☆ Akito shinonome -

• ena and an kept on teasing him about how he had a crush on you

• lol he did but he was in denial

• also spent like a full 3 mins alone in his room thinking about a cool way he could say it without embarrassing himself

• an suggests at a nice cafe, and akito thinks its too much

• ena insisted on helping akito, and suggested to meet you after school or saying it over text

• decided on texting you after school before you left to meet him in front of the school

• ena was TOTALLY not behind a tree or something like that

• he was nervous but he wanted to look cool for you so he tried keeping eye contact

• mission failed, he looked obviously nervous that it was funny

• "i like you, y/n. i'd rather not make an excuse to hide my feelings anymore, it's getting annoying" was probably something akito said ngl

the bell had just rung, and you grabbed your school bag and put it on. sighing with exhaustion, you grab your phone and see that you had just gotten a text from Akito, a friend of yours. he's a cool guy, and he's pretty, you had to admit. which embarrassingly, you had to admit, you started developing a crush on him. clicking the chat, you saw that he wanted to meet you in front of the school. curious, you agreed and said that you'd be there in a couple minutes. jogging down the stairs, you managed to make it right when he did! with a confused face, you ask, "oh, hey akito. what did you need to talk about?" he blushes while coughing and begins to put his hands in his pocket. you couldve sworn you saw someone give him a thumbs up from behind a tree, but maybe it was just your imagination. with a serious face, he says, "i like you, y/n." you feel as if everything around you has froze, and its just you both in the world. blushing, you look at him in the eyes, his cheeks a fuming red color.

what if he was pranking you? you didnt wanna embarrass yourself. you both stay silent until akito coughs awkwardly, and apologizes. "i don't really care if you don't feel the same way.. i just had to get these.. uh, feelings off my chest! so sorry," so, he was actually telling the genuine truth? with a smile, you laugh a little, causing him to deadpan. "i like you aswell, akito!" you say while putting your hands in your pocket. he looks suprised, honestly, he didn't expect you to feel the same way. with a short smile, he chuckles, "i'm glad. well then, would you like to go out sometime?"

♡ Toya Aoyagi -

• he probably didnt even realize he liked you at first until his other fellow group members pointed it out

• thats when he started thinking if he liked you or not

• yep he ended up liking you in the end

• wasnt unsure if you liked him back, and he didnt wanna risk ruining your guys' friendship

• that was until he overheard you and an talking about how you liked him

• thats when he started getting more confident in his feelings

• he felt pretty confident in confessing, but he was pretty inexperienced

• sort of nervous ig?? like 3/10 nervousness? he was only nervous bc he didnt wanna ruin his confession

• an knew that both of you guys had a crush on eachother, and insisted on being a wingwomann

• an suggested inviting you to the park or something casual

• he ended up asking you if you wanted to hangout at an arcade

it was a boring saturday for you. no plans at all, that was, until toya asked if you wanted to hangout at an arcade. answering the text almost immidientally, you replied with a yes. excitedly, you got ready, putting on some nice outfit that you found in your closet. you thought that maybe, just maybe, today would be the day that you'd tell him that you liked him. but, what if he didn't like you back? numerous thoughts roamed your mind. before you knew it, you were already out the door and walking to the arcade that was nearby. hearing a distant, "hey!", you look and see that its toya. with a smile, you wave and run over to him.

he patted your head as you both entered the arcade, ready to play as much games as you both could. but, toya being the toya he is, he planned this whole thing from top to bottom. stating that he'd first play a couple of games with you, and stop to take a break, then play more games, buy you the most expensive prize, and give it to you before you leave while confessing. with proud smiles, you both went around the arcade, playing games that you both thought was fun, practically draining each game from their tickets! after an hour or so has passed, he suggested on taking a break, on which you agreed to. he looked at the prize booth and realized that he had enough tickets to buy a certain prize he thought you'd like. excusing himself from you, he secretly bought the pair of headphones, that were your favorite color. after he bought it, he hid it in his bag and came back to you. both of you excited, you both continued playing more games until you both had to go. right as you were out the door, he followed after you, patting your shoulder. you turned around, and asked what the matter was, until he brought something out of his bag.

with a blushing face, you thanked him endlessly and hugged him. he patted your back and smiled. suddenly, he said, "i like you a lot, y/n. would you like to my s/o?" with a shy, yet certain smile. you were shocked, but nodded eagerly. maybe this weekend wasn't gonna be so bad after all.

