I didn’t know Boe was your sona he feels like a real guy to me I saw him in line for the 7-11 bathroom last night

yeah!!! ive got a lot of early sketches of him to prove it too!

the one in the middle is actually the first sketch my friend kikkini made of Boe, with the two on the sides being sketches made about 3-4 months later that were made closer to Boes design being finalized. it's kind of wild to imagine if he still looked like these sketches.

i still think it's nice how Boe turned out, with his final design being a little softer i feel in terms of his skull design and such. a lot less angry vibes and more "huh wuh?" type vibes i think. also i think its funny how he's basically always had skull eyebrows :)

anyway i hope the 7-11 peepee pissing line wasnt too long. idk why Boe was there. he doesn't have organs to peepee piss with.

#ask #anon #boe #boe tai marrow #also another fun fact is that i didnt have a name for him until after he was finalized #which i named him ''Boe'' because i had a varient of my username that is ''Drudboe'' #i use it for games where i can change my name in the options #but i split off the Boe part for his name :) #i think its a little wild to look at earlier versions of him #like he was supposed to have fire/red hair at one point #but when the current Boe was being drawn. kikkini used a light shade of red that was pink for sketching #and i really liked it so the pink hair colour stayed #oh and the reason Boes skull shape is so long is because i had given kikkini a reference of what kind of skull shape i wanted that was- #an undertale comic of sans muttering fingers in his ass while papyrus gave a very stern look #i need to find that comic and reblog it. the bottom left panel of the comic is the sole inspiration for Boes skull shape #as for boes middle and last names. i just wanted some fun play on words #boe tai -> bow tie | boe marrow -> bone marrow #tai and marrow were both contenders for his last name but. i kept both for his full name :) #oh!!! also the shadows around his eyes arent beveled/indented/sunken!! #he just has permanent eyeshadow basically. tired-esque #and no Boe doesnt have a canonical ''human'' version of himself #i like to imagine he knows what he looked like but. its been so long that he doesnt really care to think about it #thats kinda just how all his memories are before the afterlife #anyway!!! thank you for the ask :) #boes just my funny guy :) hes me and not me. hope that helps or doesnt :)

gasp.... an ask about Boe....

Yes! I've gotten a small ammount of art made of Boe, although not drawn by me (the infomaniac post art is all done by me, and they're intentionally messy). The artist who drew him for me is my friend Kikkini, and I'm so thankful for him nailing his design back when I wanted to figure out a personal skeleton OC.

Here he is!!! I don't have much art of him in general, but other folks have drawn him a few times... never had a ref sheet made for him, but maybe one day. His attire is just a big trench coat, no shirt (tits out.), jeans, and cowboy boots; you can kinda see that with my infomaniac posts!

With my infomaniac posts, everything that's happened in those posts are non-canon to Boes life, I just needed to have a character for Infomaniac to relay off of, and I figured Boe fit the bill; Boe has some canonical lore, but I'm a bit messy with that kind of thing, but he's just a skeleton who lives in limbo, previously having been fired from his grim reaper job (idk how he managed to do it, but i think the concept is silly), and now has an office job in hell (also because the thought of his exact design working in an office cubicle is funny to me).

His full name is Boe Tai Marrow, and his pronouns are He/They; His name has a lot of silly stuff going on that I enjoy, like how his first name is usually considered a more feminine name (respectfully, i love that, given how ominous the rest of his design is in a way), and how his middle and last name have slight reference when combined with Boe (Boe Tai - Bow Tie | Boe Marrow - Bone Marrow).

i love design juxtaposition!! i love the visual of him being this tall (6 foot 2, not including the mohawk) skeleton, dark soulless holes with dots for eyes, fitted in a trenchcoat with his ribcage (his titties) out... and yet his name is Boe. Boe Tai Marrow!

and he's also got funny things going on with his full name!! Boe Tai = Bow Tie, Boe Marrow = Bone Marrow
