I watched Asuka's arcade mode! Here's what I gathered
Asuka R. Kruetz created Asuka #R to be a better version of himself that would actually interact with and understand others, which implies (to me) that:
He thinks himself so incapable of change and beyond any form of redemption to the point where he literally started over from the ground up WITH A CLONE. And
Asuka struggles to understand the emotions of others. He says that himself- He understands logically that people with different ideals will have conflict, but not the human emotions behind it all. That's because he naturally sees things through a very scientific, logical lens. He gets the emotions are there, he just doesn't... get them (He's so very autistic).
3. When Asuka interacts with others, he tries to be as inoffensive and polite as possible, even with his clones. But because of that, he doesn't share his opinions. He shares analysis of data. Which is something that many people dislike. He doesn't get that, by not saying what he thinks, people perceive him as not caring about anything.
What Asuka #R is saying here is that even though he made the fighting clones, every piece of data came from the original Asuka's memories and analysis. It was the original Asuka's perception of the people he met that shaped those clones, whether he understood the uniqueness in others at the time or not. When that data was given to Asuka #R, he was able to see the data in the individual and not the individual in data.
Which, Asuka doesn't really get at the moment, because he doesn't understand the inherit uniqueness of every living being. So when his clone says this:
The journey Asuka R. Kruetz goes on in his Arcade mode is, simply put, understanding that not everything makes sense. And it doesn't need to - it just is.
I think this means that, even if Asuka made a thousand clones, he'd still find flaws in each and every one until the end of time. Even if he could create a perfect version of himself, someone would find that perfect version disagreeable or unlikable and, therefore, imperfect.
Sol would rather fight a problem, and Asuka would rather discuss a plan to solve it. Happy goes into hours of theatrics, and Asuka is straightforward, to the point.
When everything in the world is, by nature, unique and imperfect, things will clash and conflict. And that's not always a bad thing. Sometimes, it's a good chance to learn. Sometimes, it gives us a way to understand one another better.
I think that's exactly what Asuka #R and those clones were trying to show to Asuka.
The universe is chaotic and illogical and unfair, and yet life continues to endure. Everything is unique, and that's amazing. So, as long as time continues, things are going to be crazy, and that's just fine.

Annon-Guy: Regarding Asuka R. Kruetz and Asuka#.
Is Asuka# able to visit Earth in Asuka's sted if he needs to do something for him?
In Arcade Mode, I understand the game's story wants you to be Asuka over Asuka#, but doe the game restrict you to only one color?
Does the theme, The Gravity, pretain more to Asuka himself, Asuka# or both?
How good are you playing as Asuka/Asuka#?
Asuka Sharp appears to be able to do a "fraction" of everything Asuka Kreutz can do, but as far as transportation goes, they can probably go anywhere they want to go.
The only real difference between Asuka Sharp and Asuka Kreutz is the intro and rival quotes, otherwise both have access to all their alternate colors. That means Sharp can be any color you want to pick for Arcade Mode, though the boss version is restricted to a darker color slightly.
The theme for Asuka relates more to Asuka's study of the world's past and history, though it also relates to Asuka's past having "blended in" to that history to the point of almost becoming an obscurity.
That is to say, Asuka was so focused on going along with other peoples' intentions that he neglected to stand up for his own beliefs and has essentially paid the price for doing so.
As for myself... learning Asuka is still an on-going thing, so I don't imagine I'll be as good as other players currently are, but I can't predict the future, so perhaps one day I'll be better at using the character.

GG Orientations
I figured since it’s “Pride Month”, I’d address the issue of Headcanons and what people think about characters in Guilty Gear.
For the record, not much is discussed in the realm of sexual orientation as far as GG characters go, but there are hints here and there as the story has progressed, so let’s address them:
Sol (He loved Aria, and is also quite close to Axl, so Bisexual, despite a hooker once accusing him of being gay once )
Ky (He loves Dizzy, Straight, but supportive of those society fails since she’s a GEAR)
May (She sees Johnny is less of a romantic light than you *MAY* think at first glance, likely bisexual or a lesbian)
Millia (Relationship with Zato was after extensive grooming in her younger years, now has only shown romantic interest during Magnum Wedding, so Lesbian)
Johnny (he loves ALL, so Bisexual)
Axl (He misses Megumi his girlfriend, but gives up the chance to see her again for the man who he’s grown close to to cope with being away from her, so Bisexual)
Zato (Grooms Gay people, likely Straight)
Testament (Gay (See: Johnny))
Kliff (being a hero, he had no time for romance, he chastised Millia for showing her legs though, so he’s pretty old fashioned. Daisuke whispers in my ear that he’s Bisexual, but doesn’t know what that means.)