☆ Tsukasa Tenma -

• he knew for a fact that he liked you when he got to know you better

• nene kept on telling tsukasa that he liked you, in which he just stayed silent in response

• he was very excited whenever you both were alone together, and was usually hyper

• honestly saki caught on when he kept on talking about you

• even saki teased him about how much he talks abour you, in which he denies

• he wanted the confession to be unforgettable, yet special to both you and him

• he was kinda nervous, but acted like he knew what he was doing

• he had NO idea what he was doing but (somehow) managed to pull it off??? like???? ????? what

• he probably took you to pheonix wonderland and casually, yet proudly, told him that he liked you

• was probably cocky about it too /hj

it was a sunny day, and you sat on one od the chairs watching wonderlandsxshowtime preform. you were friends with one of the actors, tsukasa, and you had a crush on him the first time you saw him. secretly, he did aswell. families sat in the audience waiting for the curtains to open, and that happened. the curtains opened, revealing the four actors. but, your eyes were glued onto the sunset-haired boy before you.

with a smile, you watched the play. the play was about a boy who fell in love with a friend, but the boy was unsure if his friend liked him aswell. the plot, was relatable to the situation you were in, so you watched, with a fascinated expression planted on your face. you thought, that maybe this play would give you advice on how you could someday, confess your growing feelings to tsukasa. but before you knew it, the play was already over. the audience, was clapping as the chairs slowly emptied out once again, leaving you alone. you got up and ran over to the back of the stage and congratulated the group about their performances. the group members all started leaving, but tsukasa stayed with you. the sun was setting, and you never realized how pretty he looked under the setting sun, the sun shining on his golden hair, lighting him. it felt perfect, both of you alone. he stated that you were his own special 'lucky charm'

as you both were lost in thought, he laughed a little. you smiled and realized that it was getting late. as he started walking away, he stopped and turned back to look at you. you were pretty confused, really. that was, until he said, "oh yeah, thank you for coming here, y/n. i like you a lot!"

♡ Kamishiro Rui -

• bros just head over hills for you atp, no joke

• you both met when you guys were kids, and he was happy that you havent left him, even now that you guys are older.

• both of your parents teased you both about how you reminded them of an old married couple

• he probably acts like he doesnt like you so he doesnt seem weird

• he OBVIOUSLY likes you 😭

• he isnt that nervous about confessing, he just doesnt want it to turn out badly

• he's pretty observant, so he would probably find out that you both share the same feelings

• he defo ended up making the first move lol

• he probably teased you SOO much during his confession too

• summary: he's a tease

it was late at night, and you couldn't fall asleep. luckily for you, it wasn't a school night. you were pretty bored, and you wanted someone to talk to. knowing rui, he'd probably be up at this time doing something with his robots that he has.. so, you get our your phone and dial in his number, waiting for him to answer. speaking of the devil, he just did. "y/n? you're still awake at this time? what's the matter?" he asks with a worried tone. "no, it's nothing! i just can't fall asleep, that's all." you say in a slight whisper. he quietly hums in response. "well then, we could talk the night away if thats what you want! i could even turn on my camera if you want, hehe" he insists with a sly voice. you agree as both of you guys turn on youe camera.

the bright light illuminating in your dark room, showed his messy room, filled with endless inventions he could come up with. the night wasn't as boring now, and you both talked about any subject that came up to both of your minds. like how your days went, favorite stuff, and stuff you hate. even simple what-if questions. that was, until he suddenly asked, "hey y/n, what if i liked you? then what?" you blush a little, and think. then what? you did like him, so you wouldn't really mind. you hesitantly respond with, "i don't really know. i wouldn't mind though" he looks a little suprised and chuckles.

"well then, i like you, y/n. care to go out with me?"

