In your lore, are heaven and hell the main dwellings of angels, demons, and the souls of dead humans or do you utilize locations from your own imagination? Also, what are the respective locations for angels and demons both like?

Wellll- this might get a bit complicated with how I have the universe set up.

Heaven and Hell exist essentially in the same "dimension" where immortal souls reside once their physical bodies have died. The heaven section is in the middle/highest plane and is most ethereal n surreal. It has a weird Hazy dream quality like that of an ISpy book

Hell on the other hand is on the outskirts of the dimension, much closer to the mortal realm and takes on a lot more of its characteristics. It's annoyingly humid, all the walls are crafted with flesh and things are constantly squirming around unpleasantly. But also a lot of shiny steel plain buildings that sell over priced coffee.

(Just imagine like a Starbucks in the middle of these images with a really long queue outside)

Then there's the middle zone, or purgatory as many might call it where lost souls either make their way to heaven or hell. It's a weird open space, constantly shifting around gradually formed by large slabs of light grey concrete with ever slowly changing rooms.