Dr. Baldhead/Faust (Gay (See: Slayer), otherwise, not very interested with interacting with others in such a way)
Potemkin (he was on a friends-only basis with Dizzy at one point, but otherwise he keeps to himself)
Justice (despite Gears being sometimes considered gender-neutral, Justice was a “Girl Boss”, so Lesbian)
Jam Kuradoberi (she has eyes on Male Rockstar celebrities, but only has meaningful romantic dialogue during Magnum Wedding and her XRD Arcade Mode (See: Jack-O’))
Venom (Venom is both Gay and Black)
Anji Mito (Gay (See: Anji Mito))
Dizzy (she developed feelings for Ky, but her physiology as a Gear is a lot more complex than we know, so it’s hard to determine, Bisexual for NOW)
Robo-Ky (he’s a robot… who likes women, but also Venom? Bisexual)
Bridget (Bridget deserves time to discover himself)
Zappa (he wants to get married to a beautiful woman, but also has Randy openly lampshade their Gay overtones. Bisexual)
Slayer (He’s married to Sharon, and boyfriends with Faust (See: X2 stories and XRD Arcade Modes). Bisexual and Dandy)
I-No (she’s a Sadist and has a twisted sense of interests, not above teasing both genders, but never serious in either, Bisexual anyways)
Asuka R. Kreutz (“That Man” aka the Gearmaker… does everything for the sake of his dream polycule. Bisexual)
A.B.A. (Loves Flament Nagel and wants to give her husband a body, Straight? I guess?)
Leopaldon (no idea?)
Gig (bad Asexual representation)
Judgement (specifically Homophobic, if his dialogue with the Gay characters are of any indication)
Raven (no longer cares who his pleasure is administered by, but has a Homoromantic relationship with Asuka R. Kruetz. Undetermined, Gay or Bisexual.)
Izuna (he has a girlfriend: Nekomata, so possibly Bisexual rather than what his appearance implies)
Valentine (she’s based on Aria, who was comfortable with Frederick’s Bisexualness, so at least Supportive, if not Bisexual)
Dr. Paradigm (he’s not interested in ANY of this nonsense!! Humans multiply like rabbits and eat up all possibilities! Gay)
Sin Kiske (seems to treat the Valentines in a very friendly and non-romantic way, so Gay)
Ramlethal (she seems to harbor secret feelings, so unknown at the moment)
Elphelt (she’s happy fantasizing about marrying all genders, so Bisexual)
Leo Whitefang (he’s jealous of Ky’s relationship with Dizzy, but also very homoerotic, so Bisexual)
Jack-O’ (Bisexual or Lesbian due to involvement with Jam)
Happy Chaos (based on Aria, but ???)
Baiken (he is openly not interested in being perceived as a traditional woman, similar to the experiences of many Lesbians. It is not explicit, however, so Ambiguous)
Answer (implied to have deep history with and love for Chipp Zanuff. Gay)
Kum Haehyun (Haehyun, like Bridget, should be allowed to take time to become comfortable with herself before we answer these questions)
Bedman (is not shown being Romantic in any value, I would say he needs time to become comfortable with himself as well, but that might be a problem!)
Ariels (hates Humans in general, so nix)
~~~
If you don’t like ANY of these conclusions, don’t kill the messenger (namely ME), this is all based on info I’ve gleaned on Guilty Gear over the years. If things change, the STORY will let us know!
I hope this helps clear things up as far as headcanons go…
About the Strive DLC post, the files have already been data mined, so we know who they plan to put in Season 1. The names were abbreviated, but the list is: Happy Chaos, GoldLewis Dickinson, Jack-O', Asuka R Kruetz, and Jam Kurodoberri.
Oh wow, I didn't even know files were brought up yet! I am excited to see how things play out with their playstyles!
Little Details in Guilty Gear
I generally love to look and analyze details in things I like. Guilty Gear is definitely one of them since it has alot of thought put into its lore, characters, etc. This post will focus on pictures!
(Pictures may be big!)
The first one below is one of Sol Badguy’s endings in Guilty Gear X Plus.
Obviously, there’s Sol Badguy, That Man(Asuka R. Kruetz), and the one standing behind him is Raven. The surprising part there’s another character in this picture that also officially debuted(game-wise) in Guilty Gear X2: I-No. If you look to the right hand corner, you’ll notice the shape of the hat, the bob-cut hairstyle, the mole on her cheek, and her lips.
The second one is a screenshot of Faust’s new fighting stance in Guilty Gear Strive.
Some people have said, “He never stood like that before...” But you actually have seen this stance before...
Ah-ha! XD There’s subtle differences like the way Faust is holding his giant scalpel, but it’s generally the same pose!
The last one is another screenshot from Guilty Gear Strive. This time, it’s Ky’s second color.
The specific shade of blue and tan is definitely familiar. I finally discovered why, because it’s a reference to....
This! It’s the same color scheme of Ky’s casual clothing. What makes it more interesting is Ky’s design for GG Strive is also more casual.