♡ HIS PROPOSAL - Rui Kamishiro, Akito Shinonome, Toya Aoyagi and Tsukasa Tenma x Reader

Rui:

You KNOW that Rui's proposal is one of the most dramatic and risky ones that he could possibly create-

It was after a WxS show, and you were going to greet him afterwards

However, you were stopped by Nene, who looked both exasperated and happy at the same time. She pushed you to the front of the stage, and when you asked what was happening, she just gave you a look and left

All of a sudden, there were fireworks, and multiple drones flew out, holding a banner. The words "Will you marry me?" were written across, and in the middle of the stage stood Rui

He grinned at you, stepping off of the stage and falling to a knee, showing the ring

"Dearest, you've always made me the happiest man in the world, but could you make me the happiest man in the galaxy by marrying me?"

After you say yes, he'll scoop you up in his arms, spinning you around before placing the ring on your finger. The rest of WxS are in the background cheering you both on <3

Akito:

Akito's proposal is incredibly impulsive, but that's. Pretty much expected from him-

It was a practice and show-free day, so the two of you were just hanging out at his house, listening to music

He kept glancing at you, obviously looking nervous, but he wasn't saying anything. He just kept staring at you before looking away

When you finally ask him what's going on, he mumbles a bunch to himself. Before you know what's happening, he leans towards you, kissing you on the lips before falling to one knee

"Okay, so, I know this is sudden but-" He pulls the ring from his pocket, almost dropping it out of sheer anxiety before offering it to you, his face warm.

"I just...I love you so much. Can you...Will you stay by my side for the rest of our days?"

Once you say yes, he looks relieved, almost like he was expecting you to say no- He would stand up and pull you into a hug, kissing your forehead <3

Toya:

Toya's proposal is simple and sweet, which is also expected from him-

He was winding down from a VBS practice at the WEEKEND GARAGE, and you were just sitting with him

You were both drinking/eating your respective drinks/snacks, before he glanced at you, putting his coffee down

He looked like he was thinking something over, but before you could even ask, he was standing, holding one of your hands as the other went to his pocket.

The only reason he paused was because there were still a couple of people there, but he didn't mind too much as he dropped to one knee, looking up at you

"Ever since you've entered my life, I've felt nothing but content." He started, a soft smile on his face. He kissed the top of your hand before continuing, pulling out the ring at the same time.

"I promise that for as long as we're together, I will strive to keep you happy. So, will you marry me?"

You say yes, and his smile grows wider as he stands up, slipping the ring onto your finger before kissing your cheek. You can hear An cheering in the background-

Tsukasa:

Tsukasa's proposal is, as expected, incredibly dramatic. The only difference between him and Rui is that the whole thing is dramatic because of him and him alone-

He'll invite you over to his house, where he makes sure that nobody else is there. This is a one man show for this future star after all!

When you arrive, he opens the door for you. He's dressed up in a white suit, and will hold his hand out to you with a grin. He leads you to the couch and sits you down before lighting some candles

He'll jump onto a table, throwing his arms out with that usual dramatic flair of his. You could see the bouquets of flowers around the table now

"My dearest and most favorite co-star!" He jumps off of the table, sliding to his knees in front of you. He poses a bit before dramatically revealing the ring

"Will you grant this future star the absolute privilege of keeping you by his side for forever? I know that every single show we star in together shall be glorious!"

When you say yes, he'll beam at you, kissing all over your face. He definitely runs outside holding your hand, loudly proclaiming your engagement to anyone passing by <3

Summary: After the day Akito has had, all he wants is some playful affection from his boyfriend. Luckily, Toya is more than happy to both give and receive.

Yet another draft I dusted off and finished (read: finished, not polished/fixed/edited) for a birthday. Happy birthday Akito. Enjoy. You all can have some AkiToya as a treat.

Akito stormed into the living room, tossed his bag on the ground, kicked off his shoes, and flopped onto the couch with a loud sigh.

"Hey." Toya greeted softly from his spot on the other end of the couch. He placed a bookmark to save where he was reading and set the book on the coffee table, giving his boyfriend his completely undivided attention. Toya knew he could be oblivious when it came to social situations but he prided himself in his astute ability to tell when Akito was upset. "Rough day?"

