Day 26 of my 80 pushups a day for 30 days challenge! I have never been this fit in my whole life. Only in my dreams and fantasies. I still can't believe it. I'm finally becoming the woman I've always wanted to be. I watched Lara Croft last night on the plane back to Seattle and I thought- I could actually probably do that. Wow. Guys- I'm telling you- this is what has worked: 1) Changed my water. Kangen water and nothing else. 2) Cut out sweets and lowered carbs and processed foods. 3) Got out of toxic relationships, jobs, environments, etc. Lessened my stress and anxiety. Enagic's Ukone superfood is really helpful with this and as being the best anti inflammatory too. It's awesome. If anyone wants to know more- I'm here. Day 5 of my 80 pushups a day for 30 days challenge! I'm still doing 2 sets of 40 wide & 2 sets of 40 narrow AND Princess and I went hiking again today as well. But guys- what I'm even more excited about is that since I've been drinking Kangen water I haven't needed to take a sip of water during my workouts! Not a sip! I'm truly getting hydrated throughout my whole body- into the mitochondria in my cells. This water goes where other water cannot. I'm not kidding. I'm also recovering lightning fast. I'm not as sore, I'm not as tired, I'm not as beat down. Not even close. Oh, and I've clearly lost weight. *Bonus.* I don't need to sell anyone on this water.
