the world is one that the only the person that gives them their assignments knows exists.

Japanese art was never too focused on being photo realistic anyhow so even a good one isn't likely to look like the dude.