Akito sighed again. "You wouldn't fucking believe it." He, with little grace, clambered across the couch to sit against Toya’s side, earning a slight, closed lip smile of both endearment and sympathy from the other.

Toya was never certain how to comfort his partner in times like this but was glad to know Akito felt comfortable enough to initiate even a small action like that. Following his lead, Toya hesitantly guided his boyfriend's head onto his shoulder and ran a hand through his soft orange hair in a gentle, repetitive motion. "You want to talk about it?"

Akito leaned into the touch and shut his eyes with a contented hum. "It's just dumbasses at work. Not much to talk about."

"Ah, okay. If you're sure." Toya was concerned and couldn't help but feel a bit helpless. He couldn't stand to see the man he loved so stressed out. "Anything I can do?"

After a beat, Akito went slightly pink, burying his face into Toya's neck. Something clearly came to mind at the question and he seemed hesitant to share it. "No. No, just this is fine." He mumbled. He sounded as if he were trying to convince not only Toya, but also himself. It's a given that he utterly failed at both.

Toya frowned. He knew when it came to affection, Akito had trouble asking for comfort. Still though, he couldn't help but hate it when his boyfriend was dishonest with him, especially about this. He only wanted to help however he could. "Hey." He turned his head to look at the man on his shoulder and squeezed his hand. "Kito? You know you can tell me anything? You don't need to be so embarrassed. It's just me."

The redhead flushed at how he was addressed. Toya wasn't typically one for nicknames, only resorting to them in moments of vulnerability. That genius idiot probably didn't even notice how the pet name made him want to spill his guts. He was far too weak to him. He took a deep breath, Toya would back off if he asked but that felt wrong. He wanted to be open. Unfortunately, open is hard to achieve when the subject is so... embarrassing. He opened his mouth, and closed it. "Yeah, I know. It's just that- well... Ugh."

"Take your time. It's okay."

"I just... could you.. help me take my mind off it? With that dumb thing where we both... you know.... with the laughing?" Akito, the color of a tomato at this point, turned his face deeper into his partner to hide it.

Toya looked confused only for a moment before smiling fondly. "Oh. You mean you want to have a tickle fight?"

The way he said it so casually rendered Akito speechless. He could only nod shyly.

"Of course," Toya placed a gentle kiss on Akito's temple. "See? Nothing to be embarrassed about. I'm going to tickle you now. You can get me back if you'd like. Is that okay?"

Akito, again, only gave a nod.

Toya, not wanting to overwhelm him, wrapped an arm around the ginger and started to slowly trail his fingers over his sides. He was rewarded with little happy snickers slowly trickling into the room.

Akito felt a sudden burst of confidence overtake him through his laughter, energy flooding his chest like wildfire. His giggles seemed to melt away the tired frustration plaguing his heart and its place, an intense desire to get back at his boyfriend. He couldn't just sit here and take it. He wasn't going to let himself lose. He was going to turn that smug, stupid, beautiful smile into a panicked grin and make him scream in laughter. He did have permission after all.

With no effort at all, Akito easily jerked himself from his boyfriend's clutches, flipped him onto his back, straddled his hips and began to claw wildly on his sides.

"HAHAHA! AKIHITO!" Toya protested, immediately going limp at the surprise attack. "I- NAHAHAT- FAHAHAH!" He could barely even speak through his own wild peals of laughter.

"Not what? Not fair?" Akito grinned with a sense of satisfaction. "Hate to break it to you, hon, but life isn't fair." He leaned down close to Toya's neck, his breath making the pale skin tingle.

Time moved in slow motion for Toya as he felt his nerves light up in the brightest little firework explosions. If Akito managed to get his sides and neck at the same time, they both knew he was absolutely done for. He initially was unsure of how Akito was going to react to the tickles and, consequently, wanted to take it gently, at least to start. However, it seemed like his boyfriend had other plans, in a cruel betrayal leading him to his current predicament. He didn't have much time. All he knew was that he had to think of a way to get his boyfriend off of him and fast. He used the last of his strength to force himself forward enough to make a desperate grab at Akito's calves, dragging his short, blunt nails across them, just controlled enough not to scratch.

