Recognise these signs that indicate that you might have had a traumatic childhood. 😔

Degrading AF

I'm not posting this on Facebook, so if you're one of the lucky few who follow my Tumblr, congrats on getting to read this. My husband, Ryan, got me a Ghostbusters jumpsuit. I was so excited. But it was too tight. The company asked for photos of me in it, ill-fitting, as well as photos of me holding a measuring tape at all my measurements. It was pretty degrading. The photos are horrible. It sent me on a bad spiral of "Fat 12-year-old Tara" that I thought I was over. It's taken me this whole week to recover. I had a horrible sobbing breakdown. It doesn't take much to knock you down after you work so hard to build yourself up about a complex you've had your whole life. But I feel better now. It just sucked.