The effect was immediate. Akito jerked back in surprise with a squeal, halting his attack on the soft sides in front of him just long enough for Toya to squirm out from under him, red faced and panting, and scramble a few feet away. He looked Akito in the eyes from their positions across from each other, eyes shining with pure mirth and adoration. "For someone who plahays so dirty, you're a bit ticklish yourself." He giggled out.

"Oh you are so gonna get it now!" Akito yelled with a playful grin as he made a dive for Toya. "Come back her-HEHHE!"

He was cut off by ten fingers wiggling quickly into his tummy with the precision of a well practiced musician, targeting the carefully studied spots Toya knew would get him flailing and squealing like there's no tomorrow. Still tickling, Toya carefully pushed Akito onto his back, laying his own body on top of him. He was so weak from his still ongoing laughter and thrashing, Akito had no choice but to let him.

Before he even had the chance to fight back, Toya readjusted himself and burrowed his head under his shirt, punctuating the movement with a large raspberry directly onto the unprotected belly. If Akito was going to go for his worst, he didn't see why he couldn't do the same in return.

“NOHOHOT THEHRE! SHIHIT TOYA!” His pleas fell on deaf ears as he felt Toya take in another breath of air to torment him with. “NAHAHAT AGAHAIHN! PLEHEHASE!”

The next raspberry from hell was accompanied by Toya shaking his head back and forth like a wet dog trying to dry itself off. Akito had no time to dwell on the absurd juxtaposition that was his loving boyfriend acting even remotely similar to such a filthy creature; The soft blue locks of hair now adding to the sensation on his most ticklish spot served as quite the distraction. Akito threw his head back in shrieks of laughter and kicked with every scrap of remaining movement in his legs. He begged and shouted profanities that lost more and more clarity by the second. Damn Toya and his damn breath support.

By the time Toya finished his raspberry, his partner had long since been reduced to no more than a babbling mess of insults and giggles. He panted desperately, thanking whatever was out there that had granted him freedom from his merciless boyfriend. The boyfriend so horrid and unjust that his gaze upon emerging from under his shirt was nothing but… soft. Toya looked at the other with nothing but love and maybe a hint of concern in his gray irises. He sat back on Akito’s legs, giving him room to sit up and breathe against the arm of the couch.

“My apologies Akito. I didn’t mean for that to be so.. Intense. I hope I didn’t go too far.” He seemed shy. Embarrassed. He avoided direct eye contact. Good thing there was an easy fix for that.

“Oh-” Akito gasped, still exhausted and taking in all the fresh air he could. “That was too far alright-”

Toya’s face hardened with guilt.

“-because you are so dead now. I hope that little stunt was worth it.” He smirked.

Guilt turned to confusion. Confusion turned to realization. Realization turned to panic. Panic turned to whatever happens when embarrassment, dread, and unadulterated love for another mixed together in one large cocktail of red faced emotion.

Akito,still laying down, pulled him close into what those unacquainted to Akito-typical ticklish revenge may have mistaken for just an innocent hug. Toya, however, knew better. That particular strain of naivete thinking had been ruined a long, long time ago. He giggled nervously, knowing full well what was about to come.

“Any last words?” Akito teased directly into his ear, “Wanna apologize yet?”

The defiant proclamation in return was said through a growing fit of anticipatory giggles. “I refuse to apologize for anything that makes you smile.”

“Oi. Shut up, you.” Those were the last coherent words Toya would process for a while as his partner’s hands retreated from their gentle grasp on his waist to drilling deep into his hips. Though it was impossible to say Toya was wrong. This did make Akito happy. He loved the laughing and how distracting everything was and how he could make his stoic boyfriend squeal like a little kid.

Toya thrashed and laughed his hardest at the tickling but none of it even came close to the warmth he felt looking at Akito’s mouth curled into a smile. Smug and determined of course, but happy nonetheless.

Bad moods and worse days were always going to be inevitable, but with just as much certainty to the young couple, there was always the other waiting at home to make it all go away.

We're going to collectively pretend that 9 months after a prompt list is an acceptable time frame to continue to work on said prompt list. Okay? Okay.

The boys were currently hanging out in Akito's room. Both of them just chilling on the bed. Toya was mindlessly scrolling through his phone while Akito stared at the ceiling bored out of his mind. He was craving attention from his partner and he wanted it now!

"Oi Toya, I'm bored" Said the redhead as he sat down next to his partner.

"Mm...then go do something you like" Toya replied nonchalantly as he watched funny cat videos on his phone. Akito groaned at him, his partner could be a bit difficult when he craved attention.

"But I wanna do something with you".

"I'm...busy" Said Toya, lying through his teeth. I mean who can blame him, watching cat videos is definitely serious business, but I guess Akito can't comprehend that/j. Said redhead rolled his eyes at him. Toya wanted to be stubborn? Fine then, so will Akito. He loomed over his partner and swiftly lifted his shirt, proceeding to blow a very big raspberry on Toya's bare tummy.

"HYAH-! HAHAHAHAHA!" Toya's phone practically flew across the room as he flailed his arms out at the sudden tickly feeling.

"So...still too busy?" Akito laughed when Toya smacked him with one of the nearby pillows. He almost let out a snort when he saw Toya's cute pout adorning his lips. "Aww come one, it was just a small raspberry" Akito tried to play coy, but Toya was having none of that.

"Is that so? Then I'm sure you would like one" Toya swiftly tackled Akito across the bed, a very unmanly shriek echoing in the room. He then pinned Akito's arms down his sides and lifted up his shirt.

"Wait! Wait! Toya nohOHOHO!" Nothing could've prepared Akito for that deadly raspberry right on his bare tummy. The scream that escaped him sounded like he was being murdered, but with tickles! Toya then continued to squeeze at his bare sides repeatedly. Poor Akito bucked around like a wild animal, he was too ticklish for this.

"AHAHAHAHA! TOHOHOYA PLEHEHEASE!" he then emitted the cutest squeal when Toya softly tickled his bellybutton. The redhead squirmed with all his might and managed to get one of his arms free, using it to quickly tickle behind Toya's knee.

"EhEEP! Ahakito nahahahaha!!" Toya fell on his side, quickly overtaken by his ticklishness. He clutched his arms around his tummy as desperate giggles escaped his lips. Akito wasted no time grabbing one of his partner's feet and playfully scribbled all over the socked sole.

"This is what you get for torturing me!" Toya squealed and kicked his other foot around when he felt Akito's evil fingers digging under his toes.

"IHIT'S NAHAT TORTURE IF YOU LIHIKE IT!" Toya did his best to reply through his hysterics. Akito instantly blushed at the mean yet true statement.

"That's it! You're so dead!" Yelled out the redhead as he layed on top of his partner and proceeded to jam his fingers into his armpits. Toya's laughter instantly got louder and more desperate as one of his worst spots got targeted.

"AHAKITO NAHAT THEHEHERE!" Toya squirmed as much as he could under the ginger, but Akito was very determined to wreck him.

"That's what you get for being so damn teasy".

"I DIDN'T MEHEAN IT LIKE THAHAHAT! PLEHEHEHEASE!" Akito could see that Toya's eyes were getting watery, he decided to spare him this time and halted his fingers to a stop. The redhead then proceeded to wrap his arms around Toya's neck and layed his head on his chest. As Toya took deep breaths, he wrapped his arms around his partner, enjoying how affectionate he was being.

"Don't be a jerk and give me some soft t-tickles..." Toya couldn't help but smile at how cutely affectionate the ginger was being. He abided to his command and softly stroked his fingertips up and down Akito's sides.

"Mph-! Hehehehehe!" Akito's sweet lil giggles were like music to Toya's ears. He kept on with the soft tickles on his sides, ocassionally poking up his ribs up to his armpits. "Nohoho...! Nahat there Tohohoya!" Akito would let out a squeak at each poke, his arms threatening to come crashing down.

"No? Then what about here?" Toya softly fluttered his fingers against the back of Akito's neck.

"Nahaha! G-go bahack dohohown!" Akito scrunched up his shoulders as Toya playfully rolled his eyes at him.

"Your wish is my command" said Toya jokingly as he went back to softly tracing his partner's sides, occassionally scribbling at his lower back to catch him off guard.

"Y-yoHOu jeheherk!" Toya couldn't help but giggle at that. After a while of keeping up with the soft tickles, Akito was finally satisfied. "Thanks for that..." Akito mumbled as his cheeks burned bright red. He always got so shy when he craved this kind of attention.

"Anytime" Toya softly smiled at him as they both cuddled each other closely, slowly drifting away into a peaceful slumber.

"[name], you'll always be my friend, right? so let's chase our dreams together!" they once said to you when you both were little kids. now being older, you stood by their side ready to chase a dream whilst supporting one another. soon then, a time comes when feelings for eachother start to blossom. even though you both were oblivious towards your own feelings, it didn't take them long to realize what they felt for you

you loved them dearly, and so did they. but you two were too scared to confess for the fact that the other might not like them back and to just mess up your friendship already. you both kept your unspoken feelings to yourself so you both can stay like this forever- staying by eachothers side just the way you like it in hopes that you'd lose your feelings. as it gets harder to hide such feelings, distance starts to grow between you two- slowly pushing you away so you both wouldn't get hurt

in which a day where you were out taking a walk and stumble across a cute-looking stray kitty. as you follow it, you find someone who looks oh-so pretty. you both become friends, and then lovers. and to this day, you're glad to have followed the cat. it's almost as if the cat was leading you straight towards them.

in which it was summertime and you met someone who was as bright as the sun to you. they noticed you too and immidientally grew close to you. you both shared many fun memories together, really! the only problem was that you both had different dreams you wanted to pursue. despite how much they still wanted to stay with you, they figured it'd be easier to just go your own paths because they loved you so much

in which you both loved eachother dearly, and being so, so gentle with you as if you would've cracked any minute. they'd absolutely spoil you when they can, even if they weren't the best with affection. almost as if it was a dream- oh wait.

you then wake up from your peaceful slumber to see them smiling at you. "looks like you had a nice dream. what was it about?" they'd ask. "i don't know if you could call it a dream. i mean, it already came true."

♡ ENEMIES TO LOVERS - Akito Shinonome x Reader

If there's one thing to know about Akito, it's that he's competitive and passionate as all hell.

So, the most likely scenario as to why the two of you are enemies is that you compete with him in something. It doesn't matter what, although music is certainly your best bet, but the two of you butt heads all the time

He tries his absolute best to annoy you, knowing all the little things that ticked you off. It was way too easy, but it was also way too easy for you to piss him off

To put it shortly, the two of you bicker to know end. Akito constantly rants about how annoying you are to Toya, and you rant about how annoying he is to your best friends

Everyone knew you hated each other's guts, but...Was it really hate?

If you were being honest, as much as you felt annoyed by the ginger's mere presence, you couldn't help but shoot glances his way every now and then

And as much as he hated to admit it, he felt the same way. How could someone be so annoying yet so...Beautiful at the same time?

Neither of you knows what to do with the growing emotions, and even your friends notice that the tension between you both had changed. Still, you were too stubborn to change the dynamic, and so was he

Eventually though, something had to snap

The two of you were in one of your usual arguments, when he suddenly cuts himself off, staring at you instead

You stare back, confused yet entranced by his gaze. You both move toward each other without thinking, and he reaches up to touch your face, but hesitates at the last second

"Tell me." "Huh?" He leans closer, studying your face, "Tell me that you hate me right now, that you really hate me, and I'll stop."

You stare back at him, slowly lifting your hand to cup his face. You give him a smile, raising a brow. "And what exactly would I be stopping?"

He doesn't respond, neither of you knows who leans forward first, but your lips meet in a kiss. And everything feels right yet wrong

When you pull away, he looks embarrassed, his face a tint of red. "I...I never really meant it when I said I hated you. I just..." "You just thought I was annoying?"

"Yes!" He sighs in frustration before smiling, "Although, you're more endearing than anything now." You snicker, patting the side of his face, "I could say the same for you, loser." "Hey-"

Needless to say, the two of you start going out, and your friends tease you to no end on it. Akito faces the same treatment from An and Toya, but at least the two of you are now content <3
